企业聘用职业经理人的最优时机及其委托代理模型

认为尽管职业经理人的能力可能更强,但只有当企业规模大于临界规模时,企业才会选择聘用职业经理人.运用实物期权的方法,分析得到了企业聘用职业经理人的最优规模(时机),并基于此建立了最优分成制委托代理模型.分析结果表明,在企业考虑实物期权价值的情况下,增大了聘用职业经理人的临界规模,降低了最优分成比例,提高了代理人的努力水平.结果进一步显示,随着市场不确定性的增大,企业聘用职业经理人的临界规模增大,代理人的努力水平降低,最有分成比例增大.     

SOME COMPARISONS BETWEEN GENERALIZED ORDER STATISTICS

Some stochastic comparisons of generalized order statistics under the right spread order,the location independent riskier order and the total time transform order are investigated in this paper.The underlying distributions and parameters on which generalized order statistics are based are also surveyed to obtain the conditions for increasing the expectations of spacings between the first two generalized order statistics and between the last two generalized order statistics.     

一种时序混合模型的模型选择方法探讨

根据时间序列数据所表现的性质。提出一种新的时序混合模型。并采用一种基于优化的距离来确定成分的个数。并给出了相关的推导．

在二维空间中，讨论了一类Boussinesq水波系统并用初值中出现的小参数的级数形式表示了此系统的确切解，得到了此解的长时间渐近行为按指数衰减．     

飞秒激光脉冲与金属光阴极相互作用

本文从理论上分析了飞秒激光与光阴极相互作用过程，采用双温模型分析了飞秒激光脉冲辐照下金属薄膜的温度效应。通过建立一个简单的光电效应模型，获得了最佳的金属光阴极厚度，通过该模型可以发现，产生的光电流对在飞秒激光脉冲辐照下的电子温度和晶格温度有着很大的依赖关系。     

连续时间下局部光滑统计量的a.s.收敛速度和边界效应

本文在连续时间场合研究回归函数的非参数估计量之一———局部光滑统计量的性质 .不仅给出其a.s.收敛的一个速度 ,而且证明了该统计量不受边界效应影响的优良性质 ;同时指出了在连续时间的场合 ,估计量中窗宽的选择和样本的轨道性质都对该估计量的性质产生重要的影响     

一类非牛顿系统弱解的长时间性态

本文讨论一类非牛顿系统弱解的长时间性态,证明解在L2 范数下的衰减速率为(1 t)-n/4 达到和线性热方程一致.     

二维介质柱光子晶体波导吸收边界条件

设计优化了用于截断二维正方格子介质柱光子晶体波导的分布布拉格反射波导的结构.二维时域有限差分数值模拟结果显示，在上述两种波导联接处的反射系数可以在大部分光子晶体波导导波的频谱范围内降到1％以下.将这种分布布拉格反射波导和通常的吸收边界条件相结合可以构成用于光子晶体波导的吸收边界条件，其反射率可以降低到-40dB以下，吸收层的厚度可取为晶格长度的1.3倍. 关键词： 吸收边界条件 光子晶体波导 时域有限差分     

A time domain analysis of wave motions in chiral materials

A time domain analysis of the equations governing wave propagation in an unbounded chiral medium is presented by a spectral family approach and by a direct eigenfunction expansion using Beltrami–Moses fields.     

An explicit second order spectral element method for acoustic waves

The acoustic wave equation is here discretized by conforming spectral elements in space and by the second order leap-frog method in time. For simplicity, homogeneous boundary conditions are considered. A stability analysis of the resulting method is presented, providing an upper bound for the allowed time step that is proportional to the size of the elements and inversely proportional to the square of their polynomial degree. A convergence analysis is also presented, showing that the convergence error decreases when the time step or the size of the elements decrease or when the polynomial degree increases. Several numerical results illustrating these results are presented.
