This paper discusses the effect of thermophoretic particle deposition on the transient natural convection laminar flow along a vertical flat surface,which is immersed in an optically dense gray fluid in the presence of thermal radiation.In the analysis,the radiative heat flux term is expressed by adopting the Rosseland diffusion approximation.The governing equations are reduced to a set of parabolic partial differential equations.Then,these equations are solved numerically with a finite-difference scheme in the entire time regime.The asymptotic solutions are also obtained for sufficiently small and large time.The obtained asymptotic solutions are then compared with the numerical solutions,and they are found in excellent agreement.Moreover,the effects of different physical parameters,i.e.,the thermal radiation parameter,the surface temperature parameter,and the thermophoretic parameter,on the transient surface shear stress,the rate of surface heat transfer,and the rate of species concentration,as well as the transient velocity,temperature,and concentration profiles are shown graphically for a fluid(i.e.,air) with the Prandtl number of 0.7 at 20 C and 1.013 × 10 5 Pa.  相似文献

According to the Parikh--Wilczek tunneling framework, the locations of the local horizons of dynamic rotating black holes can be worked out. The calculations show that the quantum ergosphere of the black hole is identical with the tunneling potential barrier set by particle's tunneling across the relevant horizon. Then, some discussions on the origin of the Hawking radiation will be shown.  相似文献

The characteristic degradations in silicon NPN bipolar junction transistor (BJT) of 3DG142 type are examined under the irradiation with 40-MeV chlorine (Cl) ions under forward, grounded, and reverse bias conditions, respectively. Different electrical parameters are in-situ measured during the exposure under each bias condition. From the experimental data, larger variation of base current (IB) is observed after irradiation at a given value of base-emitter voltage (VBE), while the collector current is slightly affected by irradiation at a given VBE. The gain degradation is affected mostly by the behaviour of the base current. From the experimental data, the variation of current gain in the case of forward bias is much smaller than that in the other conditions. Moreover, for 3DG142 BJT, the current gain degradation in the case of reverse bias is more severe than that in the grounded case at low fluence, while at high fluence, the gain degradation in the reverse bias case becomes smaller than that in the grounded case.  相似文献

In order to analyze the effect of wavelength-dependent radiation-induced attenuation (RIA) on the mean transmission wavelength in optical fiber and the scale factor of interferometric fiber optic gyroscopes (IFOGs), three types of polarization-maintaining (PM) fibers is tested by using a 60Co γ -radiation source. The observed different mean wavelength shift (MWS) behaviors for different fibers are interpreted by color-center theory involving dose rate-dependent absorption bands in ultraviolet and visible range and total dose-dependent near infrared absorption bands. To evaluate the mean wavelength variation in fiber coil and the induced scale factor change for space-borne IFOG under low radiation dose in space environment, the influence of dose rate on the mean wavelength is investigated by testing four germanium (Ge) doped fibers and two germanium-phosphorus (Ge-P) codoped fibers irradiated at different dose rates. Experimental results indicate that the Ge-doped fibers show the least mean wavelength shift during irradiation and their mean wavelength of optical signal transmitting in fibers will shift to shorter wavelength in low-dose-rate radiation environment. Finally, the change in the scale factor of IFOG resulting from the mean wavelength shift is estimated and tested, and it is found that the significant radiation-induced scale factor variation must be considered during the design of space-borne IFOG.  相似文献

We investigated the radiation characteristics and implosion dynamics of low-wire-number cylindrical tungsten wire array Z-pinches on the YANG accelerator with a peak current 0.8-1.1 MA and a rising time ~ 90 ns.The arrays are made up of(8-32)×5 μm wires 6/10 mm in diameter and 15 mm in height.The highest X-ray power obtained in the experiments was about 0.37 TW with the total radiation energy ~ 13 kJ and the energy conversion efficiency ~ 9%(24×5 μm wires,6 mm in diameter).Most of the X-ray emissions from tungsten Z-pinch plasmas were distributed in the spectral band of 100-600 eV,peaked at 250 and 375 eV.The dominant wavelengths of the wire ablation and the magneto-Rayleigh-Taylor instability were found and analyzed through measuring the time-gated self-emission and laser interferometric images.Through analyzing the implosion trajectories obtained by an optical streak camera,the run-in velocities of the Z-pinch plasmas at the end of the implosion phase were determined to be about(1.3-2.1)×10 7 cm/s.  相似文献

多谱辐射测温是一种非接触温度测量方法,目前常用的多谱辐射测温只能反演出一个近似温度值,而无法给出实际的温度分布。针对此问题,基于普朗克定律,采用主成分回归算法,以强激光毁伤靶材温度测量为例,在脉冲能量为34.2 J的激光入射条件下,从热辐射谱中反演出近似温度值为2 700 K,拟合相对偏差为0.5%,当温度分布范围为2 600~2 800 K时,拟合相对偏差减小为0.13%,减小了温度反演偏差。首次给出了基于主成分回归方法的温度分布反演,提高了非接触式温度测量的表征精度。  相似文献

In the work within the frame of quantum electrodynamics are obtained new formulae describing the large-angle photon emission from channeled electrons with taking into account of the dispersion of refractive index. Calculations based on these formulae show that the spectral and angular distributions of large-angle optical and ultraviolet radiation from planar channeled sub-GeV electrons in optically transparent crystal reflect the band structure of transverse energy levels of channeled electrons. Comparison with ordinary Cherenkov radiation spectrum reveals that channeling (depending on the beam energy) leads to sufficient change of the large-angle emission spectrum.  相似文献

建筑物通常留有开口以便人员物料的进出及室内的自然通风采光,但这些开口也是噪声传播的途径。传统被动噪声控制方法需要将开口封闭,且对低频噪声的控制效果不好,故引入有源噪声控制技术降低室内声源通过开口的声辐射。基于惠更斯原理,均布开口的次级源和误差传声器构成的平面型虚拟声屏障可以实现对开口声辐射的有效控制,数值仿真和实验已证明其有效性。将次级源安装在开口边界更有利于保留开口的功能且方便实际安装,但这样的单层边界虚拟声屏障降噪效果存在上限,仅能在低频段实现全局控制。和单层边界次级源相比,双层边界次级源可显著提高降噪量和有效降噪频率上限。该文回顾了开口声辐射有源控制的相关工作,并讨论了未来可能的研究方向。  相似文献

Poly(lactic acid) (PLA) nanocomposites containing 3%, 5% and 7% zeolite used in the present research study were prepared by solution casting. The PLA nanocomposites were structurally characterized by Scanning Electron Microscopy and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy. The effects of the gamma radiation at the absorbed doses of 10, 15 and 20?kGy on the structures and thermal properties of the nanocomposites were investigated in a tetrahydrofuran solvent. Thermodecomposition tests and analyses were carried within 30–500°C range at the rate of 10°C?min?1 by thermogravimetric analysis (TG). The activation energies for thermal degradation of the nanocomposites were calculated from their TG data by Flynn–Wall–Ozawa method. The G values of the nanocomposites were calculated based on molecular weights which were measured by means of gel permeation chromatography before and after the gamma irradiation. The Ea and molecular weight results showed that addition of zeolite to the PLA affected the radiation resistance of the polymer.  相似文献

Premixed counterflow flames with thermally sensitive intermediate kinetics and radiation heat loss are analysed within the framework of large activation energy. Unlike previous studies considering one-step global reaction, two-step chemistry consisting of a chain branching reaction and a recombination reaction is considered here. The correlation between the flame front location and stretch rate is derived. Based on this correlation, the extinction limit and bifurcation characteristics of the strained premixed flame are studied, and the effects of fuel and radical Lewis numbers as well as radiation heat loss are examined. Different flame regimes and their extinction characteristics can be predicted by the present theory. It is found that fuel Lewis number affects the flame bifurcation qualitatively and quantitatively, whereas radical Lewis number only has a quantitative influence. Stretch rates at the stretch and radiation extinction limits respectively decrease and increase with fuel Lewis number before the flammability limit is reached, while the radical Lewis number shows the opposite tendency. In addition, the relation between the standard flammability limit and the limit derived from the strained near stagnation flame is affected by the fuel Lewis number, but not by the radical Lewis number. Meanwhile, the flammability limit increases with decreased fuel Lewis number, but with increased radical Lewis number. Radical behaviours at flame front corresponding to flame bifurcation and extinction are also analysed in this work. It is shown that radical concentration at the flame front, under extinction stretch rate condition, increases with radical Lewis number but decreases with fuel Lewis number. It decreases with increased radiation loss.  相似文献
