In this paper we have analyzed the time series obtained from an experimental realization of an inductorless version of Chua’s circuit. We have also compared the experimental results with the results emerging by analysis of the time series obtained by numerical simulations of the respective model equations. Lyapunov exponent spectra, the Kaplan-Yorke dimension and phase-space diagrams were used to show the similarities between theoretical and experimental results. We were able to identify the effects of the operational amplifier simulated inductor internal resistance on the Chua’s circuit dynamics. Decreasing internal resistance for decreasing current through the circuit was responsible for the observed bifurcation route. 相似文献

The output energy of photovoltaic (PV) modules is influenced by the spectral irradiance distribution of the solar spectrum under outdoor conditions. To rate the precise output energy of PV modules, the correction of short circuit current (ISC) based on actual environmental conditions is needed, because ISC significantly depends on the shape of the spectral irradiance distribution. The average photon energy (APE) is a zero-dimensional index for spectral irradiance distribution, and APE value uniquely describes the shape of a solar spectrum. Thus, APE has an impact on ISC of PV modules. In this contribution, the relationship between APE coefficient and ISC of the multi-crystalline silicon, single-crystalline silicon, heterojunction intrinsic thin-layer, back contact, copper indium selenide and cadmium telluride PV modules has explored. It is revealed that APE value changes the ISC of PV modules which appeared to have immense possibilities of ISC correction using APE coefficient. Single CO2 laser pulses, of 10.6μm wavelength, are used to form blind microvias (holes in electronic boards for through-plating conducting paths) in copper-clad epoxy-glass laminates. The microvia dimensions depend on pulse energy and duration, the thicknesses of the epoxy-glass laminate and copper cladding, and the distribution of glass within the epoxy-glass laminate. The useful range of laser parameters, especially pulse energy, is primarily determined by the ability to metallize subsequently the blind microvias. Several conclusions can be drawn from the data. The pulse enegy should be within ±20% of the optimum value in order to form vias with a cylindrical geometry. For 300 μm thick laminates, the thickness of the copper on the bottom should be 18 μm or more. A larger range of pulse energies could be used if the glass fibre density was more uniform and if subsequent copper metallization of the blind vias could be improved. 相似文献

This paper reports on the design of a Ka-band monolithic Lange coupler and its application in the monolithic fourth-harmonic
image rejection mixer. Detailed design and analysis using Ansoft-HFSS simulator have been carried out. The simulated results
of the Lange Coupler show the insert loss is better than −3.64 dB; the amplitude balance is less than 0.55 dB and the phase
balance is less than 0.65° from the 90° phase difference over the 30 to 40 GHz frequency range. The Lange Coupler is employed
in a monolithic image rejection mixer that is fabricated by a commercial 0.18-μm pseudomorphic high electron-mobility transistor
(pHEMT) process. The chip size is 1.4 mm × 1.9 mm. The image rejection ratio (IMR) is from 15 to 34 dB in the RF frequency

A new approach to an equivalent circuit analysis of impedance spectra of a conducting polyaniline (PAni) layer is presented.
Film properties are often modeled by constant-phase elements (CPE), which are closer to experimental results than capacitors.
We want to take an insight into the CPE. We propose a novel equivalent circuit based on the Frumkin-Melik-Gaikazyan adsorption
model, as we suppose that the PAni layer molecules may behave like other adsorbing and relaxing organic compounds. Measurements
are performed using recently developed experimental technique—dynamic electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Obtained spectra
are analyzed using the proposed equivalent circuits. Characteristics of several parameters are analyzed and discussed.

In this paper,a new approach is devoted to find novel analytical and approximate solutions to the damped quadratic nonlinear Helmholtz equation(HE)in terms of the Weiersrtrass elliptic function.The exact solution for undamped HE(integrable case)and approximate/semi-analytical solution to the damped HE(non-integrable case)are given for any arbitrary initial conditions.As a special case,the necessary and sufficient condition for the integrability of the damped HE using an elementary approach is reported.In general,a new ansatz is suggested to find a semi-analytical solution to the non-integrable case in the form of Weierstrass elliptic function.In addition,the relation between the Weierstrass and Jacobian elliptic functions solutions to the integrable case will be derived in details.Also,we will make a comparison between the semi-analytical solution and the approximate numerical solutions via using Runge-Kutta fourth-order method,finite difference method,and homotopy perturbation method for the first-two approximations.Furthermore,the maximum distance errors between the approximate/semi-analytical solution and the approximate numerical solutions will be estimated.As real applications,the obtained solutions will be devoted to describe the characteristics behavior of the oscillations in RLC series circuits and in various plasma models such as electronegative complex plasma model. 相似文献

A stable copper (hydr)oxide-modified electrode was prepared in 0.5 mol/L NaOH solution by cyclic voltammetry in the range of -250 to 1 000 mV. It can be used for electrochemical studies in the range of -250 to 1 000 mV without interfering peaks because there is no oxidation of copper. During an anodic potential sweep, the electro-oxidation of saccharose on Cu occurred by the formation of CuIII and this reaction also occurred in the early stages of the reversed cycle until it is stopped by the negative potentials. A mechanism based on the electro-chemical generation of CuIII active sites and their subsequent consumption by saccharose was proposed, and the rate law and kinetic parameters were obtained. The charge transfer resistance from theoretical and impedance studies was used to verify the mechanism. Under chronoamperometry regimes, the reaction followed Cottrellian behavior. The transfer of up to 21 electrons was observed in further investigations of the electro-oxidation of saccharose on a (hydr)oxide Cu rotating disk electrode. 相似文献

Agilent公司生产的Agilent 3000+系列色谱仪是微型气相色谱仪(micro GC)的典型代表,其热导检测器的信号放大电路和模数转换器(analog-to-digital convertor, ADC)存在功耗大、工作温度过高等不足.文中分析了micro GC电路的功能需求,从选用低噪声的24 bit Δ-Σ ADC ADS1255入手,设计了高共模电压容限、低噪声的全差分放大电路及其他外围电路,并且对全差分放大电路建立了噪声模型,计算了其噪声理论值,优化了系统设计参数.另外,还设计了一个测试平台,对所设计的全差分放大电路和ADC的性能进行了全面的测试评估,结果表明新设计的热导检测器放大电路与ADC的总噪声(以美国材料与试验协会(ASTM)标准值计)仅为1.25 μV,总功耗降低了3.7 W,满足micro GC的功能需求,而且可靠性高、体积小、结构简单,可用于新一代micro GC的研发和生产. 相似文献
