In this paper,microphase behavior of an ABC triblock copolymer,polystyrene-block-poly(2-vinylpyridine)-block-poly(ethylene oxide),namely PS-b-P2VP-b-PEO,was systematically studied during spin-coating and solvent vapor annealing based on various parameters,including the types of the solvent,spin speed and thickness.The morphological features and the microdomain location of the different blocks were characterized by atomic force microscope (AFM) and high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM).With increasing thickness,the order-order transition from nanopores array to the pattern of nanostripes was observed due to microdomain coarsening.These processes of pattern transformation were based on the selectivity of toluene for different blocks and on the contact time between solvent molecules and the three blocks.This work provides different templates for preparation of gold nanoparticle array on silicon wafer,which can be adopted as an active surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) substrate for poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT).  相似文献

Silver microelectrode arrays are fabricated by photolithography for a one-step analysis of H2O2 in low ionic strength samples. The effects of electrode length, width, band-to-band separation, connection height, and adhesion layer are evaluated. The developed sensor shows excellent repeatability (RSD=1.20 % (n=5)) and reproducibility (RSD=1.12 % (n=5)) with the linear range of 0.0–10.0 mM, the sensitivity of 9.84±0.34 μA mM−1, and the detection limit of 22.69 μM. The sensor has been successfully applied to detect H2O2 directly without the addition of supporting electrolyte in synthetic urine, tap water, drinking water, and milk samples.  相似文献

We reported a manually operated static droplet array (SDA)-based device for the synthesis of nonspherical microparticles with different shapes. The improved SDA structure and reversible bonding between poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) were used in the device for the large-scale synthesis and rapid extraction of nonspherical microparticles. To understand the device physics, the effects of flow rate, SDA well size, and shape on droplet generation performances were explored. The results indicated that droplet generation in SDA structures was insensitive to the flow rate, and monodisperse droplets were generated by the SDA-based device through manually pushing the syringe. Finally, we integrated four kinds of SDA structures in one device and successfully realized the synthesis and extraction of nonspherical microparticles with different shapes and materials. Our SDA-based device offers numerous advantages, such as simple manual operation, low equipment cost, controllable microparticle shapes and sizes, and large-scale production. Thus, it holds the potential to be used as a flexible tool for the production of nonspherical microparticles.  相似文献

二维液相色谱(2D-LC)因具有较高的峰容量,在复杂样品的分离分析中获得了广泛的关注。然而,制备型2D-LC以纯化高纯单体为目标,在方法开发和设备构成等方面与分析型2D-LC有较大的不同,目前尚未得到充分的开发,在大规模的制备纯化中应用较少。本文以一套制备液相色谱模块为分离系统,以稀释泵、切换阀和捕集柱阵列为接口,构建了新型的制备型2D-LC系统,旨在规模化纯化多个活性成分。以烟叶中可以用作医药原料的烟碱、绿原酸、芦丁和茄尼醇等组分为目标物,考察了不同类型填料对样品的捕集效率、过载条件下的色谱保留行为等,优化了制备色谱条件。进而利用在线2D-LC系统实现了烟叶提取物的纯化,通过一次运行获得了4个高纯化合物。该系统具有中压色谱纯化成本低、系统在线运行自动化程度高、稳定性好及容易放大等优点。烟叶中活性化学成分的回收利用对促进烟草行业的发展及带动地方农业经济开发具有重大的意义。  相似文献

A laser ablation system using a Nd:YAG laser was coupled both to a quadrupole inductively coupled plasma (ICP) mass spectrometer and to a double-focusing sector field ICP mass spectrometer. Laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS) was applied for the determination of long-lived radionuclides in a concrete matrix. The investigated samples were two laboratory standards with a concrete matrix, which we doped with different long-lived radionuclides (e.g. 99Tc, 232Th, 233U, 237Np) from the ng g−1 to μ g−1 concentration range and an undoped concrete material (blank). Detection limits for long-lived radionuclides in the 10 ng g−1 range are reached for LA-ICP-MS using the quadrupole mass spectrometer. With double-focusing sector field ICP-MS, the limits of detection are in general one order of magnitude lower and reach the sub ng g−1 range for 233U and 237Np. A comparison of mass spectrometric results with those of neutron activation analysis on undoped concrete sample indicates that a semiquantitative determination of the concentrations of the minor and trace elements in the concrete matrix is possible with LA-ICP-MS without using a standard reference material.  相似文献

A piezoelectric chemical sensor array was developed using four quartz crystals. Gas chromatographic stationary phases were used as sensing materials and the array was connected to an artificial neural network (ANN). The application of the ANN method proved to be particularly advantageous if the measured property (mass, concentration, etc.) should not be connected exactly to the signal of the transducers of the piezoelectric sensor. The optimum structure of neural network was determined by a trial and error method. Different structures were tried with several neurons in the hidden layer and the total error was calculated. The optimum values of primary weight factors, learning rate (η=0.15), momentum term (μ=0.9), and the sigmoid parameter (β=1) were determined. Finally, three hidden neurons and 900 training cycles were applied. After the teaching process the network was used for identification of taught analytes (acetone, benzene, chloroform, pentane). Mixtures of organic compounds were also analysed and the ANN method proved to be a reliable way of differentiating the sensing materials and identifying the volatile compounds.  相似文献
