介观物理系统的量子场论模型一维持续电流的Luttinger模型

本文以研究生进入选题前水平介绍介观物理系统中的一种重要的量子场论模型和方法。讨论一维介观电子系统的Luttinger模型和非费米液体的特征和基本物理。我们简单介绍重整化群概念和玻色化技术和用于一维Luttinger模型。     

Frequency-locking and threshold current-lowering effects of a quantum cascade laser and an application in gas detection field

In this paper,the frequency-locking and threshold current-lowering effects of a quantum cascade laser are studied and achieved.Combined with cavity-enhanced absorption spectroscopy,the noninvasive detection of H_2 with a prepared concentration of 500 ppm in multiple dissolved gases is performed and evaluated.The high frequency selectivity of 0.0051 cm~(-1) at an acquisition time of 1 s allows the sensitive detection of the(1-0) S(l) band of H_2 with a high accuracy of(96.53±0.29)%and shows that the detection limit to an absorption line of 4712.9046 cm~(-1) is approximately(17.26±0.63) ppm at an atmospheric pressure and a temperature of 20 ℃.     

Growth of cubic MgxZn1−xO alloy films by electron beam evaporation

We report the growth of cubic Mg_xZn_1−xO alloy thin films on quartz by electron beam evaporation. It can be found that all the samples have sharp absorption edges by the absorption measurements. X-ray diffraction measurements indicate the Mg_xZn_1−xO films are cubic phase with preferred orientation along the (1 1 1) direction. Energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS) demonstrates that the Mg concentration in Mg_xZn_1−xO films is much higher than the ceramic target used, and the composition can be tuned in a small scope by varying the substrate temperature and the beam electric current. The reasons of this phenomenon are also discussed.     

微弱电流高精度自动测量系统

为了实现辐射探测中对微弱电流信号的实时准确测量,设计了一套微弱电流测量系统。介绍了系统的工作原理,及I-V转换和放大单元的低噪声抗干扰设计、-△模数转换技术和单片机程序的设计。系统通过USB与计算机进行通信,计算机应用软件可以完成采集频率和量程控制、数据处理、显示和存储等功能。经过验证,该系统能满足10-13~10-3 A的大动态微弱电流测量,分辨力为四位半, 能自动量程判断,具有较高的精度和稳定性,已成功应用于辐射探测实验。     

SQUID用于铍材残余应力检测的计算机模拟

依据SMM-601型超导量子干涉显微镜检测部分构建计算模型,采用电磁场有限元方法分析了残余应力引起的非磁性金属材料铍电导率变化对超导量子干涉仪(SQUID)检测信号的影响,并讨论了该方法实际应用于非磁性金属材料残余应力检测的条件和可能性。     

超导故障限流器的研究现状及其应用

超导故障限流器(Superconducting Fault Current Limiter,SFCL)是利用超导体的基本特性,有效限制电力系统故障短路电流,提高电网安全性和稳定性的一种新型电力设备。文中在综合大量文献的基础上,对超导故障限流器进行了一种较为系统的分类。基于该种分类,结合目前国内外的研究现状,就电阻型、磁屏蔽型、饱和铁芯电抗器型、桥路型SFCL的工作原理作了详细的分析介绍,还给出了它们在电力系统中的安装位置。最后,对超导故障限流器的研究中存在的问题及其发展趋势做了说明。     

光纤光栅对FBG-ECL静态特性的影响

光纤光栅外腔半导体激光器(FBG-ECL)在未来光通信系统占有着越来越重要的地位。根据FBG-ECL的等效腔模型,讨论了光纤光栅反射率、带宽对FBG-ECL的输出功率,阈值特性、边模抑制比等静态特性的影响。指出了存在最佳光纤光栅峰值反射率,不仅使得FBG-ECL具有更高的输出功率,而且可以获得极好的边模抑制比。最后根据实测在不同反射率下外腔激光器的激射光谱,发现理论分析结果和实验数据是吻合的。     

用于脉冲γ强度测量的Ф60,1000μmPIN探测器

采用电阻率为10000—20000Ω.cm的高阻单晶硅材料,研制成功灵敏区尺寸为60mm,耗尽层厚度~1000μm的大面积厚PIN半导体探测器.设计了该类探测器厚度测量专用的反冲质子测量系统,对探测器的时间响应、γ灵敏度、漏电流、γ/n分辨等物理参数进行了测量和分析,结果表明,这类探测器可满足低强度裂变n/γ混合场中脉冲γ强度测量的需要.     

圆柱和直桨叶突然启动瞬态流动的数值研究

采用基于动网格方法的有限体积法对圆柱和直桨叶突然启动引起的二维非定常不可压粘性流进行了数值模拟,给出了计算方法.通过计算得到了Re=5000和9500时圆柱突然启动后的流场随时间演化的非定常过程.将计算结果与实验结果进行了对比,两者吻合较好;采用大涡模拟对高雷诺数下的直桨叶突然旋转启动的流场进行了计算,得到了完成启动后叶片内部瞬态流场的分布结果.     

The Branch Processes of Chern-Simons (CS) <Emphasis Type="Italic">p</Emphasis>-Branes

In this paper, by making use of Duan’s topological current theory, the branch process of Chern-Simons (CS) p-branes is discussed in detail. Chern-Simons (CS) p-branes are found generating or annihilating at the limit points and encountering, splitting, or merging at the bifurcation points and higher degenerated points systematically of the vector order parameter field . Furthermore, it is also shown that CS p-branes are found splitting or merging at the degenerate point of field function but the total topological charges of the CS p-branes are still unchanged.
