We describe optical components and optical modules using a photofabrication technique to demonstrate applicability of the technique for optical purposes. A thick plate and a prism were fabricated to study fabric characteristics. The influence of the problem parameters on the critical stress amplitude is analyzed. The notch does not decrease the critical stress. 阐述了“镀膜四面角锥棱镜(coating pyramid prism, CPP)”技术探测上层大气风场的原理,提出可以在四面角锥棱镜的4个面上分别按λ/4(λ波长)的步进光程差递增镀增透膜,同时获得一个干涉条纹中的4个强度值,实现上层大气风场的探测模式.对该模式下的相关参数进行了理论计算并得出结论:四面角锥棱镜的顶角必须大于24°、宽度为8mm的对称光束入射到CPP顶点能满足LF7玻璃上镀MgF2增透膜以实现大气风场探测的要 求.按9°×9°干涉仪视场和CCD4.5°×4.5°视场设计了干涉仪前后的光路,用CCD照相机并调 节定标光源Kr灯557.0nm到所需光束宽度进行了模拟实验,分别得到顶角为60°和90°的 两面镀膜棱镜在CCD上的两个干涉光斑,这两个光斑再复制即可获得CPP的4个干涉光斑,从 而证实了CPP技术探测上层大气风场的可行性.该模式发展了被动探测上层大气风场的光学遥 感探测技术.

In the present study, the optical properties of the 7.O5O.7 dimeric compound are reported. This dimeric compound exhibits typical smectic A to smectic F phase transition, and the main focus of our study is to observe the optical behaviour in SmA phase. In the dimeric compound, the two mesogens are connected by a linkage group or spacer. The presence of the linkage group and the terminal alkyl chains plays a vital role to change the behaviour of this compound as compared to the traditional monomeric compounds. Study of birefringence, refractive indices and normalised polarisation are essential to investigate the optical nature in liquid crystalline compounds. The optical study in our compound is carried out by using the thin prism experimental method with the help of He-Ne laser of wavelength 633 nm. Four-parameter model was used to obtained theoretically measured refractive indices and birefringence data. The theoretical results are then compared with the experimental results. Both the experimentally and theoretically calculated results are properly fitted in our dimeric compound. 相似文献

建立了柏子养心丸(Baizi Yangxin Wan, BZYXW)毛细管区带电泳指纹图谱(CEFP)。采用三棱柱优化法优化背景电解质(BGE),以色谱指纹图谱分离量指数(RF)为实验条件优化的目标函数,最终确定BGE为50 mmol/L硼砂-50 mmol/L磷酸氢二钠-200 mmol/L硼酸-150 mmol/L碳酸氢钠(体积比为7:7:1:1,含4%乙腈,pH 9.70)。在其他优化的毛细管电泳条件为紫外检测波长228 nm,运行电压12 kV,重力进样25 s (高度14 cm)条件下,采用未涂层石英毛细管(70 cm(有效分离长度57 cm)×75 μm)分离,以阿魏酸峰为参照,确定了17个共有指纹峰。对样品聚类分析后用其中9批生成对照CEFP(RCEFP),以其为标准,用系统指纹定量法鉴别出12批BZYXW质量为: 3批好,1批良好,3批中,1批一般,4批劣。三棱柱优化法为BGE选择提供了重要参考,建立的BZYXW-CEFP精密度好、重现性高,可用于BZYXW的质量控制。 相似文献

Developing noninvasive blood glucose monitoring method is an to immense need to alleviate the pain and suffering of diabetics associated with the frequent pricking of skin for taking blood sample. A hybrid algorithm for multivariate calibration is proposed to improve the prediction performance of classification of diabetes and measurement of blood glucose concentration by near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy noninvasively. The algorithm is based on wavelet prism modified uninformative variable elimination approach (WP-mUVE) combined with least squares support vector machine (LSSVM), named as WP-mUVE-LSSVM. The method is successfully applied to diabetic classification experiment (in vivo) and blood glucose concentration measurement experiment (in vivo) respectively. Human tongue is selected as the measuring site in this study. To evaluate effectiveness of pretreatment method and quality of calibration models, several usually used pretreatment methods and kernel functions of LSSVM are introduced comparing with our method. Higher quality data is obtained by our pretreatment method owing to the elimination of varying background and noise of spectra data simultaneously. Better prediction accuracy and adaptability are obtained by LSSVM model with radial basis kernel function. The results indicate that WP-mUVE-LSSVM holds promise for the classification of diabetes and measurement of blood glucose concentration noninvasively based on human tongue using NIR spectroscopy. 相似文献
