Bovine milk is an important food component in the human diet due to its nutrient-rich metabolites. However, bovine subclinical mastitis alters the composition and quality of milk. In present study, California mastitis testing, somatic cell count, pH, and electrical conductivity were used as confirmatory tests to detect subclinical mastitis. The primary goal was to study metabolome and identify major pathogens in cows with subclinical mastitis. In this study, 29 metabolites were detected in milk using gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. Volatile acidic compounds, such as hexanoic acid, hexadecanoic acid, lauric acid, octanoic acid, n-decanoic acid, tricosanoic acid, tetradecanoic acid, and hypogeic acid were found in milk samples, and these impart good flavor to the milk. Metaboanalyst tool was used for metabolic pathway analysis and principal component estimation. In this study, EC and pH values in milk were significantly increased (p < 0.0001), whereas fat (p < 0.04) and protein (p < 0.0002) significantly decreased in animals with subclinical mastitis in comparison to healthy animals. Staphylococcus aureus was the predominant pathogen found (n = 54), followed by Escherichia coli (n = 30). Furthermore, antibiotic sensitivity revealed that Staphylococcus aureus was more sensitive to gentamicin (79.6%), whereas Escherichia coli showed more sensitivity to doxycycline hydrochloride (80%).  相似文献

The engineering geological problems of soft rock are common in large slope engineering and underground engineering surrounding rock. In order to study the change in mechanical properties of soft rock under the action of loading, excavation and rainfall, this paper carried out experimental research on similar materials of soft rock. The similar material of soft rock is prepared by using iron fine powder, barite powder and quartz sand as aggregate, gypsum as binder and redispersible latex powder as regulator. A single-factor influence test was designed with the content of redispersible latex powder as variation parameter. Analysis the influence of redispersible latex powder from the perspectives of physical and mechanical indexes, failure forms, stress–strain states and changes after water seepage. In addition, evaluate the feasibility of this similar material in geomechanical model test. Experimental results show that the density, compressive strength and Poisson’s ratio of similar materials can be improved to a certain extent by the redispersible latex powder with low dosage. However, the above indexes show a significant downward trend with the increase in dosage when the dosage exceeds 2%. The deformation modulus always shows a downward trend, and this trend becomes more significant especially when the dosage exceeds 2%. With the increase in the redispersible latex powder, the stress–strain curves of similar materials show obvious elastic and plastic stages. The failure mode gradually changes to X-shaped conjugate failure, which is common in soft rock, and the material changes from brittle failure to plastic failure. In addition, this type of similar material with gypsum as cementing agent will cause serious damage and loss of bearing capacity after seepage. These methods produce similar materials with low strength, low deformation modulus and plastic failure form, which can be used to simulate the stability of soft rock engineering caused by loading or excavation. At the same time, it also sheds lights on preparing similar materials of hard rock.  相似文献

Fractional Brownian motion (FBM) is a generalization of the classical Brownian motion. Most of its statistical properties are characterized by the self-similarity (Hurst) index 0<H<1. In nature one often observes changes in the dynamics of a system over time. For example, this is true in single-particle tracking experiments where a transient behavior is revealed. The stationarity of increments of FBM restricts substantially its applicability to model such phenomena. Several generalizations of FBM have been proposed in the literature. One of these is called multifractional Brownian motion (MFBM) where the Hurst index becomes a function of time. In this paper, we introduce a rigorous statistical test on MFBM based on its covariance function. We consider three examples of the functions of the Hurst parameter: linear, logistic, and periodic. We study the power of the test for alternatives being MFBMs with different linear, logistic, and periodic Hurst exponent functions by utilizing Monte Carlo simulations. We also analyze mean-squared displacement (MSD) for the three cases of MFBM by comparing the ensemble average MSD and ensemble average time average MSD, which is related to the notion of ergodicity breaking. We believe that the presented results will be helpful in the analysis of various anomalous diffusion phenomena.  相似文献

Leverage effect often arises in many fields,such as financial risk management, portfolio and option pricing. However,it still remains to be studied that whether there is leverage effect or not in real data. Based on local polynomial regression estimation and Kolmogorov-Smirnov nonparametric test, this paper introduces a new nonparametric test statistic for the leverage effect, and some asymptotic properties are also presented. Simulation studies show that the proposed method performs well. Finally, empirical studies on SP500 index and Microsoft data imply that leverage effect exists in the real data, which is consistent with the idea in finance.  相似文献

高速磁浮列车气动噪声分布规律研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本文基于上海线高速磁浮列车现场噪声测试,结合数值仿真分析了磁浮列车行驶时的噪声特性以及气动噪声分布规律.数值仿真采用延时分离涡结合声比拟的方法,并对比现场测试噪声数据,给出了高速列车气动噪声特性以及噪声源分布规律.研究结果表明:列车行驶时噪声时程呈现很强脉冲性,频率小于100 Hz噪声主要来源于与高架桥梁结构振动相关的二次辐射噪声,特别是次声频段内,桥梁自振会产生显著的噪声.磁浮列车表面气动噪声分布规律与噪声频率相关,低频噪声与列车的车尾涡脱相关,高频噪声由车头边界层分离以及再附着、车身边界层流动等引起,而中频噪声主要产生于列车底部、抱轨与轨道梁表面相对运动作用.因此,高速磁浮列车除了要重点考虑车头、车尾的气动外形对气动噪声的影响外,还应考虑轨道间隙处气动噪声及其分布规律.  相似文献

In this paper, an ultrasound measurement method was applied to bulge test on carbon black-filled SBR specimens, in order to determine their thickness at the top of the dome. This method consists in measuring first the variation in the ultrasonic velocity as a function of the deformation in the uniaxial state and subsequently obtaining the thickness value in the equibiaxial state, assuming the congruence of velocity in uniaxial and equibiaxial stress states, respectively.The comparison between experimental data and the thickness values deriving from the most reliable theoretical criteria for both metallic and rubbers-like materials was shown.A new theoretical approach taking into account the slight compressibility of elastomers to estimate the thickness at the dome apex was proposed. Such an approach provided a general equation to define the thickness of the dome in bulge-tested SBR+20%CB as a function of the Poisson ratio.  相似文献

为了大幅度提高纯铌超导腔的品质因数,从而降低其使用功耗,选择对超导腔进行高温氮掺杂处理。立足国内外大型加速器的需求,中国科学院高能物理研究所首先开展了1.3 GHz 1-cell超导腔的研究,包括常规处理以及氮掺杂实验,并且对掺杂前后的结果进行了分析、对比。结果表明,通过掺氮,两只1.3 GHz 1-cell细晶粒纯铌超导腔的品质因数均获得了显著提升,同时在超导腔低温垂直测试中观察到了比较明显的反常的品质因数随加速梯度变化的曲线,即"anti-Q-slope"现象。  相似文献

The present research was performed to study the compressive deformation behavior and the energy absorption quantity of aluminum-foam-filled sections. Empty and foam-filled sections were compressed at different strain rates to ascertain the effect to energy absorption. Results show that plateau stress and energy absorption were enhanced due to increase in strain rate. In the case of Al-foam-filled square section, energy absorption was increased up to 26%. Similarly, the plateau stress of mild steel empty section was also found to be increased. Moreover, the energy absorption capacity of mild steel section was enhanced by 25% due to being filled with Al foam. It was noted that square section always absorbs (25–30% depending upon the strain rate) more energy compared to the round sample.  相似文献

A highly selective and sensitive acridine-based colorimetric sensor 2-((7-chloro-2-methoxybenzo[b][1,5]naphthyridin-10-yl)amino)phenol (NAP) was developed for detection of Cu2+ ions both in aqueous solution and on test papers. Sensor NAP responses to Cu2+ ions by changing its color from yellow to pink, which could be easily observed by the naked eyes. Furthermore, the mechanism of the binding model of NAP-Cu2+ complex was investigated by 1H NMR, HRMS analysis, and DFT calculations.  相似文献
