三维物体形貌检测图像处理中的小波数字滤波技术   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
傅里叶变换轮廓术和相移法是投影栅法测物体三维形貌的两种重要方法。相移法需要精密的移相装置,且需采集一幅以上的图像,在应用中受到一定限制。而傅里叶变换轮廓术只需一幅图像便可计算出各点相位值,测量精度高,测量范围广,因而得到广泛运用。最大测量范围受到高度分布h(x,y)在与光栅线垂直向上变化率的限制,即面形变化剧烈的物体易产生相邻谱区的混合,不易测准。本文提出的基于小波数字滤波的傅里叶变换法,可以将物体的可测梯度提高3倍。因为利用小波技术对变形栅线图进行处理后,滤去了直流分量和高频分量,得到的相对栅线图只剩下基频分量。采用小波数字滤波与傅里叶变换轮廓术相结合的方法,用小波变换去除直流成分和高频成分,从而提高了物体的可测精度,降低了对滤波器的设计要求,能较好地将物体的相位信息分离出来。本文给出了这种算法的理论分析和计算机模拟试验的结果。  相似文献

Microdeformation patterns of lamellar TiAl specimens with various grain sizes under uniaxial tension are mapped using the micro/nano experimental mechanics technique called SIEM (Speckle Interferometry w ith Electron Microscopy). The stress–strain relationships were obtained from deformations within decreasing areas ranging from mm2 to μm2. We found that the stress–strain relationship of the material depends on the size of strain measuring area in relation to the grain size. The stiffness at a grain boundary can be as large as 7–10 times more than that of the grain itself. From the data obtained so far, it seems that the traditional way of using PST (polysynthetically twinned) single crystal to predict polycrystalline behavior may not be appropriate.  相似文献

The design, construction and commissioning of a beamline and spectrometer for inelastic soft X‐ray scattering at high resolution in a highly efficient system are presented. Based on the energy‐compensation principle of grating dispersion, the design of the monochromator–spectrometer system greatly enhances the efficiency of measurement of inelastic soft X‐rays scattering. Comprising two bendable gratings, the set‐up effectively diminishes the defocus and coma aberrations. At commissioning, this system showed results of spin‐flip, dd and charge‐transfer excitations of NiO. These results are consistent with published results but exhibit improved spectral resolution and increased efficiency of measurement. The best energy resolution of the set‐up in terms of full width at half‐maximum is 108 meV at an incident photon energy tuned about the Ni L3‐edge.  相似文献

提出利用布拉格光纤光栅(FBG)非均匀反射谱监测复合材料结构渐进损伤的方法。对波纹型复合材料蒙皮样件进行有限元分析,预测蒙皮在拉伸载荷下失效过程和对应临界失效载荷大小,据此重构FBG传感器的非均匀反射谱,获得铺层失效与传感器反射谱的对应关系,并为实验光谱记录提供参考。构建一种基于FBG非均匀反射谱监测波纹型复合材料蒙皮渐进损伤的监测系统,进行拉伸实验,实验结果表明系统实测光谱与重构的反射谱趋势相同,对应失效载荷与预测值最大误差为8.6%,证明了采用FBG传感器监测波纹型复合材料蒙皮渐进损伤的可行性。该方法通过实时监测预测失效范围内FBG非均匀反射谱的变化,简单易行,测量及传导光路实现全光纤化,无需破坏试件结构,即可实现对波纹型复合材料蒙皮渐进损伤程度及铺层失效次序精确、迅速的在线监测,研究结果为智能蒙皮动态监测领域提供新的思路和实验参考。  相似文献

We propose leveraging one-dimensional expanded Hybrid codes (1-D E-Hybrid codes) for two-code keying (TCK) in spectral amplitude coding (SAC) optical code division multiple access (OCDMA) networks. Compared with the existing work, the proposed system can utilize all codes and provide a larger code size to support more simultaneous users. The numerical results demonstrate that the 1-D E-Hybrid codes for TCK outperform the existing 1-D approaches in terms of bit error rate (BER), and the data transmission rate can achieve 2.5 Gbps.  相似文献

For measuring the deflections of the microcantilever biosensor, a reflective grating microcantilevers based on SOI were designed and fabricated, a high precision optical readout approach based on diffraction spectrum balancing feedback control was presented. The diffraction spectrum image was collected by a 12-bit digital area array monochrome CCD. According to the sum gray value of the image which subtracted each other at the balancing position and bending position to control a high precision motorized rotation stage revolve make the sum gray value remained in the balancing position always, then the motorized rotation stage revolving angle is just the cantilever bend angle. The resolution of motorized rotation stage is 35 × 10−6 deg, the system practical measurement resolution is 1 × 10−4 deg, that is to say, for a length of 250 μm microcantilever, the tip measure resolution is up to 0.043 nm. Measurement results clearly demonstrate that this reflective grating microcantilever biosensor and this read out method have a great potential for biological and chemical applications.  相似文献

DIRECT global optimization algorithm is innovatively used in design of PMF. Tap coefficient is attained by achieving DIRECT algorithm with C language and Matlab language is employed to simulate the amplitude response of filters. We have designed PMF (photonic microwave filter) with negative tap coefficient and then optimize the design. The minimum shape factor is as low as 1.3180. The results show that the algorithm is highly efficient in designing filter and can produce necessary passband and stopband response characteristics. In the meantime, transition band becomes steeper in the process of further optimization and the shape factor is closer to 1.  相似文献

In this paper, a 16-channel arrayed waveguide grating multiplexer (AWG) has been designed using polymer materials with 1.5% refractive index difference. Certain important parameters are optimized using the coupling mode theory and Beam Propagation Method. The factors that affect the insertion loss and the crosstalk are analyzed in this paper. In our design we introduced the parabolic taper structure and evaluated the suitable number of the arrayed waveguide, obtaining a total insertion loss of 2.19 dB. For obtaining a low crosstalk we evaluate the pitches of adjacent input/output waveguides ΔX and arrayed waveguides d as different values. We chose the value of ΔX about 2.5 times of d by enlarging the pitches of adjacent input/output waveguides. The crosstalk of the designed AWG is lower than −40 dB.  相似文献

In this paper, we have investigated the response of long period grating (LPG) as refractive index sensor. The response has been studied for refractive index variation ranging from 1 to 1.45. In this work, we found that the sensing mechanism is based on two different aspects. First is the change of coupling power from the guided core mode to other co-propagating cladding modes and second is the wavelength shift of the peak resonant wavelengths from their original positions due the change of refractive index of the environmental (external) medium surrounding the cladding of the grating.  相似文献
