Separate spatial soliton pairs in a biased series centrosymmetric photorefractive crystal circuit

It is shown theoretically that three types of separate soliton pairs: bright-bright, bright-dark, and dark-dark, can be established in a biased series circuit consisting of two centrosymmetric photorefractive crystals and the two solitons in a separate soliton pair can affect each other by the light-induced current. The effects of the intensities of soliton beams and background lights on the normalized profiles of solitons are discussed.     

Solitary wave solutions of nonlinear financial markets :data-modeling-concept-practicing

This paper seeks to solve the difficult nonlinear problem in financial markets on the complex system theory and the nonlinear dynamics principle, with the data-model-concept-practice issue-oriented reconstruction of the phase space by the high frequency trade data. In theory, we have achieved the differentiable manifold geometry configuration, discovered the Yang-Mills functional in financial markets, obtained a meaningful conserved quantity through corresponding space-time non-Abel localization gauge symmetry transformation, and derived the financial solitons, which shows that there is a strict symmetry between manifold fiber bundle and guage field in financial markets. In practical applications of financial markets, we have repeatedly carried out experimental tests in a fluctuant evolvement, directly simulating and validating the existence of solitons by researching the price fluctuations (society phenomena) using the same methods and criterion as in natural science and in actual trade to test the stock Guangzhou Proprietary and the futures Fuel Oil in China. The results demonstrate that the financial solitons discovered indicates that there is a kind of new substance and form of energy existing in financial trade markets, which likely indicates a new science paradigm in the economy and society domains beyond physics.      

Intra-Channel Collision of Dual-Power Law Optical Solitons

The intra-channel collision of optical solitons, with dual-power law nonlinearity, is studied in this paper by the aid of quasi-particle theory. The perturbation terms that are considered in this paper are the nonlinear gain and saturable amplifiers along with filters. The suppression of soliton-soliton interaction, in presence of these perturbation terms, is acheived. The numerical simulations support the quasi-particle theory. Demonstration of Inverse Scattering Transform for DNLS Equation

Since the Jost solutions of the DNLS equation does not tend to the free Jost solutioins as |λ| →∞, the usual inverse scattering transform (IST) must be revised. Beside the Kaup and Newell's approach, we propose a simple revision in constructing the equations of IST, where the usual Zakharov-Shabat kern is revised by multiplying λ-2 or λ-1. To justify the revision we show that the Jost solutions obtained do satisfy the pair of compatibility equations.     

A Generalized Method and Exact Solutions in Bose-Einstein Condensates in an Expulsive Parabolic Potential

In the paper, a generalized sub-equation method is presented to construct some exact analytical solutions of nonlinear partial differential equations. Making use of the method, we present rich exact analytical solutions of the onedimensional nonlinear Schr(o)dinger equation which describes the dynamics of solitons in Bose-Einstein condensates with time-dependent atomic scattering length in an expulsive parabolic potential. The solutions obtained include not only non-traveling wave and coefficient function's soliton solutions, but also Jacobi elliptic function solutions and Weierstrass elliptic function solutions. Some plots are given to demonstrate the properties of some exact solutions under the Feshbachmanaged nonlinear coefficient and the hyperbolic secant function coefficient.     

X射线散射法测量超光滑平面

介绍了掠入射X射线散射法(GXRS法)测量超光滑表面的原理及基于商业用X射线衍射仪改造而成的实验装置。以3片不同粗糙度的硅片作为实验样品,分别应用一级矢量微扰理论和改进的Harvey-Shack理论对其散射分布进行处理,所得结果与原子力显微镜测量结果基本相符。分析了探测器接收狭缝的宽度和入射光发散度对实验结果的影响,随着探测器接收狭缝宽度和入射光发散度的减小,测量误差呈指数迅速减小。在所测量的空间频率范围内,功率谱密度（PSD）函数的误差随频率的增加而减小。     

Absorption and resonance Raman spectroscopy of the 1Bu state of trans‐1,3,5‐hexatriene including vibronic coupling

The vibronic coupling between the first excited S₁ (2¹A_g) and the second excited S₂ (1¹B_u) singlet electronic states in spectroscopy of trans‐1,3,5‐hexatriene molecule is investigated on the basis of a model consisting of two electronic states coupled by two vibrational modes. Employing a perturbation theory that treats the intramolecular couplings in a perturbative manner, the absorption and resonance Raman cross sections and excitation profiles of this molecule are calculated using the time‐correlation function formalism. The non‐Condon corrections are included in evaluation of cross sections. The multidimensional time‐domain integrals that arise in these calculations have been evaluated for the case in which S₀ (1¹A_g) S₂ (1¹B_u) electronic transition takes place between displaced and distorted harmonic potential energy surfaces. Symmetries and Exact Solutions of the Breaking Soliton Equation

With the aid of the classical Lie group method and nonclassical Lie group method, we derive the classical Lie point symmetry and the nonclassical Lie point symmetry of (2+1)-dimensional breaking soliton (BS) equation. Using the symmetries, we find six classical similarity reductions and two nonclassical similarity reductions of the BS equation. Varieties of exact solutions of the BS equation are obtained by solving the reduced equations.

研究Birkhoff系统对称性的摄动与绝热不变量.给出了未受扰Birkhoff系统的Lie对称性导致的Hojman型精确不变量.基于力学系统的高阶绝热不变量的定义，研究在小扰动作用下Birkhoff系统Lie对称性的摄动，得到了系统的一类新型绝热不变量.举例说明结果的应用. 关键词： Birkhoff系统 Lie对称性 摄动 绝热不变量     

一维光学格子孤子的传输特性及控制研究

利用解析和数值方法研究了在具有横向折射率周期性调制的克尔型非线性介质中光学格子孤子的传输，得到了孤子参数的演化方程以及格子孤子的形成和稳定传输的条件.结果表明：当光束的入射角小于某临界角度时，光束可被类似波导形式的路径俘获而稳定传输，该临界角随折射率调制周期、调制深度的增加而增大，且光束越窄临界值越大.此外，线性空间啁啾虽然对光束传输的中心位置没有任何影响，但会导致光束发散从而破坏格子孤子的形成和稳定传输，对此提出了采用特定功率取值来补偿啁啾作用从而形成格子孤子的方案. 关键词： 光孤子 光学格子 光传输 矩方法
