The Positivity of Intersection Multiplicities and Symbolic Powers of Prime Ideals

Serre's nonnegativity conjecture for intersection multiplicities has recently been proven by O. Gabber. In this paper we investigate Serre's positivity conjecture using the methods which he developed. We show in particular that the positivity conjecture has implications for properties of symbolic powers of prime ideals in regular local rings.     

Theory of the transmission of metal strip gratings on a dielectric substrate application to submillimeter laser coupling

The advantages of supported metal strip gratings with respect to free-standing metal meshes are pointed out for applications as laser output couplers. A new, simple formula for the power transmission through the strip grating on a dielectric plate is derived from a line equivalent-circuit model. This formula is in good agreement with measurements performed on several samples, at different submillimeter wavelengths. An application to output couplers of far-infrared gas discharge lasers allows to improve the reliability of such lasers.x Unité associée au CNRS. U.A. 836.     

On Lipschitz and D.C. surfaces of finite codimension in a Banach space

Properties of Lipschitz and d.c. surfaces of finite codimension in a Banach space and properties of generated σ-ideals are studied. These σ-ideals naturally appear in the differentiation theory and in the abstract approximation theory. Using these properties, we improve an unpublished result of M. Heisler which gives an alternative proof of a result of D. Preiss on singular points of convex functions.     

基于新型量子点荧光微球的氯霉素免疫层析试纸条的制备和应用

以羧基化CdTe/ZnSe量子点荧光微球为标记物,通过1-乙基-(3-二甲基氨基丙基)碳二亚胺/N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺(EDC/NHS)活化法将氯霉素(CAP)单克隆抗体与量子点荧光微球偶联制备荧光探针.氯霉素全抗原(CAP-HS-BSA)及羊抗鼠二抗分别喷涂硝酸纤维素膜,形成检测线(T线)和质控线(C线),组装成新型氯霉素量子点荧光微球免疫层析试纸条,建立了快速、定量检测牛奶中CAP的方法.本研究开发的量子点荧光微球试纸条可在15 min内完成牛奶样品中CAP的定量检测,线性范围为0.1~100.0μg/L,检出限为0.1μg/L.牛奶样品CAP的加标回收率为93.3%~97.9%,相对标准偏差在4.9%~6.9%之间.     

含不同共轭桥的TCNQ开闭壳层体系NLO性质的DFT研究

采用密度泛函理论(DFT)结合有限场(FF)方法,对不同共轭桥连接的四氰代二甲基苯醌(TCNQ)开壳层和闭壳层电子态的非线性光学(NLO)系数进行计算,并以乙烯桥为例讨论共轭链长度与NLO性质的关系.结果表明:开壳层体系的极化率和二阶超极化率值都大于闭壳层体系,且共轭桥的共轭性越强,体系的极化率和二阶超极化率越大;在自由基体系中,单重态的二阶超极化率随双自由基成分y和自旋多重度的增加而增大.体系的共轭链增长,BLA(BondLength Alternation,共轭分子中相邻单、双键键长差的平均值)逐渐减小,双自由基成分y逐渐增大,体系的二阶超极化率也逐渐增大.     

基于卷绕型带状线的感应电压叠加器的初步实验

 提出了一种基于卷绕型带状线和感应电压叠加器的重复频率脉冲电子束加速器的技术方案。介绍了一台感应电压叠加器感应单元的结构设计,并建立相应的电路模型,对其响应特性进行了模拟研究。介绍了卷绕型带状线的设计原理,制作了一台输出阻抗约3 Ω、脉冲宽度约230 ns的固态化卷绕型带状脉冲形成线。利用该脉冲发生器作为馈源,对感应电压叠加器感应单元的响应特性进行了实验研究,表明感应单元响应良好。对4级感应电压叠加器分别进行了单次脉冲和5 Hz重复频率的实验研究,结果表明叠加器的输出电压约为输入电压幅值的4倍,电流效率约80%,重复频率条件下,脉冲序列重复性较好。     

Multiplicity of positive almost periodic solutions in a delayed Hassell–Varley‐type predator–prey model with harvesting on prey

In this paper, we consider a delayed Hassell–Varley‐type predator–prey model with harvesting on prey. By means of Mawhin's continuation theorem of coincidence degree theory, some new sufficient conditions are obtained for the existence of at least two positive almost periodic solutions for the aforementioned model. To the best of the author's knowledge, so far, the result of this paper is completely new. An example is employed to illustrate the result of this paper. Large deviations for hitting times of a random walk in random environment on a strip

We consider a random walk in random environment on a strip, which is transient to the right. The random environment is stationary and ergodic. By the constructed enlarged random environment which was first introduced by Goldsheid （2008）, we obtain the large deviations conditioned on the environment （in the quenched case） for the hitting times of the random walk.     

Analysis of Compression Stress of a Filler and Bending of a Sandwich Panel under Multipoint Loading

The distribution of transverse stresses in the midlayer of a composite sandwich panel under multipoint loading is investigated. The stresses averaged across the thickness of a soft filler are estimated using a discrete model. Finite expressions for the compression of the filler along the length of the panel are derived by means of superposition of the local effects from the bending of face layers under an infinite system of transverse point forces constant across the panel thickness. The effects of compression and transverse extension of the filler, in the case of a high distribution frequency of these forces, i.e., when the distance between the forces is comparable to the panel thickness, are revealed. Compression of the panel by two systems of forces applied symmetrically or nonsymmetrically to the upper and lower faces is considered. The bending characteristics in the cases of loading with point forces and piecewise distributed loads are compared. The formulas obtained are used to determine the length of a small region on the panel surface for which the local effects from the distributed pressure and the point force are equivalent. The corresponding estimates are obtained in a closed form. The analysis, carried out with varied parameters of the structure, allows us to elucidate the peculiarities of the effect of discontinuous loads on the design characteristics in the local zones, using finite expressions derived by the operational method.
