采用柠檬酸络合法制备了Co/CeO2及其钙掺杂系列催化剂,并对催化剂进行了低温N2物理吸附、X射线衍射、H2程序升温还原、傅里叶变换红外光谱、高分辨透射电镜表征以及乙醇水蒸气重整催化性能测试.结果表明,所制Co/CeO2催化剂具有良好的乙醇水蒸气重整催化性能,500oC时乙醇能全部转化为C1,氢气产率高达85%以上.Ca掺杂减小了载体CeO2纳米颗粒尺寸,但对还原后Co0尺寸的影响较小.当Ca掺杂量大于5.0%时,催化剂氧化还原性能和乙醇水蒸气重整催化性能下降.较高的还原温度有利于体相Ce4+还原为Ce3+,并且提高了催化活性,认为金属-氧化物边界的增加提高了催化活性.初步稳定性考察结果表明,5%钙掺杂后的催化剂具有更好的抗积炭性能. 相似文献

An experimental and theoretical study of steam reforming of dimethyl ether was carried out in a processor for fuel cell vehicles to explore the effect of temperature gradient and hydrogen content of the processor.A steady-state,laminar,two-dimensional axi-symmetric model was proposed to investigate the fluid flow,heat transfer and chemical reactions in the dimethyl ether steam reforming processor using porous medium approach.The numerical model was established with Star-CD program using SIMPLE algorithm and finite volume method.Experimental verification of the two-dimensional mathematical model was conducted.The numerical results coincided well with the experimental data.The effects of the parameters on the temperature gradient and hydrogen content of the processor were studied using the numerical model. 相似文献

通过XRD,NH3-TPD,IR,比表面与孔结构测定等方法,研究了HZSM-5分子筛(硅铝比为38)在不同温度下进行水热处理时的酸性与孔结构。结果表明,随着水热处理温度的提高,HZSM-5分子筛的结晶度稍有增大;酸性明显减弱,弱酸位增多,强酸位相对减少;IR谱图上有一定的蓝移;比表面与微孔体积减小,介孔体积增大。 相似文献

以碳酸钾为催化剂,用热天平的等温热重法研究了四种不同变质程度煤焦常压下水蒸气催化气化反应动力学。在加和不加碳酸钾条件下,测定了温度为700~850℃煤焦的化学反应控制条件下的碳转化率与时间的关系。碳酸钾催化剂的加入对变质程度越高煤的气化催化作用越大。加碳酸钾的碳转化率与时间的关系用混合模型和修正随机孔模型可以良好的拟合关联,均相模型关联较差。利用修正随机孔模型拟合关联出了四种煤焦催化水蒸气气化反应的活化能和指前因子,活化能为90.317~167.861kJ/mol,指前因子和活化能之间具有补偿效应。 相似文献

The tailored chemical synthesis of binary and ternary alloy nanoparticles with a uniform elemental composition is presented. Their dual use as magnetic susceptors for induction heating and catalytic agent for steam reforming of methane to produce hydrogen at temperatures near and above 800 °C is demonstrated. The heating and catalytic performance of two chemically synthesized samples of CoNi and Cu ? CoNi are compared and held against a traditional Ni‐based reforming catalyst. The structural, magnetic, and catalytic properties of the samples were characterized by X‐ray diffraction, elemental analysis, magnetometry, and reactivity measurements. For induction‐heated catalysts, the conversion rate of methane is limited by chemical reactivity, as opposed to the case of traditional externally heated reformers where heat transport limitations are the limiting factor. Catalyst production by the synthetic route allows controlled doping with miniscule concentrations of auxiliary metals. 相似文献

Abstract A 15N tracer-experiment was carried out in a 140-year-old spruce stand (Picea abies (L.) Karst.) in the Fichtelgebirge (NE-Bavaria, Germany). Highly enriched (98 at%) [15N]ammonium and [15N]nitrate were applied as tracers by simulation of a deposition of 41.3 mol N ha?1 with 11 water m?2. To examine seasonal variations of uptake by spruce and understorey vegetation, different plots were labelled in spring, summer and autumn 1994. One aim of the present study was to perfect a method of preparation of soil extracts for isotope ratio mass spectrometry (IRMS) measurements. Ammonium and nitrate from soil extracts were prepared for IRMS measurements by steam distillation and subsequent freeze drying. Additionally, tracer distribution and transformations in the soil nitrogen pools were examined. Ammonium, nitrate and total nitrogen were examined in the organic layer and the upper 10 cm of the mineral soil during 3 months after the first tracer application in spring 1994. In July 1994, three months after tracer application, 40% of the [15N]ammonium label and 29% of the [15N]nitrate label, respectively, were recovered in the total N pool of the investigated soil horizons. In the organic layer the L/Of horizon retained most of the recovered tracers. Nitrification, immobilisation and mineralisation occurred even under the conditions of high soil acidity at the study site. 相似文献
