For low-temperature deposition of oxide films relating to Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O superconductors, photo-absorption and -decomposition properties were examined with respect to copper and alkaline-earth ß-diketonates. It was confirmed that all ß-diketonates examined were promising as source materials for photochemical vapour deposition (photo-CVD) using a low-pressure mercury lamp, in view of their large light absorption coefficients at wavelength 254 nm. The light irradiation was effective for the formation of highly crystalline oxide films at temperatures below 600 °C. By combining two sources, Ca2CuO3 and SrCuO2 films were prepared. Photo-CVD of c-axis oriented Bi2Sr2CuOx film was achieved by the irradiation of ternary sources of Bi(C6H5)3 and strontium and copper ß-diketonates at 500 °C.  相似文献

Electron-phonon coupling (EPC) in cuprate and iron-based superconducting systems, as revealed by Raman scat- tering, is briefly reviewed. We introduce how to extract the coupling information through phonon lineshape. Then we discuss the strength of EPC in different high-temperature superconductor (HTSC) systems and possible factors affecting the strength. A comparative study between Raman phonon theories and experiments allows us to gain insight into some crucial electronic properties, especially superconductivity. Finally, we summarize and compare EPC in the two existing HTSC systems, and discuss what role it may play in the HTSC.  相似文献

Time differential perturbed angular correlation measurements of the 133–482 keVγ-γ cascade of181Ta in Hf-doped YBa2Cu3O7−x are presented. The181Hf precurser nuclei are incorporated into the sample by thermal neutron irradiation. Two quadrupole interaction frequencies are observed in the as-irradiated sample:v Q1=161±10 MHz with intensityf 1=75%, asymmetry parameterη 1=0.32 and damping parameter Λ1=0.42, andv Q2=1108±40 MHz withf 2=25%,η 2=0.62, and Λ2=0.60. On annealing the sample in air at various temperaturesT a and quenching to room temperature,f 1 remained nearly constant forT a<600°C andv Q1 for all annealing temperatures indicating that these are insensitive to oxygen stoichiometry. This frequency is interpreted to be due to181Hf substitutingY sites. BeyondT a=600°C,f 1 increased and reached a constant value of 90% forT a=800°C. The value ofv Q2 showed a slight variation between 1086 and 1160 MHz, whilef 2 remained nearly constant at 25% forT a<600°C. This component is identified to be due to181Hf substituting Cu 1 sites in the Cu-O chains of YBCO. Above 600°Cv Q2 decreased and reached a value of 808 MHz beyond 750°C.  相似文献

新型超导材料的设计合成及其超导机理的探索是目前凝聚态物理学领域的重要研究方向. 本文采用高真空热烧结方法制备了钾掺杂对三联苯粉末材料并表征了它们的晶体结构、分子振动、磁学及超导特性. X射线衍射图谱和拉曼光谱表明在烧结样品中除存在钾掺杂对三联苯和KH外, 还含有苯环重组的C60和石墨成分. 拉曼光谱中部分峰位的红移进一步证实钾成功掺入对三联苯分子晶体中并将4 s电子转移到C原子上. 零场冷却磁性测量结果表明: 多数样品在整个温度测量区间表现为居里顺磁性, 但少数样品呈现出抗磁性, 而且在17.86, 10.00 和6.42 K三个温度点出现磁化率突降的反常行为, 其中17.86 K处的突降很可能源于钾掺杂C60引起的超导转变, 而后两者可能与钾掺杂对三联苯导致的超导相关. 研究结果有助于理解金属掺杂芳香烃有机超导体这一新兴超导家族的晶体生长和物理特性, 同时也提供了一种低温制备C60和石墨的新方法.  相似文献

本文研究了100~300K之间Gd1.8Ba2.4Cu3.4O7-δ(简写为GdBCO)超导体的顺磁性,对GdBCO的磁化强度随磁场和温度的变化分别在100K和0.1T进行了测试,GdBCO的顺磁性遵从朗之万顺磁性理论.在磁光显微镜下,低温12K场冷下,我们观察了从0mT~29mT磁通线进入GdBCO的超导体的过程,以及磁通线在GdBCO超导体中的分布。  相似文献

The Bogoliubov de Gennes equation is applied to the study ofcoherence effects in the ferromagnetic superconductor/insulator/normalmetal/insulator/ferromagnetic/superconductor (FS/I/N/I/FS) junction. We calculated the Josephson current in FS/I/N/I/FS as a function of exchange field in ferromagnetic superconductor, temperature, and normal metal thickness. It is found that the Josephson critical current in FS/I/N/I/FS exhibits oscillations as a function of the length of normal metal. The exchange field always suppresses the Josephson critical current Ip for a parallel configuration of the magnetic moments of two ferromagnetic superconductor (FS) electrodes. In the antiparallel configuration, the Josephson critical current IAp at the minimum values of oscillation increases with the exchange field for strong barrier strength and at low temperatures.  相似文献

This paper applies the Bogoliubov--de Gennes equation and the Blonder--Tinkham--Klapwijk approach to study the oscillatory behaviour of differential conductance in a normal metal/insulator/metal/d-wave superconductor junction carrying a supercurrent Is. We find that (i) a three-humped structure appears at a nearly critical supercurrent Is and z ≈ 0.5 for the normal metal/insulator/metal/d_x2 + y2-wave superconductor junction; (ii) the zero-bias conductance peak splits into two peaks with sufficiently large applied current for the normal metal/insulator/metal/dxy-wave superconductor junction; (iii) the conductance spectrum exhibits oscillating behaviour with the bias voltage and the peaks of the resonances are suppressed by increasing supercurrent Is.  相似文献

运用非平衡格林函数理论、正则变换以及BCS平均场理论研究了正常金属-分子量子点-超导耦合系统(N-MQD-S)的介观输运,得到了系统的电流公式并选择适当的参数进行了数值计算。数值计算结果表明:电声子耦合强度 与线宽函数 对系统的输运行为有较大影响。当 增大时,由声子辅助隧穿所产生的共振峰将高于分子量子点自身能级产生的共振峰;当线宽函数 增大时,在Andreev反射共振峰的两侧将出现新的边峰。  相似文献

Exfoliated Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+δ (Bi‐2212) single crystals were prepared by micromechanical cleavage of bulk Bi‐2212 single crystals on SiO2/Si substrates. Room temperature micro‐Raman spectra were collected using a 532‐nm laser source. The evolutions of the spectra of A1g (Bi), A1g (Sr), and A1g (OBi) Raman modes with different thicknesses of the samples were studied. The refractive index of Bi‐2212 single crystal was obtained by studying the intensity evolutions based on the interference effect.
