Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) arrays grown by microwave plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (MPCVD) method was transferred onto the substrate covered with graphene layer obtained by thermal chemical vapor deposition (CVD) technology. The graphene buffer layer provides good electrical and thermal contact to the CNTs. The field emission characteristics of this hybrid structure were investigated in this study. Compared with the CNTs arrays directly grown on the silicon substrate, the hybrid emitter shows better field emission performance, such as high emission current and long-term emission stability. The presence of this graphene layer was shown to improve the field emission behavior of CNTs. This work provides an effective way to realize stable field emission from CNTs emitter and similar hybrid structures.  相似文献

为了揭示极低频脉冲电场对作物抗旱性的影响及其机理,采用渗透势为-0.1 MPa的PEG-6000溶液模拟干旱条件,研究脉冲频率为1Hz、场强为200kV/m、脉宽为80ms的极低频脉冲电场对干旱胁迫下玉米幼苗根系延迟光子辐射动力学参数的影响.结果表明,在干旱胁迫下,玉米幼苗根系细胞延迟光子辐射动力学参数的初始光子数I0、相干时间τ和衰减参数β均随着胁迫时间的延长呈现出波动性的下降趋势,经过极低频脉冲电场处理的玉米幼苗根系细胞的初始光子数I0、相干时间τ和衰减参数β的变化趋势与之类似,但是,各动力学参数的数值均明显高于对照.延迟发光动力学参数的变化暗示极低频脉冲电场处理提高了渗透胁迫下玉米幼苗根系细胞的代谢水平和组织序性,增强了细胞内功能分子之间的相互作用.延迟光子辐射的分析结果为在活体细胞层面阐明极低频脉冲电场对作物抗旱性的影响及其机理提供了参考.  相似文献

通过对实验过程中水槽未放置水平时所描绘出的电流场的分析。观察所绘电流场各条等势线之间的距离,可发现电流场的不对称性,在实验现象的基础上进行理论分析,水槽放置倾斜时,水中电阻将不再处处相等而产生系统误差,甚至在原理上使电流场的数学函数无法与静电场匹配,进而对静电场实验产生影响。  相似文献

利用脉宽250 μs、占空比5%的0–1.5 A脉冲电流, 分别在50, 70, 90, 110, 130 ℃条件下, 对TO-247-2L封装型PIN快恢复二极管大电流下的校温曲线进行了测量分析. 研究发现, 恒定大电流条件下, 二极管的校温曲线随温度变化发生弯曲. 分析表明, 弯曲现象主要是由于串联电阻受迁移率的影响随温度发生变化而引起的. 通过实验测量及理论计算, 得到了准确的非线性校温曲线, 从而减小了瞬态大电流测量结温中的误差.  相似文献

We designed a cyclic borane (B6H12) molecule with a benzene‐like structure, in which the six B atoms are located in the same plane. Three methods of B3LYP, MP2, and CCSD with the 6‐311++G** basis were used to investigate its structure, electronic property, and stability. Next, we calculated the stability and electronic property of three hydroboron derivatives with fused rings of B10H18, B14H24, and B16H26. Finally, we investigated three types of novel two‐dimensional infinite hydroboron sheets with diborane as a building block. The results of the phonon spectra ensure the dynamic stability of these predicted structures. Furthermore, the three types of hydroboron sheets are shown to have different band gap energies of less than 3.0 eV. Some investigations on the optical properties have also been performed. The predicted sheets are candidates for semiconductors, whose band gap energy can be tuned by the positions of the bridge hydrogen atoms in the sheets.  相似文献

Using the multiple stochastic integrals, we prove an existence and uniqueness result for a linear stochastic equation driven by the fractional Brownian motion with any Hurst parameter. We study both the one- and two-parameter cases. When the drift is zero, we show that in the one-parameter case the solution is an exponential—thus positive—function while in the two-parameter setting the solution is negative on a non-negligible set.  相似文献

Mg:Ce:Fe:LiNbO3 crystals were prepared with fixed concentrations of Fe2O3 and CeO2, and differing concentrations of MgO by the Czochralski technique. Their infrared transmission spectra were measured in order to investigate their defect structures and their optical damage resistance was characterized by the photoinduced birefringence change and transmission facula distortion method. The optical damage resistance of Mg:Ce:Fe:LiNbO3 crystals increases remarkably when the concentration of MgO exceeds a threshold concentration. Hf:Fe:LiNbO3 crystals were grown in air by the Czochralski technique with various ratios of [Li]/[Nb]=0.94, 1.05, 1.20 in melt. The defect structure and location of doped ions were analyzed by the UV‐visible and infrared spectroscopy. The optical damage resistance ability of Hf:Fe:LiNbO3 crystals was measured by the photo‐induced birefringence change and the transmitted light spot distortion method. The results show that the optical damage resistance ability of Hf:Fe:LiNbO3 crystals is enhanced with the increase of the [Li]/[Nb] ratio. 电化学阻抗谱(EIS)是研究电池的重要技术之一,但解谱模型不一致限制了其应用.为此,探讨了输线模型的阻力特征,提出其串联分支电阻和电容的比值Ri/Ci与电池荷电量(SOC)存在单调关系;并通过重新拟合分析文献中镍镉电池的阻抗谱数据进行了验证.结果表明,可以根据误差分析确定CR传输线模型的最佳结构,且Ri/Ci与SOC存在近似直线关系,并与电池质量密切相关.  相似文献

Poly(N,N‐diethylaminoethyl methacrylate)‐graft‐poly(ethylene glycol) (PEAMA‐g‐PEG) has previously been used as a novel additive to improve the heat resistance of lysozyme, which has a positive net charge and a negatively charged active site. In the present study, we show that PEAMA‐g‐PEG prevents heat inactivation of ribonuclease A (RNase A), which has a positive net charge and a positively charged active site. After treatment at 98 °C for 10 min, the enzymatic activity of RNase A complexed with PEAMA‐g‐PEG was maintained at up to 75% of the level of the native RNase A. The extents of inactivation of RNase A and the complex of RNase A with PEAMA‐g‐PEG were strongly dependent upon the heating temperature and incubation time. Circular dichroism (CD) spectral analysis revealed that heat‐induced irreversible inactivation was largely suppressed when RNase A was complexed with PEAMA‐g‐PEG. These findings suggest that the heat resistance of RNase A is improved by the external addition of PEAMA‐g‐PEG.
