As a final process in roller bearing manufacturing, Through Centerless Superfinishing is of great importance to the performance of bearings. Applied loads, rotational speeds, reciprocating frequencies and amplitude of superfinishing stones are crucial parameters, which mainly influence the surface topography, and are difficult to be adjusted to achieve optimal superfinishing effect, so product quality is unstable in practice. A superfinishing model is firstly established, which includes cutting and motion models. And then a simulation method is presented to form the topography on the condition of various combinations of the above three parameters, the effect of every parameter on the topography being clarified. This work provides a useful means to select reasonable combination of superfinishing parameters for roller bearing buildings.  相似文献

The analysis of roller pen inks has become more and more important in fraudulent document examination because of the extensive use of roller pens in financial documents. Capillary electrophoresis with powerful resolution was applied for the analysis of roller pen inks. The experiment focused on the optimization of the separation of the extract from commercially available roller pen entries. A better separation electropherogram was obtained when a 20 mM borate buffer at pH 8.5 and a fused silica capillary with an inner diameter of 100 μm with a total length of 47 (40 cm to the detector window) were used. Five inks from roller pens of different manufacturers and countries were analyzed, and their electropherograms showed that most patterns are distinctly different from each other. Capillary with inner diameter of 100 μm increased the intensity of determination; therefore, color dyes were identified in the visible range and were able to provide more information for comparing types of roller pen inks.  相似文献

In this study, the film thickness around the roller is numerically estimated using the volume of fluid (VOF) method to clarify the film-formation process around the rotating roller. Parametric studies were performed to compare the effects of ink properties (viscosity, surface tension) and operational conditions (roller rotation speed, initial immersed angle) on film thickness. The viscosity of the ink and the speed of rotation of the roller were found to be the dominant factors that determine the ink film thickness. In addition, a correlation equation is proposed to predict the thickness of the ink film around a printing roller rotating at a speed of 20–30 rad/s, as a function of angular position, angular velocity, and viscosity.  相似文献

在工程应用中,打滑损伤是导致滚动早期失效的主要原因之一,因此,通过试验研究分析了圆柱滚子轴承保持架的转动速度、轴承径向载荷、内圈转动速度和滚动体数与打滑现象及滑差率的关系。结果表明,在径向载荷一定时,轴承的转动速度越高,保持架的打滑现象越严重。在轴承同圈转动速度一定时,轴承径向载荷增大和滚动体数减少,都有利于轴承保持架的滑差率减小。  相似文献

建立超高效液相色谱–二极管阵列检测器测定香型中性笔墨水中邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP)、邻苯二甲酸二正丙酯(DPP)、邻苯二甲酸丁基苄酯(BBP)、邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸二正戊酯(DAP)、邻苯二甲酸二环己酯(DCHP)、邻苯二甲酸二正己酯(DHP)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)和邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯(DNOP)10种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)的方法。样品采用甲醇涡旋超声提取,色谱柱为Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C_(18)柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm),以乙腈–水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,用PDA检测器检测,10 min内完成10种邻苯二甲酸酯的检测。10种邻苯二甲酸酯的质量浓度在5.0~200.0 mg/L范围内与其色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为3.2~4.0 mg/kg;在高低两个添加水平下,10种邻苯二甲酸酯的回收率为96.3%~104.1%,测定结果相对标准偏差为0.1%~2.9%(n=6)。该方法样品处理简单,提取效率高,分离效果好,且灵敏度高,能快速准确测定香型中性笔墨水中10种邻苯二甲酸酯。  相似文献

In an estuary, a tidal bore is a hydraulic jump in translation generated at the leading edge of the flood tide during the early flood tide under spring macrotidal conditions in a narrow funnelled channel. After formation, the bore is traditionally analysed as a hydraulic jump in translation and its leading edge is characterised by a breaking roller for Fr1 > 1.3–1.5. Herein new unsteady experiments were conducted to investigate in details the upstream propagation of breaking bore roller. The toe perimeter shape fluctuated rapidly with transverse distance and time. A characteristic transverse wave length of the toe perimeter was observed. Both the standard deviation of toe perimeter location and characteristic transverse wave length were comparable to field observations. The celerity of the roller toe fluctuated rapidly with time and space. The instantaneous longitudinal profile of the roller free-surface showed significant temporal and spatial fluctuations. Although the bore propagation may be analysed in an integral form in first approximation, the rapid fluctuations in roller toe perimeter and free-surface profiles indicated a strongly three-dimensional turbulent flow motion.  相似文献

回顾了近年来国内外工业生产中圆锥滚子外观缺陷分割领域的研究进展,为了实现更加简单高效的滚子外观缺陷检测,设计了一套合适的光学成像系统用于图像采集,提出了最大类间方差法和局部阈值算法的缺陷分割,对分割后图像进行特征提取并进行SVM分类。实验结果表明,该算法有较高的准确率和较好的适应性,优于传统的滚子外观缺陷分割算法,可以满足工业生产中的实际需求。  相似文献

为消除圆柱滚子端部的应力集中现象,提高滚动轴承的疲劳寿命,对圆柱滚子内修形-深穴结构的形状控制参数(深穴开口度k、深穴长度l、深穴锥角α)进行了分析,建立了滚子接触有限元(FEM)模型。基于响应曲面法(RSM),建立了以滚子端部与中间接触应力差最小为优化目标,以k,l和α为设计变量的优化数学模型,并对响应面模型进行了求解,得到一组最优解,通过对比分析表明深穴滚子可以有效地降低滚子端部的应力集中现象,优化后深穴滚子应力分布更为均匀,避免了因局部应力过大而过早发生疲劳失效;采用FEM与RSM相结合的优化方法操作简单、效率高,可将其应用于其他机械零部件的优化设计。  相似文献

Planetary roller screw (PRS), with higher thrust, higher load capacity, and higher speed, is the best choice of the transmission component of the servo system. However, spinning sliding of rollers and support bearings can cause frictional moments and frictional heat, which is an undesirable phenomenon. Besides, frictional heat will further result in high temperature that causes deterioration of lubrication and eventually lead to destruction of the mechanism. Therefore, it is important to predict frictional moments which result in frictional heat. In order to predict the magnitude of frictional heat of PRS mechanism and study the influence of structural parameters of thread and operating conditions on frictional heat, first, a frictional moment model of bearings is built, and frictional moments models of PRS considering the elastic hysteresis of material, the spinning sliding of the rollers, the viscosity of lubricating oil and the differential sliding of thread raceways are established in this paper, respectively. Second, heat generation models of bearing and PRS are presented, respectively. Finally, relationships between frictional heat in terms of operating conditions of PRS, contact angle, and helix angle of roller thread are investigated. The achievements of this project will provide theoretical basis for the design of PRS with lower frictional moments and higher transmission efficiency.  相似文献

Co10Cu90Co10Cu90 alloys were prepared by melt spinning in a twin roller device at 5 m/s and 23 m/s tangential wheel velocities. The low temperature (5–300 K) magnetic and electron transport properties were investigated in as cast alloys and in samples annealed for 1 h at 923 K. Magnetoresistance (MR) measurements were performed between 35 K and 295 K, with applied field up to 0.85 T. For each condition, M–H loops and M(T) curves were measured and analyzed to estimate the mean Co particle size and the blocking temperature distribution, respectively. In the as cast condition, particle sizes between 2.3 nm and 5.7 nm and mean blocking temperatures between 31 K and 247 K are found; these alloys, cooled at these relatively low rates, show appreciable room temperature MR values (0.5–1.5% for 0.85 T). A minimum resistance is found at about 30 K in alloys with compositions up to 15 at% Co.  相似文献
