In the present work, ferrites with compositions of (Ni0.27Zn0.64Cux)Fe1.98O4 (x=0.1, 0.2) were prepared by conventional ceramic methods. The relationship between the microstructure and the temperature dependence of relative initial permeability was investigated. It was found that intergranular pores in the ferrites generate large demagnetizing fields, reducing the temperature dependence of the effective anisotropy field Heff, and decreasing the temperature dependence of the relative initial permeability accordingly. However, intragranular pores pin the movement of domain walls. Compared with the permeability induced by domain wall motion, the permeability that resulted from the spin rotation is more sensitive to temperature. As a result, the relative initial permeability of ferrites becomes more sensitive to temperature with increasing micropores within grains. 相似文献

A theoretical study, within the effective-mass approximation, of the
effects of applied magnetic fields on excitons in disk-shaped
GaAs-Ga1-xAlxAs quantum dots is presented. Magnetic fields
are applied in the growth direction of the semiconductor
heterostructure. The parity of the excitonic envelope function
related to the simultaneous exchange of ze→-ze and
zh→-zh is a good quantum number and the wave
function, both the odd and even parity, can be expanded as
combination of products of the quantum well electron and hole
function that preserves the parity with appropriate Gaussian
functions. We have simultaneously obtained the energies of the
excitonic ground and excited states and discuss the behavior of

The extinction spectrum of single silver nanoparticles
with size ranging from 20 to 80 nm is investigated with the spatial
modulation spectroscopy technique using either a tunable laser or a white
lamp as the broadband source. Results are in good agreement with the
prediction of the Mie theory, permitting to extract the nanoparticle size
from the measured absolute value of the optical extinction cross-section. In
contrast, the deduced refractive index of the nanoparticle environment and
the reduction of the electron mean free path show a large dependence on the

We summarize the results of a recent global analysis of proton and deuteron F2 structure function world data performed over a large range of kinematics, including recent measurements done at JLab with
the CLAS detector. From these data the lowest moments (n≤10) of the unpolarized structure functions are determined with good statistics and systematics. The Q2 evolution of the extracted moments is analyzed in terms of an OPE-based twist expansion, taking into account soft-gluon effects
at large x. A clean separation among the leading- and higher-twist terms is achieved. By combining proton and deuteron measurements
the lowest moments of the neutron F2 structure function are determined and its leading-twist term is extracted. Particular attention is paid to nuclear effects
in the deuteron, which become increasingly important for the higher moments. Our results for the non-singlet, isovector (p-n) combination of the leading-twist moments are used to test recent lattice simulations. We also determine the lowest few moments
of the higher-twist contributions, and find these to be approximately isospin independent, suggesting the possible dominance

The AdS/CFT correspondence between conformal field theory and string states in an extended space-time has provided new insights
into not only hadron spectra, but also their light-front wave functions. We show that there is an exact correspondence between
the fifth-dimensional coordinate of anti-de Sitter space z and a specific impact variable ζ which measures the separation of the constituents within the hadron in ordinary space-time. This connection allows one to
predict the form of the light-front wave functions of mesons and baryons, the fundamental entities which encode hadron properties
and scattering amplitudes. A new relativistic Schr?dinger light-front equation is found which reproduces the results obtained
using the fifth-dimensional theory. Since they are complete and orthonormal, the AdS/CFT model wave functions can be used
as an initial ansatz for a variational treatment or as a basis for the diagonalization of the light-front QCD Hamiltonian.
