密度矩阵重正化群方法(DMRG)在求解一维强关联格点模型的基态时可以获得较高的精度,在应用于二维或准二维问题时,要达到类似的精度通常需要较大的计算量与存储空间.本文提出一种新的DMRG异构并行策略,可以同时发挥计算机中央处理器(CPU)和图形处理器(GPU)的计算性能.针对最耗时的哈密顿量对角化部分,实现了数据的分布式存储,并且给出了CPU和GPU之间的负载平衡策略.以费米Hubbard模型为例,测试了异构并行程序在不同DMRG保留状态数下的运行表现,并给出了相应的性能基准.应用于4腿梯子时,观测到了高温超导中常见的电荷密度条纹,此时保留状态数达到104,使用的GPU显存小于12 GB. 相似文献

We present a spatial renormalization group algorithm to handle immiscibletwo-phase flow in heterogeneous porous media. We call this algorithmFRACTAM-R, where FRACTAM is an acronym for Fast Renormalization Algorithmfor Correlated Transport in Anisotropic Media, and the R stands for relativepermeability. Originally, FRACTAM was an approximate iterative process thatreplaces the L × L lattice of grid blocks, representing the reservoir,by a (L/2) × (L/2) one. In fact, FRACTAM replaces the original L× L lattice by a hierarchical (fractal) lattice, in such a way thatfinding the solution of the two-phase flow equations becomes trivial. Thistriviality translates in practice into computer efficiency. For N=L ×L grid blocks we find that the computer time necessary to calculatefractional flow F(t) and pressure P(t) as a function of time scales as N1.7 for FRACTAM-R. This should be contrasted with thecomputational time of a conventional grid simulator N2.3. Multiscale Structures to Describe Porous Media Part I: Theoretical Background and Invasion by Fluids
A porous medium with a broad pore-size distribution is described on the basis of the Multiscale Percolation System concept. The representative structure is the superposition of several constitutive elementary networks, of which mesh sizes are proportional to the diameter of the class of pores considered. To account for the contribution of each class to the connection of the medium, a recurrent building process, involving rescaling and superposition, is defined. This process leads to an equivalent monoscale network, involving elements representative of the various classes. Mercury intrusion at increasing pressure into a finite-size sample of this equivalent network is modelled. The inverse problem is solved, leading to the identification of the representative multiscale structure of a given material from the experimental intrusion curve. 相似文献

In this paper, the higher-order asymptotic solution to the Cauchy problem of a nonlinear wave equation is found by using a
computer algebra-perturbation method. The secular terms in the solution from straightforward expansions are eliminated with
the straining of characteristic, coordinates and the use of the renormalization technique, and the four-term uniformly valid
solution is obtained with the symbolic computation by using a computer algebra system. The comparison of the derived asymptotic
solution and the numerical solution shows that they coincide with each other for smaller ε and agree quite well for larger
ε (e. g., ε=0.25)
