A vanishing theorem for modular symbols on locally symmetric spaces

A modular symbol is the fundamental class of a totally geodesic submanifold embedded in a locally Riemannian symmetric space , which is defined by a subsymmetric space . In this paper, we consider the modular symbol defined by a semisimple symmetric pair (G,G'), and prove a vanishing theorem with respect to the -component in the Matsushima-Murakami formula based on the discretely decomposable theorem of the restriction . In particular, we determine explicitly the middle Hodge components of certain totally real modular symbols on the locally Hermitian symmetric spaces of type IV. Received: December 8, 1996     

Embedding theorem ofZ-graded Lie superalgebras

The embedding theorem ofZ-graded Lie superalgebras is given and proved. As a subsidiary result it is proved that a transitiveZ-graded restricted lie superalgebm must be isomorphic toW(m,n, 1) if the dimension ofG _i satisfies a certain condition. Continuous Selectors of Fixed Point Sets of Multifunctions with Decomposable Values

Existence theorems of continuous selectors whose values are fixed points of multivalued contractions are proved. As an application, the existence of continuous selectors to generalized solution sets of partial differential inclusions, depending on a parameter, is obtained.     

Products and transforms of white-noise functionals (in general setting)

Some sharp results about Weiner and Wick products of whitenoise functionals are obtained. Using the inequality of Wick products we show to what extent scaling transformations, translations, and Sobolev differentiations can be performed on white-noise functionals.This work was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. 若干运算图的倍乘赋权Harary指标

ALIZADEH等近期提出了一个修正的Harary指标,即顶点对的贡献被赋予其度的乘积.其指标被称为倍乘赋权Harary指标,定义为H_M（G）=Σ_u≠v（δ_G（u）δ_G（v））（d_G（u,v））,其中,δ_G（u）表示顶点u在图G中的度,d_G（u,v）表示2个顶点u和v在图G中的距离.给出了张量积G×K_r,强积GK_r,圈积G₁oG₂的倍乘赋权Harary指标值的精确计算公式,这些公式与图的其他不变量（如倍加赋权Harary指标、Harary指标、第1类和第2类Zagreb指标、第1类和第2类反Zagreb指标）有关.此外,利用所得结果计算了开栅栏与闭栅栏的倍乘赋权Harary指标.     

微分形式的Liouville型定理

本文建立了具有有界的负截面曲率的完备单连通黎曼流形上 .其应力能量张量守恒的 L2 -形式的一个消失定理 .从而推广了忻元龙的新近结果 ,给出了 Dodziuk猜想的部分回答     

可分解均衡函数均衡力度分析

证明了惩罚力度越大的均衡函数得到的变权向量构建的变权决策模型越偏于保守;而激励力度越大的均衡函数得到的变权决策模型越偏于乐观,这些结果与均衡函数的原始含义是一致的.最后,详细分析了几类常见的可分解均衡函数的惩罚力度和激励力度随着参数的变化情况.     

Coquasitriangular Hopf Group Algebras and Drinfel'd Co-Doubles

A ring R is called “semicommutative” if any right annihilator over R is an ideal of R. We show that special subrings of upper triangular matrix rings over a reduced ring are maximal semicommutative. Consequently, new families of semicommutative rings are presented.
