A ternary polyaniline/Fe2O3-SnO2/reduced graphene oxide (PFSG) nanocomposite was prepared using a simple two-step hydrothermal treatment. The composite was applied as a glassy carbon electrode modifier (GCE) to enhance dopamine (DA) and uric acid (UA) detection. The ternary PFSG composite was compared with its binary precursor Fe2O3-SnO2/reduced graphene oxide (FSG). The influence of the modified GCE electrodes on their performance as a sensing platform was determined. GCE/PFSG showed better sensing parameters than GCE/FSG due to the introduction of polyaniline (PANI), increasing the electrocatalytic properties of the electrode towards the detected analytes. GCE/PFSG enabled the detection of low concentrations of DA (0.076 µM) and UA (1.6 µM). The peak potential separation between DA and UA was very good (180 mV). Moreover, the DA oxidation peak was unaffected even if the concentration of UA was ten times higher. The fabricated sensor showed excellent performance in the simultaneous detection with DA and UA limits of detection: LODDA = 0.15 µM and LODUA = 6.4 µM, and outstanding long-term stability towards DA and UA, holding 100% and 90% of their initial signals respectively, after one month of use.  相似文献

The development of biodegradable materials for tailored applications, particularly in the field of polymeric films and sheets, is a challenging technological goal as well as a contribution to help protect the environment. Poly(lactic) acid (PLA) is a promising substitute for several oil-based polymers; however, to overcome its thermal and mechanical drawbacks, researchers have developed solutions such as blending PLA with polybutylene adipate terephthalate (PBAT), which is capable of increasing the ductility of the final material. In this study, PLA/PBAT binary blends, with minimum possible content of nonrenewable materials, were examined from processing, thermal, morphological, and rheological perspective. An optimized PLA/PBAT ratio was chosen as the polymeric basis to obtain a biodegradable formulation by adding a biobased plasticizer and appropriate fillers to produce a micrometer film with tailored flexibility and tear resistance. The processing technology involved flat-die extrusion, followed by calendering. The tearing resistance of the produced film was investigated, and the results were compared with literature data. A study on the essential work of fracture was implemented to explore the mode III out-of-plane fracture resistance starting from a trouser tear test.  相似文献

An analytical relationship “the current peak height—the potential sweep rate” is derived for the three-dimensional film formation under ohmic resistance control. The model takes into account both the changing of the coverage degree and the thickening of the surface film. It is shown that a criterion for definition of the growth type (2D or 3D) of the surface film can be offered. An offered model is tested for anodic oxidation of silver in sulfuric acid solution.  相似文献

A novel three-dimensional (3D) d-f heterometallic metal-organic framework (MOF) formulated as [EuCd1.5L2(H2O)3] · 2H2O ( 1 ) [H3L = 5-(4-(tetrazol-5-yl)phenyl)isophthalic acid] was successfully synthesized and characterized. Structural analysis displays that 1 features a 3D (3, 12)-connected framework constructed by [Eu2Cd3(tetrazole)4(COO)8] units. The powder X-ray diffraction measurement of 1 immersed in different solvents reveals that 1 possess good solvent stability. It is worth noting that 1 displays highly selective detection for ronidazole (RDZ) and 4-nitrophenol (4-NP) through luminescence quenching. The possible mechanism of luminescent sensing is also well discussed.  相似文献

黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)以其高毒性和致癌性成为食品安全隐患而备受关注. 本文拟构建一种新颖、简单、快速、灵敏的传感器用于谷物食品中AFB1的痕量检测. 将介孔碳(CMK)修饰在工作电极表面来增大电极的表面积,再将工作电极恒电位沉积金纳米粒子(AuNPs),提高电信号的同时,为下一步巯基化适配体的连接提供位点. 检测过程中,AFB1可以竞争性地去除吸附在适配体链上的亚甲基蓝(MB)引起电信号的变化,对AFB1进行定量检测. 修饰的工作电极导电性能得到改善,灵敏度大大提高,对AFB1的线性响应范围为0.1 ~ 75 μg·L-1,检出限低至36 ng·L-1. 在对不同谷物食品(大米、玉米、糯米)进行加标回收实验中,回收率在92.3% ~ 103.6%范围之间,实现对目标物的定量检测. 本文为食品中AFB1快速检测方法提供了一种新思路和新方法.  相似文献

MXenes have emerged as versatile 2D materials that are already gaining paramount attention in the areas of energy,catalyst,electromagnetic shielding,and sensors.The unique surface chemistry,graphene-like mo rphology,high hydrophilicity,metal-like conductivity with redox capability identifies MXenes,as an ideal material for surface-related applications.This short review summarizes the most recent reports that discuss the potential application of MXenes and their hybrids as a transducer material for advanced sensors.Based on the nature of transducing signals,the discussion is categorized into three sections,which include electrochemical(bio) sensors,gas sensors,and finally,electro-chemiluminescence fluorescent sensors.The review provides a concise summary of all the analytical merits obtained subsequent to the use of MXenes,followed by endeavors that have been made to accentuate the future perspective of MXenes in sensor devices.  相似文献

H_2S can cause multiple diseases and poses a great threat to human health.However,the precise detection of extremely toxic H_2S at room temperature is still a great challenge.Here,a facile solvent evaporation induced aggregating assembly(EIAA) method has been applied for the production of ordered mesoporous carbon(OMCs) in an acidic THF/H_2 O solution with high-molecular-weight poly(ethylene oxide)-b-polystyrene(PEO-b-PS) copolymers as the structure-directing agent,formaldehyde and resorcinol as carbon precursors.Along with the continuous evaporation of THF from the mixed solution,cylindrical micelles are formed in the solution and further assemble into highly ordered mesostructure.The obtained OMCs possesses a two-dimensional(2 D) hexagonal mesostructure with uniform and large pore diameter(~19.2 nm),high surface area(599 m~2/g),and large pore volume(0.92 cm~3/g).When being used as the resonant cantilever gas sensor for room-temperature H_2S detection,the OMCs has delivered not only a superior gas sensing performance with ultrafast re s ponse(14 s) and recovery(21 s) even at low concentration(2 ppm) but also an excellent selectivity toward H_2S among various common interfering gases.Moreover,the limit of detection is better than 0.2 ppm,indicating its potential application in environmental monitoring and health protection.  相似文献

基于芬顿反应和硫磺素T(ThT)构建新奇的免标记荧光传感器用于葡萄糖的检测。当无葡萄糖存在时,ThT诱导富G-DNA探针形成G-四链体/ThT复合物,ThT的荧光强度显著增强;当葡萄糖存在时,葡萄糖氧化酶催化葡萄糖产生H2 O2,在Fe^2+催化的芬顿反应作用下,H2 O2转化为羟基自由基(·OH),·OH引发DNA的氧化损伤导致富G-DNA探针裂解为短寡核苷酸片段而丧失形成G-四链体/ThT的能力,ThT的荧光强度显著降低,从而实现对葡萄糖的检测。在优化的检测条件下,G-四链体/ThT荧光强度变化和葡萄糖浓度在0.5~45μmol/L的范围内呈现较好的线性关系(R^2=0.99268),检出限为0.1μmol/L。利用本法对葡萄糖加标的血液样品进行分析,葡萄糖的回收率为90.7%~118.3%,相对标准偏差为1.7%~5.8%,方法可用于血糖检测。  相似文献

建立了快速测定盐酸金霉素(CTC)的方法。通过NaBH4还原法制备纳米银(AgNPs)溶胶,并利用X射线衍射和紫外-可见光谱进行表征。将制备好的AgNPs滴涂到玻碳电极表面制备修饰电极(AgNPs/GCE),研究了CTC在AgNPs/GCE上的电化学行为及伏安法测定,优化了缓冲溶液和pH等检测条件。结果表明,CTC在pH 3.3的柠檬酸-NaOH-HCl缓冲溶液中检测效果最佳。CTC在AgNPs/GCE上发生2个电子和2个质子的不可逆电化学氧化反应,且反应受吸附控制。最佳条件下,CTC的氧化峰电流与其浓度呈现良好的线性关系,线性范围为0.5~100μmol/L,检出限为0.14μmol/L。该修饰电极可用于河水样品检测。  相似文献
