ZnO thin film was initially deposited on InP substrate by radio frequency (rf) magnetron sputtering and the diffusion process was performed using the closed ampoule technique where Zn3P2 was used as the dopant source. To verify the junction formation of ZnO thin films, the electrical properties were measured, and the effects of Zn3P2 diffusion on ZnO thin films were investigated. It is observed that the electrical property of the film is changed from n-type to p-type by dopant diffusion effect. Based on the results, it is confirmed that ZnO thin films can be a potential candidate for ultraviolet (UV) optical devices. 相似文献

Low-pressure gas discharge plasmas are known to be strongly affected by the presence of small dust particles. This issue plays a role in the investigations of dust particle-forming plasmas, where the dust-induced instabilities may affect the properties of synthesized dust particles. Also, gas discharges with large amounts of microparticles are used in microgravity experiments, where strongly coupled subsystems of charged microparticles represent particle-resolved models of liquids and solids. In this field, deep understanding of dust–plasma interactions is required to construct the discharge configurations which would be able to model the desired generic condensed matter physics as well as, in the interpretation of experiments, to distinguish the plasma phenomena from the generic condensed matter physics phenomena. In this review, we address only physical aspects of dust–plasma interactions, that is, we always imply constant chemical composition of the plasma as well as constant size of the dust particles. We also restrict the review to two discharge types: dc discharge and capacitively coupled rf discharge. We describe the experimental methods used in the investigations of dust–plasma interactions and show the approaches to numerical modelling of the gas discharge plasmas with large amounts of dust. Starting from the basic physical principles governing the dust–plasma interactions, we discuss the state-of-the-art understanding of such complicated, discharge-type-specific phenomena as dust-induced stratification and transverse instability in a dc discharge or void formation and heartbeat instability in an rf discharge. 相似文献

An experimental study of plasmachemical reaction involving CH4 and N2 molecules in rf discharge was studied in order to know the effect of vibrational excitation of N2 molecules. When the relative nitrogen concentration was greater than 0.8, the main product of CH4 decomposition was HCN, and the rate of methane decomposition at this condition was faster than that one in pure methane. These results could be confirmed through the mass spectroscopic method. The reason for these results is the vibrational energy of N2 excited by rf discharge. The chain reaction mechanisms of producing HCN by vibrational excitation of N2 were examined closely through numerical simulation. The rate-controlling step was the dissociation reaction of excited nitrogen molecule to the atomic nitrogen, so the process of HCN synthesis was limited by the value of reaction constant, kN. 相似文献

Due to their extreme reactivity, fluorine and fluorinated gases may be used to modify the surface properties of numerous materials. In the following, the surface fluorination of some carbon-based compounds (graphite, graphitised carbon fibres, carbon blacks and elastomers) using CF4 rf plasma technique and direct F2-gas fluorination is proposed. From XPS studies, the different types of CF bonding obtained in the materials after treatment have been correlated either to the physico-chemical characteristics of the pristine material or to the experimental parameters of the fluorination. In previous studies on plasma-particle interaction, as far as we know, the rf plasma flow and temperature fields are all simulated
by the non-self-consistent one-dimensional electromagnetic (1-D EM) field model. In the present paper, the complete self-consistent
two-dimensional electromagnetic (2-D EM) field model incorporating the axial Lorentz force component, which is neglected in
the 1-D model, is firstly adopted to calculate the aluminium particle trajectory and thermal history in atmospheric rf Ar
plasma with the particle evaporation effect included. The crucial effect of reverse flow within the coil region on the particle
trajectory is discovered and the results show that the 2-D EM field model must be adopted instead of the 1-D model when the
plasma-particle interaction is studied. The effect of carrier gas flux on the particle movement and heating are also studied,
resulting in some useful conclusions for both plasma theory and application.

利用3维软件设计并模拟了适用于X波段高功率带状注速调管的“Ⅱ”形谐振腔,根据模拟结果分析了腔体各尺寸对电场均匀性的影响;建立了平面对称结构的3维高频互作用系统模拟平台,应用此平台讨论了扼流器法和漂移管窄壁开槽法这两种抑制漂移管中非工作模式的方法;分析了漂移管的尺寸及漂移头对谐振腔内场分布的影响。研究表明:波导高度、耦合腔宽度和高度对带状注速调管谐振腔间隙的电场均匀性影响较大;而波导长度和宽度、耦合腔长度对该电场均匀性影响不大;腔体连接处加上漂移头可使场分布更加集中;该型带状注速调管谐振腔能够产生均匀的电场,为提高注波互作用效率奠定了基础。 相似文献
