研究了层层自组装技术制备的导电聚合物SPAn/纳米硫化镉复合膜的电化学和光电化学性质。单层SPAn膜在0.1mol/L的LiClO4/乙腈电解液中有弱的阴极光电流效应,为p型半导体;化学沉淀CdS膜为n型半导体。复合膜PSS/Q-CdS仅有阳极光电流效应,为CdS的n型半导体。自组装复合膜SPAn/Q-CdS有两种不同类型的光电响应,在阴极区(导电聚合物SPAn处于未掺杂状态)具有阴极光电流,在阳极区(SPAn处于导电状态)具有阳极光电流;导电聚合物的电化学状态对复合膜的光电化学性质有决定性作用。  相似文献

The influence of energetic parameters of the interchain homo- and heterocontacts on a local ordering of Bernoullian copolymers has been studied using Monte Carlo simulations and probabilistic analysis. The results of both methods are in a good agreement. Then simple Monte Carlo procedure was employed to study the ordering in products of a polymeranalogous reaction with accelerating effect of neighboring groups. When the reaction with intra- and interchain acceleration and local ordering proceed simultaneously in confined conditions, the ordering might affect the process so that the formation of certain nano-structures (in particular, not trivial strip-like ones) is possible.  相似文献

用表面张力法和荧光探针技术分别测定了阳离子型离子液体表面活性剂氯化1-(2-羟乙基)-3-十二烷基咪唑([C2OHC12im]Cl)在无机盐(NaX,X=Cl-,Br-,I-和Na2SO4)水溶液中的自组装参数。 结果表明,反离子通过结合[C2OHC12im]+并中和其表面电荷,使[C2OHC12im]+的临界胶束浓度(CMC)和胶束平均聚集数(Nm)等自组装参数明显改变;改变幅度按照Cl-<Br-<I-<SO2-4次序递增;但是反离子(Cl-、Br-和SO2-4)种类对临界胶束平均聚集数(Nm,c)和胶束微极性([I1/I3]m)的影响不甚明显;随着Br-浓度增加,lg CMC线性减小,而Nm则以幂函数形式递增。  相似文献

Tapered optical fibers with nano-assembled coatings of thicknesses of order tens of nanometres were used for the detection of ammonia gas. The film coating was composed of alternate layers of tetrakis-(4-sulfophenyl) porphine (TSPP) and poly(allylamine hydrochloride) (PAH), which were deposited using the electrostatic self-assembly process (ESA). Exposure of a PAH/TSPP nano-assembled non-adiabatic tapered optical fiber with a waist diameter of 10 µm to ammonia induced significant optical changes in the transmission spectrum of the optical fiber. The fiber optic sensor showed a linear sensitivity to the concentration of ammonia in the range of 10–100 ppm, with response and recovery times less than 100 and 240 sec, respectively. The 3σ limit of detection (LOD) was estimated to be ca. 2 ppm.  相似文献

Orthohexagonal slices assembled by ZnSe quantum dots were synthesized through emulsion liquid membrane system. These orthohexagonal slices were 1.5-3.5 μm in side length and were self-assembled by ZnSe quantum dots of 2-3 nm. A new facile method of synthesis of calix[4]arene amide via the aminolysis of the calix[4]arene esters was reported. One ethyl ester of the compound (2) was aminolysized byn-butylamine. The crystal structure of compound (1)shows that one ethyl ester of compound (1) enters into thecavity of another compound (1) forming a long chainhost-guest supramolecule. From the 2D NMR data, the compound(1) does not assemble in THF or CHCl3 solution. The CH- interaction and crystallization energy might be theimportant driving forces for forming the self-assembledcalix[4]arene.  相似文献
