本文报道了一种新的配体:10-乙基-3-甲酰吩噻嗪缩肼基二硫代甲酸甲酯(HL)及其金属配合物的合成。采用了元素分析、质谱、核磁共振、红外光谱对配体及其金属配合物进行了表征。此外,并应用紫外、荧光和Z-扫描技术,测定了配体及其金属配合物的荧光最佳发射波长(λmaxem)、荧光量子产率(Φf)、寿命(τ)和非线性光学性质。结果表明它们在DMF溶液中都能发射出较强的橄榄色荧光,配体及其金属配合物都有双光子吸收,并且金属配合物的非线性光学效应比配体明显增强。用半经验量子化学方法(RHF/PM3)计算结果与实验值较为吻合。  相似文献

The resonance energy transfer between chemiluminescence donor (luminol-H2O2 system) and quantum dots (QDs, emission at 593 nm) acceptors (CRET) was investigated. The resonance energy transfer efficiencies were compared while the oil soluble QDs, water soluble QDs (modified with thioglycolate) and QD-HRP conjugates were used as acceptor. The fluorescence of QD can be observed in the three cases, indicating that the CRET occurs while QD acceptor in different status was used. The highest CRET efficiency (10.7%) was obtained in the case of oil soluble QDs, and the lowest CRET efficiency (2.7%) was observed in the QD-HRP conjugates case. This result is coincident with the quantum yields of the acceptors (18.3% and 0.4%). The same result was observed in another similar set of experiment, in which the amphiphilic polymer modified QDs (emission at 675 nm) were used. It suggests that the quantum yield of the QD in different status is the crucial factor to the CRET efficiency. Furthermore, the multiplexed CRET between luminol donor and three different sizes QD acceptors was observed simultaneously. This work will offer useful support for improving the CRET studies based on quantum dots.  相似文献

Photoreduction of nitro compounds is accompanied by formation of various radical products that can react with the starting nitro compound, thus causing deviation of the decomposition kinetics from the first-order kinetics with respect to the nitro compound. The results of quantum chemical modeling of the reactions of nitro compounds with radicals and the pathways of further transformations of radical adducts formed in the reactions are presented. 采用新型Salen中间体合成了新型Salen Zn(II)配合物. 用紫外-可见光谱滴定法研究了主体双核Salen Zn(II)与咪唑、二胺类等含氮小分子的分子识别行为, 测定了它们的缔合常数. 对咪唑类客体的缔合常数顺序为Kθ(Im)>Kθ(2-MeIm)>Kθ(EMeIm); 对二胺类客体缔合常数顺序为Kθ(DAP)>Kθ(DAE). 主体与咪唑类和二胺类客体的配位数分别是2和1. 主体与这些客体的识别过程为放热、熵减的焓驱动反应. 利用圆二色光谱研究了识别过程的Cotton效应. 用分子力学方法研究了主客体体系的最低能量构型, 通过量化计算对实验事实做了进一步解释.  相似文献

在少量水的存在下,由于NH4[CuCl3]对水不稳定,CuCl2·2H2O与氯化铵的配位化学反应只能得到1∶2产物(NH4)2[CuCl4(H2O)2];但在无水乙醇中,无水CuCl2与氯化铵按1∶1或1∶2的物质的量之比混合时,能相应地得到NH4[CuCl3]或(NH4)2[CuCl4]。CuCl2·2H2O与2,2''-联吡啶(bipy)的少溶剂固态化学反应仍能像固态化学反应一样,根据反应物的配比生成相应的唯一产物,但在物质的量之比为1∶1的反应中发现1∶2产物曾经形成。热力学分析说明,如果连串反应的后一步的ΔrG大于前一步的,则上述反应现象是可能的。  相似文献

Catalytic oxidation of methanol (MeOH) in the absence of noble metals and noble metal oxides as catalysts, and the use of metal-free materials are inexpensive and attractive process for practical use in electrocatalysis, sensors, and in direct methanol fuel cells. In previous works, it was found that the use of single-walled (SWCNT) or multi-walled (MWCNT) carbon nanotube paper electrodes instead of GC increases the catalytic efficiency of organic compounds oxidation in the presence of aromatic di-N-oxides by several times. In this work, the effect of non-covalent interactions on the catalytic efficiency of MeOH oxidation in the presence of 2,5-di-Me-pyrazine-di-N-oxide (Pyr1) in 0.1 M Bu4NClO4 solution in acetonitrile at SWCNT and MWСNT paper electrodes was studied by the methods of quantum chemical modeling, Raman spectroscopy, and using electrochemical data. New factors determined the features of mechanism of MeOH oxidation on CNT electrodes and lead to an increase in the catalytic efficiency of the electrode process in comparison with the GC electrode were established.  相似文献

Being a close analogue of amflutizole, methyl 4‐amino‐3‐phenylisothiazole‐5‐carboxylate (C11H10N2O2S) was assumed to be capable of forming polymorphic structures. Noncentrosymmetric and centrosymmetric polymorphs have been obtained by crystallization from a series of more volatile solvents and from denser tetrachloromethane, respectively. Identical conformations of the molecule are found in both structures. The two polymorphs differ mainly in the intermolecular interactions formed by the amino group and in the type of stacking interactions between the π‐systems. The most effective method for revealing packing motifs in structures with intermolecular interactions of different types (hydrogen bonding, stacking, dispersion, etc.) is to study the pairwise interaction energies using quantum chemical calculations. Molecules form a column as the primary basic structural motif due to stacking interactions in both polymorphic structures under study. The character of a column (straight or zigzag) is determined by the orientations of the stacked molecules (in a `head‐to‐head' or `head‐to‐tail' manner). Columns bound by intermolecular N—H…O and N—H…N hydrogen bonds form a double column as the main structural motif in the noncentrosymmetric structure. Double columns in the noncentrosymmetric structure and columns in the centrosymmetric structure interact strongly within the ab crystallographic plane, forming a layer as a secondary basic structural motif. The noncentrosymmetric structure has a lower density and a lower (by 0.59 kJ mol?1) lattice energy, calculated using periodic calculations, compared to the centrosymmetric structure.  相似文献
