To gain access to prenylated hexahydroxanthenes, tandem cascade cyclization–electrophilic aromatic substitution reactions have been studied on substrates bearing allylic and propargylic substituents. Both BF3·OEt2 and TMSOTf can be used to initiate this reaction sequence, resulting in different ratios of the C-2 and C-6 substitution products. Even though allylic transposition is observed in some cases, the results of a crossover experiment are consistent with an intramolecular reaction sequence. Taken together, these studies now allow preparation of either the C-2 or C-6 prenylated hexahydroxanthene products.  相似文献

A highly efficient and cost-effective reagent for the bromination of 1,4,5,8-naphthalenetetracarboxylic dianhydride under mild reaction conditions is reported. Bromination of 1,4,5,8-naphthalenetetracarboxylic dianhydride using tribromoisocyanuric acid (TBCA) in concentrated H2SO4 is very effective and regioselective. 1,4,5,8-Naphthalenetetracarboxylic dianhydride was brominated smoothly under optimized reaction conditions to give mono-, di- and tetra-brominated products in good to excellent yields using TBCA. As a proof of principle, the potential of this bromination methodology is demonstrated by converting brominated naphthalenetetracarboxylic dianhydrides into N-imide and core functionalized 1,4,5,8-napthalenetetracarboxylic diimides by treating with n-butylamine to yield corresponding mono-, di- and tetra-(n-butylamino)-naphthalene diimides in good yields in one-step reactions.  相似文献

A larger quantity of a β-keto ester that is 1.5–1.7 equiv more than the base (t-BuOK, NaH) was found to be essential in securing sufficient yields of the products in the palladium-catalyzed allylic substitution of the monoacetate of 4-cyclopentene-1,3-diol with β-keto esters. This requirement also works well for substitutions with the TBS ether of the monoacetate and the monoacetate of 2-cyclohexene-1,4-diol. As an application, the coronafacic acid ethyl ester was synthesized as an optically active form.  相似文献

通过控制结晶法制备类球形Ni0.9Co0.05Al0.03Zr0.02(OH)2前驱体,与LiOH·H2O均匀混合后,在750℃下于氧气中进行高温焙烧,最终合成正极材料Li(Ni0.9Co0.05Al0.03Zr0.02)O2。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)结果显示前驱体及正极材料具有良好的形貌;X射线衍射(XRD)表明材料具有规整的六方单相层状α-NaFeO2结构;能谱仪(EDXS)分析表明Zr元素在材料颗粒内部呈均匀分布。合成的LiNi0.9Co0.05Al0.03Zr0.02O2正极材料具有良好的电化学性能,在25℃,2.8~4.3 V充放电条件下,0.2C首次放电比容量为221.5 mAh·g-1,充放电效率90.3%,2C倍率充放电条件下容量仍达到192.7 mAh·g-1,100周循环后的容量保持率为92.2%。在55℃,2.8~4.3 V的高温充放电条件下,该材料的0.2C首次放电比容量可达236.2 mAh·g-1,2C充放电倍率下循环100周容量保持率为85.1%。  相似文献

以MoO42-部分取代Li3Fe2(PO43中的PO43-,研究表明:加入的MoO42-离子主要以固溶形式存在于Li3Fe2(PO43中,起到了显著改善其电化学性能的作用。其中,MoO42-掺杂浓度为0.3的样品表现出最佳的电化学性能,其在0.5C倍率下的首次放电容量为113.7 mAh·g-1,这一数值比未掺杂的提高了20.7%;经过60次循环充放电,容量保持率为94%。将放电倍率从0.5C逐步增大至5C,再降至初始的0.5C,并在每个倍率循环10次,这一材料的最终放电容量可达首次0.5C的95%。这些优异的性能应归因于MoO42-掺杂使材料的氧化还原能力增强,氧化还原电对的电势差减小,电池内部的电荷转移电阻减小,以及Li+扩散系数增加。  相似文献

Nanorod‐assembled FHA microspheres with different F contents were for the first time prepared through a facile one‐step hydrothermal method. The effect of the reaction time and pH value of reaction solutions on the FHA morphology was investigated to elucidate the self‐assembly process of FHA microspheres. The results showed pH values had significant effect on the morphology of the formed FHA crystals, which were self‐assembled into sphere‐like sturctures at high pH conditions and rod‐like structures at low pH values. The results suggested that formation of FHA crystals with varied morphology may be directly related to Ca2+ release kinetics from EDTA‐Ca‐Na2 at different pH conditions. Furthermore, it was found that the chemical stability of FHA microspheres was dependent on the F content in the materials, and high F contents in FHA microspheres lead to improved chemical stability. These results suggest that the prepared self‐assembled FHA microspheres may be used for teeth substitution materials due to their unique hierarchical structures and controllable chemical stability.  相似文献

Hydrogen bond complex stability between adenine (A) and hydrogen bond equivalents of uracil: 2-pyridone derivatives (UX X2O) and 3-oxo-1,2,6-thiadiazine-1,1-dioxide derivatives (UX SO2) was studied, and as the result, the hydrogen bond energy of UX X2O-A and a complex of UXX SO2-A, was about 1.5 kcal/mol more stable than that of the corresponding adenine-uracil derivatives complex, respectively. The energy difference between the imide tautomer and enol tautomer was smaller than those of uracil derivatives. UF SO2 can form a stable complex with A, and its imide tautomer is stable.  相似文献

A novel convergent approach to dendritic macromolecules is described in which 4,6-dichloro-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-pyrimidine is used as the building block. The nucleophilic aromatic substitution reaction at this AB2-monomer was used as the key step in the propagation of the dendrons. Different core reagents were used to form the dendrimers, including a 5,15-bis(pyrimidyl)porphyrin core. Fourth-generation dendrons and third-generation dendrimers could be synthesized. The presented dendrimers are promising candidates to be used in applications where a more rigid structure and a larger resistance towards the applied conditions is required.  相似文献

A new entry for the synthesis of 3-alkyl substituted 5-vinyloxazolidin-2-one derivatives 2 from cis-2-butenylene-1,4-dicarbonate 1 and primary amines mediated by palladium-phosphine catalysts is described.
