Twisted hopf comodule algebras

For k a commutative ring, H a k‐bialgebra and A a right H‐comodule k‐algebra, we define a new multiplication on the H‐comodule A to obtain a twisted algebra” A^T, T sumHom(H,End (A)). If ^T is convolution invertible, the categories of relative right Hopf modules over A and A^Tare isomorphic. Similarly a convolution invertible left twisting gives an isomorphism of the categories of relative left Hopf modules. We show that crossed products are invertible twistings of the tensor product, and obtain, as a corollary, a duality theorem for crossed products     

Some properties and applications of cumulative Kullback–Leibler information

The cumulative Kullback–Leibler information has been proposed recently as a suitable extension of Kullback–Leibler information to the cumulative distribution function. In this paper, we obtain various results on such a measure, with reference to its relation with other information measures and notions of reliability theory. We also provide some lower and upper bounds. A dynamic version of the cumulative Kullback–Leibler information is then proposed for past lifetimes. Furthermore, we investigate its monotonicity property, which is related to some new concepts of relative aging. Moreover, we propose an application to the failure of nanocomponents. Finally, in order to provide an application in image analysis, we introduce the empirical cumulative Kullback–Leibler information and prove an asymptotic result. Finite time stability and relative controllability of Riemann‐Liouville fractional delay differential equations

This paper firstly deals with finite time stability (FTS) of Riemann‐Liouville fractional delay differential equations via giving a series of properties of delayed matrix function of Mittag‐Leffler. We secondly study relative controllability of such type‐controlled system. With the help of the representation of solution, both Gram‐like type matrix and rank criterion are derived, which extend the corresponding results for linear systems.

Explicit Lower bounds for residues at of Dedekind zeta functions and relative class numbers of CM-fields

Let be a given set of positive rational primes. Assume that the value of the Dedekind zeta function of a number field is less than or equal to zero at some real point in the range . We give explicit lower bounds on the residue at of this Dedekind zeta function which depend on , the absolute value of the discriminant of and the behavior in of the rational primes . Now, let be a real abelian number field and let be any real zero of the zeta function of . We give an upper bound on the residue at of which depends on , and the behavior in of the rational primes . By combining these two results, we obtain lower bounds for the relative class numbers of some normal CM-fields which depend on the behavior in of the rational primes . We will then show that these new lower bounds for relative class numbers are of paramount importance for solving, for example, the exponent-two class group problem for the non-normal quartic CM-fields. Finally, we will prove Brauer-Siegel-like results about the asymptotic behavior of relative class numbers of CM-fields.

一种新型高灵敏度光学微环湿度传感器

提出了以聚酰亚胺（PI）为感湿材料的三耦合点单微环新型湿度传感器。外界湿度变化使得聚酰亚胺SOI微环谐振特性发生变化,最终通过谐振波长的漂移量确定湿度值。讨论了不同部位感湿时系统的传感特性,并且选择了最佳湿敏元件。数值模拟结果表明：与传统的单微环传感器相比,新型传感器具有较高灵敏度和测量范围,Through端口的自由频谱范围可提高3倍。三耦合点单微环谐振器整体结构可作为最佳湿敏元件,该传感器在10%RH~80%RH相对湿度范围内,灵敏度可达到0.98 nm/%RH,该结构为制备高灵敏度可集成微型湿度传感器件提供了一定的理论依据。
