报道了激光二极管泵浦的高功率连续单横模绿光激光器。考虑到激光晶体因吸收泵浦光而产生的热透镜效应,我们选择低掺杂浓度Nd:YVO4激光晶体,设计了V字型热不灵敏折叠式驻波谐振腔,利用I类非临界相位匹配LBO非线性晶体,当泵浦功率为23 W时,得到7 W单横模532 nm绿光输出功率,光-光转化效率为33%,长期功率稳定性优于1.6%(自由运转3小时)。  相似文献

针对VO2薄膜在微测辐射热计上的应用,采用射频反应溅射法,在室温下制备氧化钒薄膜;研究了氧分压对薄膜沉积速率、电学性质及成分的影响.通过调节氧分压,先获得成分接近VO2的非晶化薄膜,再在400℃空气中氧化退火,便可制得高电阻温度系数,低电阻率的VO2薄膜,电阻温度系数约为-4%/℃,薄膜方块电阻为R为100—300kΩ;薄膜在室温下沉积,400℃下退火的制备方法与微机电加工(micro electromechanic 关键词: 二氧化钒 电阻温度系数 氧分压 射频反应溅射法  相似文献

在应变速率为5.56×10-5s-1—5.56×10-3s-1的范围内,在不同温度下(从223K至773K),对3004铝合金进行系列拉伸试验,探索其锯齿屈服规律;通过激活能的计算、内耗研究、微观组织观察和能谱分析,探讨锯齿屈服的机理与物理本质.结果表明,3004铝合金在形变过程中会出现动态应变时效现象;发现了一种“反常”的锯齿屈服现象:在出现锯齿屈服的温区内,存在锯齿屈服临界应变量转变温度Tt关键词: 动态应变时效 锯齿屈服 铝合金 内耗  相似文献

利用多普勒原理对Cr原子束进行横向准直.应用激光感生荧光技术稳定激光器的频率,把激光器的中心频率稳定在偏离Cr原子共振中心频率-5±0.26MHz的位置.根据理论计算出准直激光束的最小尺寸为13.7mm.根据实验数据选择合适的参数,实现利用多普勒原理横向准直Cr原子束,使原子束的横向分布缩小到原来的1/3. 关键词: 激光准直 激光感生荧光稳频 多普勒冷却  相似文献

 提出了一种过模复合器件。自洽地导出了由外电磁信号和预群聚电子束同时驱动的一种过模复合器件的辐射波相位锁定方程;讨论了到达锁相运行的时间、频率移动和带宽。分析表明:当由预群聚电子束和外电磁信号同时锁相时,通过调节参数,可以缩短到达锁相运行的时间,减小运行频率对要锁定的频率(外电磁信号频率)的移动和增大锁相运行的带宽。  相似文献

A rotational mismatch of gratings is used to generate a fringe carrier of an in-plane moiré pattern so that specimen deformation shows itself in the form of modulation of the carrier frequency. As both the unmodulated and modulated carriers are the patterns without fringe-loop or fringe-connection, they are automatically numbered with monotonical increasing orders by a digital image processing system without any ambiguity. The orders at every pixel of the image are determined by interpolation of the orders of the tracked fringes to establish two grey image files, from the difference of which, the orders of the in-plane displacement moiré are displayed with grey-level variation.  相似文献

Nonequilibrium molecular dynamics is used to calculate the spectrum of shear viscosity for a Lennard-Jones fluid. The calculated zero-frequency shear viscosity agrees well with experimental argon results for the two state points considered. The low-frequency behavior of shear viscosity is dominated by an 1/2 cusp. Analysis of the form of this cusp reveals that the stress-stress time correlation function exhibits at –3/2 long-time tail. It is shown that for the state points studied, the amplitude of this long-time tail is between 12 and 150 times larger than what has been predicted theoretically. If the low-frequency results are truly asymptotic, they imply that the cross and potential contributions to the Kubo-Green integrand for shear viscosity exhibit at –3/2 long-time tail. This result contradicts the established theory of such processes.  相似文献

Gaining an in-depth understanding of the characteristics and dynamics of ultrasound (US)--generated bubbles is crucial to effectively remediate membrane fouling. The goal of present study is to conduct in-situ visualization of US-generated microbubbles in water to examine the influence of US frequency on the dynamics of microbubbles. This study utilized synchrotron in-line phase contrast imaging (In-line PCI) available at the biomedical imaging and therapy (BMIT) beamlines at the Canadian Light Source (CLS) to enhance the contrast of liquid/air interfaces at different US frequencies of 20, 28 and 40 KHz at 60 Watts. A high-speed camera was used to capture 2,000 frames per second of the bubble cavitation generated in water under the ultrasound influence. Key parameters at the polychromatic beamlines were optimized to maximize the phase contrast of gas/liquid of the microbubbles with a minimum size of 5.5 µm. ImageJ software was used to analyze the bubble characteristics and their behavior under the US exposure including the microbubble number, size, and fraction of the total area occupied by the bubbles at each US frequency. Furthermore, the bubble characteristics over the US exposure time and at different distances from the transducer were studied. The qualitative and quantitative data analyses showed that the microbubble number or size did not change over time; however, it was observed that most bubbles were created at the middle of the frames and close to the US field. The number of bubbles created under the US exposure increased with the frequency from 20 kHz to 40 kHz (about 4.6 times). However, larger bubbles were generated at 20 kHz such that the average bubble radius at 20 kHz was about 6.8 times of that at 40 kHz. Microbubble movement/traveling through water was monitored, and it was observed that the bubble velocity increased as the frequency was increased from 20 kHz to 40 kHz. The small bubbles moved faster, and the majority of them traveled upward towards the US transducer location. The growth pattern (a correlation between the mean growth ratio and the exposure time) of bubbles at 20 kHz and 60 W was obtained by tracking the oscillation of 22 representative microbubbles over the 700 ms of imaging. Carbon dots (CDs) are emerging photoluminescent materials with excellent optical properties. However, the lack of active sites in primitive CDs has limited their development applications. Herein, functionalized carbon dots (Z-CDs) are successfully prepared by surface modification of CDs with mono (6-amino-6-deoxy) cyclodextrin (β-CD). The introduction of β-CD increases the spatial potential resistance between CDs, which effectively reduces the self-quenching effect. Moreover, the conjugated domains of Z-CDs are expanded, which improves the optical properties with a quantum yield of 48.74%. Z-CDs are able to be used in the sequential detection of morin and Al3+, and the fluorescence mechanisms are confirmed to be internal filtration effect and fluorescence resonance energy transfer, respectively. The limits of detection are 0.817 and 0.231 × 10−6 m . This study not only provides an idea to solve the problem of self-quenching of CDs but also enriches the detection means of flavonoids and ions, which is expected to be applied to biosensing and environmental monitoring.  相似文献
