对基于半导体光放大器(SOA)环形腔结构的一阶无限冲击响应(IIR)微波光子学滤波器的品质因数(Q值)进行了实验和理论研究. 通过在有源环内置入窄带光滤波器,并调节有源环的输入光功率、SOA抽运电流、实验得到的最高Q值接近200. 理论分析表明为了得到较高的Q值,应尽可能提高信噪比和信号光的环路增益. 在考虑了 SOA中放大的自发辐射(ASE)噪声的基础上,计算了输入光功率、SOA抽运电流、环内光滤波器的带宽对Q值的影响. 数值计算的结果与实验现象基

利用光子的闭合轨道理论,我们研究了原子在两个平行镜面间两层电介质板(折射率分别为n1,n2)中的自发辐射率. 自发辐射率呈现出多周期的振荡结构。自发辐射率的傅立叶变换中的每一个峰和光子从原子出发到返回原子的一条闭合轨道相对应。结果表明自发辐射率和两层电介质的宽度和折射率有关。和只有一层电介质的辐射率比较,当两层电介质的折射率n1 和 n2 差别很小时, 两层电介质之间分界面的反射效应可以忽略;但是当二者的差别很大时,发射效应变得非常重要且自发辐射率中的振荡减弱。本文的结果为原子在不同电介质间的自发辐射率的研究提供了新的理解。 相似文献

High-spin states in neutron-rich 102Mo nucleus have been studied by measuring the prompt γ-rays in the spontaneous fission of 252Cf. The previous level scheme has been updated and some new levels and transitions are identified. The one-phonon γ-band is expanded and a band head level of the two-phonon γ-band is proposed. The systematic characteristics of yrast bands, one-phonon γ-bands, two-phonon γ-bands and quasi-particle bands in 102Mo, 104Mo and 106Mo are discussed. 相似文献

建立了自发噪声谱测量系统来研究稀磁半导体(Ga,Mn)As的电学噪声性质.通过测量(Ga,Mn)As材料的自发噪声谱,发现(Ga,Mn)As的自发涨落会随温度升高而逐渐增大,同时,外加磁场会降低(Ga,Mn)As的自发涨落,这来源于外加磁场导致的(Ga,Mn)As磁畴部分有序化.此外,不同频率的噪声随温度的变化规律有很大差异:当频率低于30 kHz的时候,噪声谱和温度的变化关系和热噪声很相似,但数值上明显大于热噪声的值;当频率在30 kHz左右的时候,噪声大小和温度成线性关系;当频率大于30 kHz以后,在相变点附近噪声大小和温度的关系出现了明显的转折,高频高温噪声的大小和热噪声的理论值非常接近.这些结果有助于深入理解(Ga,Mn)As磁性起源的物理机制.

Undulators are key devices to produce brilliant synchrotron radiation at the synchrotron radiation facilities. In this paper we present a numerical computing method, including the computing program that has been developed to calculate the spontaneous radiation emitted from relativistic electrons in undulators by simulating the electrons' trajectory. The effects of electron beam emittance and energy spread have also been taken into account. Comparing with other computing methods available at present, this method has a few advantages with respect to several aspects. It can adopt any measured or arbitrarily simulated 3D magnetic field and arbitrary electron beam pattern for the calculation and it's able to analyze undulators of any type of magnetic structure. It's expected to predict precisely the practical radiation spectrum. The calculation results of a short period in-vacuum undulator and an Elliptically Polarized Undulator (EPU) at Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF) are presented as examples. 相似文献

As is well-known, spontaneous CP-violation in the strong interaction is possible at θ = π, which is commonly referred to as Dashen's phenomenon. This phenomenon has been studied extensively using chiral Lagrangians. Here the two-flavor NJL model at θ = π is discussed. It turns out that the occurrence of spontaneous CP-violation depends on the strength of the 't Hooft determinant interaction, which describes the effect of instanton interactions. The dependence of the phase structure, and in particular of the CP-violating phase, on the quark masses, temperature, baryon and isospin chemical potential is examined in detail. The latter dependence shows a modification of the charged pion condensed phase first discussed by Son and Stephanov. 相似文献

Here we report a spontaneous combustion reaction in synthesizing Pt hollow capsules. In brief, Pt nanoparticles were loaded on the surface of colloidal carbon spheres by wet-chemical impregnation. When Pt-loaded carbon spheres were taken out of an argon-filled tube furnace at room temperature and exposed to air, they underwent spontaneous combustion. The internal carbon spheres templates were removed to leave nanostructured Pt hollow capsules. There are at least two critical conditions for the occurrence of the spontaneous combustion: the Pt particle size is below 5.8 nm, and the hydrogen content in the carbon spheres is above 2.570 wt %. Such a reaction is interesting for the preparation of metal hollow spheres and is also relevant with respect to removal of accumulated carbon on catalysts and for soot oxidation at room temperature. 相似文献

The cavity-enhanced spontaneous parametric down-conversion far below threshold can be used to generate a narrow-band photon pair efficiently. Previous experiments on the cavity-enhanced spontaneous parametric down-conversion almost always utilize continuous wave pump light, but the pulse pumped case is rarely reported. One disadvantage of the continuous wave case is that the photon pair is produced randomly within the coherence time of the pump, which limits its application in the quantum information realm. However, a pulse pump can help to solve this problem. In this paper, we theoretically analyze pulse pumped cavity-enhanced spontaneous parametric down-conversion in detail and show how the pump pulse affects the multi-photon interference visibility, two-photon waveform, joint spectrum and spectral brightness. 相似文献

In this article, we review on narrowband photon pairs producedin nonlinear crystals, and especially in atomic ensembles. In atomicensembles, “write-read” process in pulse mode andspontaneous four-wave mixing process (SFWM) in continuous mode aretwo popular photon pair generation schemes. We specifically discussthe experimental works with continuous SFWM scheme in cold atomicensembles. Photon pairs produced in these systems are characteristicof controllable long coherence time, and therefore are accessiblewith direct temporal modulation.
