老年人口数量快速增加和慢性疾病病发率、死亡率的上升给传统医疗体系带来了巨大压力,因此,新型医疗体系越来越受到全社会的关注。结合穿戴式传感检测技术和无线Wi-Fi技术,设计了家庭移动医疗监护系统,在系统中,开发了一种家用、便携生理参数监护仪,采用Java语言依托Eclipse开发环境在Android智能手机平台上开发了监护仪客户端,在PC机上搭建了远端服务器。Android手机能够接收监护仪采集的生理数据,实时监测显示血压、心率、心电图等,通过智能手机可以把生理数据上传至远端服务器,实现数据的保存和查询。本设计所采用的方法为面向家庭、社区、医院的新型家用便携、可移动的医疗仪器以及远程医疗监护系统提供关键的技术和设备基础。 相似文献

In this study, a novel phase-transient multilayer drug delivery system responsive to a unique stimulus, i.e., temperature, was introduced in cylindrical coordinates. The system is composed of three individual sections, including the drug core, phase-transient intermediate layer, and protecting polymeric coverage. The phase-transient layer gives smartness to the system and creates an “On-Off” release profile with increasing or decreasing the environmental temperature around the melting point of the layer. The “On-Off” response of the system was mathematically modeled by analyzing the heat and mass transfer equations in the pseudo-steady state and the effects of various parameters on the performance of the system were investigated. The modeling results showed the intensity of the effects of different kinds of factors, including the geometrical characteristics of the system (e.g., the radius of the drug core and the thicknesses of the intermediate and polymeric layers), the physical properties of the matrix materials (e.g., the thermal conductivities and diffusion coefficients of the intermediate and polymeric layers), and the operation conditions, on the response time lag and release kinetics of the presented system. The obtained results in this study predict methods to prepare multilayer temperature-responsive drug delivery systems with desired and optimized responses (e.g., with a short lag time) for practical biomedical applications. 相似文献

We report a strategy to rewire cell surfaces for the dynamic control of ligand composition on cell membranes and the modulation of cell–cell interactions to generate three‐dimensional (3D) tissue structures applied to stem‐cell differentiation, cell‐surface tailoring, and tissue engineering. We tailored cell surfaces with bioorthogonal chemical groups on the basis of a liposome‐fusion and ‐delivery method to create dynamic, electroactive, and switchable cell‐tissue assemblies through chemistry involving chemoselective conjugation and release. Each step to modify the cell surface: activation, conjugation, release, and regeneration, can be monitored and modulated by noninvasive, label‐free analytical techniques. We demonstrate the utility of this methodology by the conjugation and release of small molecules to and from cell surfaces and by the generation of 3D coculture spheroids and multilayered cell tissues that can be programmed to undergo assembly and disassembly on demand. 相似文献

相对于传统电网,智能电网引入了先进的信息通信技术能显著提高企业生产效率和电力数据处理效率,但由于传统状态估计的漏洞,智能电网易受到虚假数据注入的攻击。现有的研究仅追求电力系统运营成本的最大化或攻击资源的最小化,没有考虑两者之间的均衡。基于此,本文考虑建立智能电网虚假数据注入攻击双层多目标规划模型,其中多目标表示电力系统运营成本与攻击成本之间的均衡,并结合IEEE 14总线算例进行分析,针对攻击者不同的攻击倾向给出了相应的虚假数据注入攻击策略。 相似文献

Liquid crystal elastomers (LCEs) are a unique class of materials which combine rubber elasticity with the orientational order of liquid crystals. This combination can lead to materials with unique properties such as thermal actuation, anisotropic swelling, and soft elasticity. As such, LCEs are a promising class of materials for applications requiring stimulus response. These unique features and the recent developments of the LCE chemistry and processing will be discussed in this review. First, we emphasize several different synthetic pathways in conjunction with the alignment techniques utilized to obtain monodomain LCEs. We then identify the synthesis and alignment techniques used to synthesis LCE‐based composites. 基于一次耦合模型理论建立了中心刚体-压电层-功能梯度材料智能梁系统的刚柔耦合动力学模型.研究了开环状态下将压电材料作为传感器的压电效应和质量刚度效应对系统动力学特性的影响.通过仿真算例与另两种不同建模理论(传统零次近似耦合模型、一次近似耦合模型)作了对比.随着中心刚体外驱动力矩的增大,零次近似耦合模型和一次近似耦合模型计算结果逐渐发散,而本文的一次耦合模型的计算结果始终保持收敛,较其他近似耦合模型具有一定优势.对三种不同的结构的计算结果表明,压电材料的压电效应对系统的动力学特性影响显著,压电材料的质量刚度效应也会影响智能梁的动力学行为,前者比后者的影响大得多.此外,功能梯度材料功能梯度指数对系统动力学特性的影响也较大. 相似文献
