数值研究抗血管生成因子Angiostatin对转移性肿瘤微循环内血液灌注和间质液输运的抑制效应.肿瘤微血管网生成数学模型包括angiostatin的抑制效应、促血管生成因子的趋化效应和内皮细胞自身的扩散效应,血液灌注、间质液输运和跨壁流体交换分别采用Poiseuille、Darcy和Starling定律来描述.结果表明:angiostatin能抑制转移性肿瘤内外微血管网的生长速率、毛细血管芽的分叉、融合与增殖;进一步angiostatin可改善转移性肿瘤微环境内血液灌注和间质液输运的特性,从而增加微血管内外流体对流和物质交换的能力,降低肿瘤内药物输运困难,结果与实验相符,可为临床抗血管生成治疗肿瘤提供有益信息.  相似文献

Die vorliegende Arbeit beschāftigt sich mit der Answertung von Autoradiogrammen inhomogen markierter mikroskopischer Strukturen am Densitron. Dazu fertigten wir von herkömmlichen Stripping-Filmen (z. B. ORW O K 106) Mikro-Stufengraukeile an und bestimmten die Schwärzung Sijeder Stufe photometrisch. Graukeile geeigneten Schwärzungsumfangs dienten dann zur Einstellung der Farbtrigger des Densitrons, so daß sich die bei dieser Einstellung gemessenen Farbflächen Fi des jeweiligen Objektes bestimmten Schwärzungswerten zuordnen ließen.

Als Modellobjekte verwendelen wir erstens Autoradiogramme von 3H-Thymidin-markierten Tumorzellen. Vergleichsmessungen an unterschiedlich lange exponierten, sonst aber identischen Präparaten ergaben eine gute Reproduzierbarkeit der Meßergebnisse. Als zweites Testobjekt dienlen Autoradiogramme einer nur schwach markierten Struktur im Gehirn von Fröschen. Die an diesem Grenzfall erhaltenen Ergebnisse werden mit Meßwerten verglichen, die vom gleichen Objekt mittels Scanning-Photometrie an einem. Mikroskop-Photometer SMP 01 (OPTON, Oberkoches, BRD) gewonnen wurden.  相似文献

This paper presents a general schema for classifying treatment approaches for both functional and organic voice disorders. It's use is illustrated by a review of treatments for Spasmodic Dysphonia. Most behavioral approaches have been found to be unsuccessful except for mild cases. Inhalation speech as a compensatory technique has been reported as somewhat successful for those mild/moderate cases for whom medical/surgical treatment has not been available. The fact that organic treatment levels have been more successful in the treatment of Spasmodic Dysphonia may lend support to an organic etiology  相似文献

Using zinc octa(diethoxyphosphenylmethyl)phthalocyanine as an example, we determined experimentally the quantum yield of generation of singlet oxygen () which makes it possible to evaluate quantitatively the efficiency of photogeneration of 1O2 and the influence of biomolecules on this parameter. It is shown that the efficiency of generation of singlet oxygen by the sensitizers used in photodynamic therapy depends on their state in a solution and increases with disaggregation of the dye and its interaction with biomolecules. It is established that phthalocyanine in an aqueous buffer solution sensitizes the formation of 1O2 with the quantum yield = 0.16 ± 0.02. On introduction of the detergent Triton X100 into the buffer solution of phthalocyanine, increases up to 0.48 ± 0.07. In a microheterogeneous medium (buffer + albumin) = 0.42.  相似文献

Ultrasonically induced effects of hematoporphyrin (HPD) on cell damage and membrane protein alteration of S180 isolated tumor cells in vitro were investigated, and the potential mechanisms of sonodynamic therapy (SDT) inhibiting tumor growth were discussed. Tumor cells suspended in air-saturated PBS (pH 7.2) were exposed to ultrasound at 1.8 MHz for up to 180 s in the presence and absence of HPD. The viability of cells was determined by a trypan blue exclusion test. To estimate the damage effects of SDT on plasma membrane of tumor cells primarily, membrane integral proteins (EGFR, Ras, Fas, FasL) and cell proliferation associated enzymes (adenylate cyclase and guanylate cyclase) were checked with immunochemical methods. The results indicated that the intensity threshold for ultrasonically induced cell damage at 1.8 MHz was 3 W/cm2. At this condition, the expression of the integral proteins was obviously inhibited and the activity of the enzymes was decreased post ultrasound treatment in the presence of 20 μg/ml HPD. Loss of the membrane proteins and inactivity of AC and GC post SDT was time-dependent. This paper reveals SDT can cause the loss of tumor cell membrane integral proteins and inactivity of the enzymes associated with cell proliferation which might be attributed to a sonochemical activation mechanism. The mechanisms by that tumor growth is inhibited by SDT can be understood as that the growth signaling pathway is partially interdicted and the resistance of tumor cells to the specifically activated immune cells is weakened.  相似文献

The objective of the study is to determine the efficacy of voice therapy in the treatment of age-related dysphonia. The study was conducted using a retrospective case-control chart review. The medical records of 54 patients older than 60 years diagnosed with age-related dysphonia without complicating diagnoses were reviewed. Patients who chose to undergo voice therapy were grouped as cases. Patients who chose not to undergo voice therapy were grouped as controls. The voice-related quality of life (VRQOL) measure was used to measure outcomes before and after treatment in cases and at a minimum 2-month follow-up in controls. Of the 54 patients, 19 (10 female, 9 male; mean age 73 years) chose to undergo voice therapy and filled in >1 VRQOL questionnaire. Six patients (3 female, 3 male; mean age 66 years) chose not to undergo voice therapy and filled in >1 VRQOL questionnaire. The 19 cases experienced a mean improvement in VRQOL score of 19.21 (2-tailed matched pairs t test P=0.00038) after a mean of 4.1 voice therapy sessions and 5.1 months. The six controls experienced a mean change in VRQOL score of 0.42 (2-tailed matched pairs t test P=0.96) after a mean of 3.3 months. Voice therapy leads to statistically significant improvement in the VRQOL life in elderly patients with age-related dysphonia. It is an efficacious noninvasive therapy for this disease.  相似文献

The theory is presented for one method of determining the biological thermal effect of millimeter waves in microwave radiometry. It has been studied theoretically that millimeter waves propagation and absorption in a human body. The model is a plane straticulate homogeneous slab of tissues under the irradiance of normal incidence plane wave. It has been discussed by obtaining the electromagnetic field, absorbent power, specific absorption rate, temperature field and their distributions in the human trunk model. Also, the principle of thermal therapeutics of millimeter waves to cancer has been discussed preliminarily.  相似文献

This preliminary retrospective study of 19 female patients and 22male patients with unilateral recurrent nerve lesions demonstrated the promise of objective measurements in predicting the need for surgery, the efficacy of voice therapy in ameliorating vocal symptoms, and the effects of therapy in conjunction with surgery. Sixty-eight percent (68%) of the female patients and 64% of the male patients did not elect to have surgery. Outcome satisfaction of nonsurgical and surgical patients appeared to be similar. The data from this study support the importance of preoperative therapy for patients with unilateral vocal fold paralysis.  相似文献
