Thomas rotation and Foucault pendulum under a simple unifying geometrical point of view

In this paper we show that there is a complete parallelism between the Foucault pendulum and the Thomas rotation phenomena by using the concept of parallel transport in a surface. In the case of the Foucault pendulum the surface is the ordinary sphere corresponding to the Earth sphere, whereas in the case of the Thomas rotation the surface is the pseudosphere corresponding to the space of relativistic velocities. Moreover, in both cases we use a simple method that reduces the problem to the parallel transport in a conical surface, and so, to the plane.

应用有限变形的最小加速度原理，推导出了小变形或有限变形构件受到刚性飞射物撞击时的刚塑性运动方程，指出该方法具有直接、简捷和可靠的特点。     

Periodic orbits around the collinear libration points in the restricted three body problem when the smaller primary is a triaxial rigid body and bigger primary is a source of radiation pressure

Periodic orbits belonging to the stromgren families A, B and C around the collinear libration points in the restricted three body problem have been studied when the smaller primary is a triaxial rigid body and more massive body is a source of radiation pressure. These families are determined in three different cases: (i) classical case, (ii) when bigger primary is a source of radiation pressure, (iii) when smaller primary is a triaxial rigid body and bigger primary is a source of radiation pressure. The Liapunov stability of each periodic solution has also been examined.      

Divisible rigid groups

A soluble group G is rigid if it contains a normal series of the form G = G₁ > G₂ > … > G_p > G_p+1 = 1, whose quotients G_i/G_i+1 are Abelian and are torsion-free as right ℤ[G/G_i]-modules. The concept of a rigid group appeared in studying algebraic geometry over groups that are close to free soluble. In the class of all rigid groups, we distinguish divisible groups the elements of whose quotients G_i/G_i+1 are divisible by any elements of respective groups rings Z[G/G_i]. It is reasonable to suppose that algebraic geometry over divisible rigid groups is rather well structured. Abstract properties of such groups are investigated. It is proved that in every divisible rigid group H that contains G as a subgroup, there is a minimal divisible subgroup including G, which we call a divisible closure of G in H. Among divisible closures of G are divisible completions of G that are distinguished by some natural condition. It is shown that a divisible completion is defined uniquely up to G-isomorphism. 关于3阶Carmichael数

朱文余和孙琦（见《数学进展》，2004，33（4）：505-507）提出了关于3阶Carmichael数的三个问题，我们（见《四川大学学报（自然科学版）》，2006，43（6）：1197-1201）肯定地回答了问题1．本文模仿Howe的寻找严格2阶Carmichael数（见Mathematics of Computation，2000，69（232）：1711—1719）的方法，提出寻找满足某种条件的3阶Carmichael数的方法，并用这种方法确实找到了几百个这样的数，因而完全肯定地回答了问题2．     

刚体位移对应变测试的影响

通过运用波前干涉理论,得到了贴片云纹干涉法测圆柱壳的位移与应变公式,分析了刚体位移及曲率对测试结果的影响情况.指出了在对压力容器及管道进行测试时应注意的事项.
