Hindered rotation was considered in calculations of the conformational parameters of a series of polyheteroarylenes with bulky side substituents by the Monte-Carlo method. Within the range of experimental errors, the results of calculations for several polyarylates coincide with the values of conformational rigidity, determined from hydrodynamic experimental data. The proposed procedure was used to estimate the rigidities of a number of polymers with bulky side substuents for which experimental determination is difficult. Summary Four different techniques to quantify unresolved chromatographic peaks with known spectral features combined with photodiode array detection, are investigated as regards their efficiency for the accurate and precise determination of drugs in the low g-range. The comparison includes peak suppression utilising difference chromatograms, first-order derivative chromatograms, selective chromatograms, generated by the calculation of orthogonal polynomial shares, and the powerful least-squares multicomponent analysis approach. Each of these methods uses UV-spectra taken throughout, the peak. The results presented and conclusions reached should enable the chromatographer to come to a decision about the reasonable use of these options now provided by multichannel detection in HPLC.  相似文献

Summary 2,8-Dihydroxyadeninuria and xanthinuria are inborn enzyme disorders which must be under lifelong therapeutic control. Quantitative determination of 2,8-DHA and xanthine using reversed phase HPLC was performed. A new application for the separation of purines shortens analysis-time. Examples of the determination of 2,8-DHA and xanthine before and under certain therapies are shown. Long term monitoring of the patients offers the possibility of a reliable prophylaxis against stone recurrence.  相似文献

A series of ferrocene‐containing liquid‐crystalline polyphosphonates with an even number of methylene groups are reported. All the polymers gave birefringent melts. The mesophase was identified as transparent with an increase in the spacer. The effects of pendant substitution and the spacer were studied with thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry. The effects of the phosphonate group in the spacer and the ferrocene ester group in the mesogen were examined. The presence of a steplike mesogenic structure and a pendant phenyl group in the spacer led to reductions in the glass‐transition and melting temperatures. The ferrocene moiety in the mesogen might be one of the reasons for the increased thermal stability and decreased liquid crystallinity. An energy‐minimized structure for the mesogenic and spacer segments was created with computer‐modeling programs, and it suggested the reason for the reductions in the glass‐transition and melting temperatures. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The previously unknown 1-amino- and 3-aminonaphtho[1,2-d]imidazoles, 1-aminonaphtho[2,3-d]imidazole, 1-aminophenanthro[9,10-d]imidazole and the N-amino-N'-methylimidazolium picrates corresponding to them have been obtained by direct amination of a series of condensed imidazoles with O-picrylhydroxylamine. An X-ray structural investigation of 1-amino-3-methylnaphtho[1,2-d]imidazolium picrate showed that, in difference to 1-aminobenzimidazolium salts, a conformation exists in it in which the hydrogen atoms of the N-NH2 group are directed to the side of the meso carbon atom.  相似文献

The self‐complementary tetrameric propargyl triols 8, 14, 18 , and 21 were synthesized to investigate the duplex formation of self‐complementary, ethynylene‐linked UUAA, AAUU, UAUA, and AUAU analogues with integrated bases and backbone (ONIBs). The linear synthesis is based on repetitive Sonogashira couplings and C‐desilylations (34–72% yield), starting from the monomeric propargyl alcohols 9 and 15 and the iodinated nucleosides 3, 7, 11 , and 13 . Strongly persistent intramolecular H‐bonds from the propargylic OH groups to N(3) of the adenosine units prevent the gg‐type orientation of the ethynyl groups at C(5′). As such, an orientation is required for the formation of cyclic duplexes, this H‐bond prevents the formation of duplexes connected by all four base pairs. However, the central units of the UAUA and AAUU analogues 18 and 14 associate in CDCl3/(D6)DMSO 10 : 1 to form a cyclic duplex characterized by reverse Hoogsteen base pairing. The UUAA tetramer 8 forms a cyclic UU homoduplex, while the AUAU tetramer 21 forms only linear associates. Duplex formation of the O‐silylated UUAA and AAUU tetramers is no longer prevented. The self‐complementary UUAA tetramer 22 forms Watson–Crick‐ and Hoogsteen‐type base‐paired cyclic duplexes more readily than the sequence‐isomeric AAUU tetramer 23 , further illustrating the sequence selectivity of duplex formation.  相似文献

DSC, TG and quadrupole mass spectrometer data concerning methylquinuclidinium iodide (MeQ1), dried precursor gel, and crystalline levyne-type zeolite are discussed together with the thermal degradation of MeQ1 mixed with single inorganic components of the gel. It is shown that MeQ+ions play a role in the organization of the gel structure. This revised version was published online in July 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

建立了反相高效液相色谱法监测人口服地尔硫艹卓缓释片后血药浓度。血样用正己烷-氯仿-异丙醇混合溶剂(60405)提取后,以C18化学键合硅胶为固定相,甲醇-水-三乙胺为流动相,安定为内标,在239nm波长处定量检测。血药浓度在15~300μg/L范围内线性关系良好,最低检测浓度为3μg/L。批内(n=7)及批间(n=5)测定相对标准偏差分别小于6.8%和8.4%,回收率为91%~104%。监测了8名健康人口服盐酸地尔硫艹卓缓释片后的不同时间的血药浓度变化,计算了有关的药代动力学参数。  相似文献

The structures of deoxypeganine (DOP) hydrochloride and oxalate were solved by x-ray structure analysis. An infinite chain along the crystallographic c axis was formed in the crystal structure of DOP oxalate. A molecular framework consisting of Cl anions and DOP cation protonated at N1 was found in the structure of unhydrated DOP hydrochloride. The molecular packing of the “host” (DOP cation) was pseudoisostructural in the studied ion-molecular crystals but differed from other known DOP salts.
