A generic hapten (H1), 3-(4-Dimethoxyphosphorothioyloxy phenyl)propanoic acid, was synthesized to produce monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) for the determination of organophosphorus pesticides (OPs) in a class-specific manner. Six heterologous haptens were designed to study the effect of hapten heterology on immunoassay sensitivity. Several mice were immunized with this H1-BSA immunogen. Spleen cells of two immunized mice were fused with myeloma cells, and the resulting hybridomas were screened using H1-OVA. In a competitive indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) format, three hybridoma cell lines (B4-C6, D12-B5, E5-H2) that produced mAbs with high selectivity and broad specificity were selected and expanded. The monoclonal antibody D12-B5 with higher titer was chosen for further study. In heterologous assay, the combination of D12-B5 and coating antigen H7-OVA constituted a particularly sensitive assay for competitive indirect ELISA and showed broad specificity for the determination of OPs, including parathion-methyl, chlorpyrifos-methyl, tolclofos-methyl, fenthion, malathion, fenitrothion. This combination resulted in the IC50 of 0.58-10.47 µg/ml.  相似文献

A Nd:CNGG laser operated at 935 nm and 1061 nm pumped at 885 nm and 808 nm, respectively, is demonstrated. The 885 nm direct pumping scheme shows some advantages over the 808 nm traditional pumping scheme. It includes higher slope efficiency, lower threshold, and better beam quality at high output power. With the direct pumping, the slope efficiency increases by 43% and the threshold decreases by 10% compared with traditional pumping in the Nd:CNGG laser operated at 935 nm. When the Nd:CNGG laser operates at 1061 nm, the direct pumping increases the slope efficiency by 14% with a 20% reduction in the oscillation threshold.  相似文献

We present an experimental study of self-pulsing characteristics of a high-power single transverse mode Yb-doped double-clad continuous wave (CW) fiber laser. The self-pulsing features under high-power single-end pumping and double-end pumping configurations have been shown to be distinct. Our experimental observation indicates that in single-end pumping configuration, self-pulsing is predominant due to saturable absorption effect, caused by the weakly pumped portion of the fiber at the farther end. However, in double-end pumping configuration, uniform pumping and hence gain uniformity along the fiber length avoids the onset of saturable absorption of signal along the fiber length and thereby reduces self-pulsing, which finally results in a much more stable output.  相似文献

In this article a ray tracing method is used to design a specific hollow-duct whereby we show that it will be the best choice for pumping the gain medium that has inclined sides or cutting edges used for edge-pumped high power disk laser due to several advantages of the shape of this gain medium. This kind of hollow-duct which is called non-symmetric hollow-duct in this paper includes inclined output facet that compresses and homogenizes the emission of laser diode arrays which are coupled to the entrance-inclined surface of the gain medium. In this paper, the goals of designing this kind of hollow-duct are based on two important criteria: First, homogeneity of pump light distribution due to the beam concentration of laser diode bars according to the edge-pumped disk laser. Second, uniform distribution of pump light in non-symmetric hollow-ducts deducing uniform temperature distribution in the gain medium.  相似文献

We performed two-color spectroscopy of the (4s2) 1S0 → (4s4p) 1P1 → (4p2) 1D2 calcium atomic transition and observed velocity-selective optical pumping in a calcium hollow cathode lamp by means of optogalvanic detection. The optical pumping signature in optogalvanic detection is compared to that of fluorescence and transmission detections. The optogalvanic technique is found to be a very sensitive method of detecting optical pumping and could be used in distinguishing optical pumping from electromagnetically induced transparency.  相似文献

除了直流负电压外,还在浅法刻蚀出的GaAs/AlGaAs量子线上的两个金属指形门上分别叠加两个相位相差π的正弦信号,从而对形成量子点的两个势垒作不等幅调制.在无源漏偏压的情况下,通过周期形成的量子点实现了单电子的搬运.由于新的半导体量子点单电子泵不是依赖库仑阻塞效应通过隧穿进行单电子输运,因此,该器件就不会受到固定隧穿时间引起的低工作频率限制.在1.7K温度下,频率达到3GHz仍然可以观测到量子化电流平台,对应的电流值达到0.5nA量级.这种新器件提供了实现高速度、高精度搬运单电子的另一种可能途径. 关键词: 单电子输运 单电子旋转门 单电子泵 量子化电流平台  相似文献

 从光纤热传导方程出发,研究了不同泵浦光吸收系数对光纤激光器沿光纤长度方向温度分布的影响。结果表明,低吸收系数光纤泵浦端温度相对较低,分布较为平缓,有效减缓光纤的热损伤。根据理论分析结果,实验中选择了吸收系数为1.45 dB/m的掺Yb3+双包层光子晶体光纤作为增益介质,在泵浦光功率为560 W时,获得了428.5 W的高功率单模连续输出,斜率效率为76.5%,光束质量因子M2<1.2。由于泵浦端光纤温度较高,实验中对光纤两端进行了主动冷却,并且在离光纤端面约25 cm处的光纤表面温度进行实时测量,结果发现随着泵浦光功率的增加,光纤表面温度均匀增长,最高温度为310 K,温度正常。  相似文献

Volume holographic gratings (VHGs) can be exploited to narrow the spectral output of high-power laser-diode arrays (LDAs) by nearly an order of magnitude, permitting more efficient generation of laser-polarized noble gases for various applications. A 3-fold improvement in 129Xe nuclear spin polarization, PXe, (compared to a conventional LDA) was achieved with the VHG-LDA’s center wavelength tuned to a wing of the Rb D1 line. Additionally, an anomalous dependence of PXe on the xenon density within the OP cell is reported—including high PXe values (>10%) at high xenon partial pressures (1000 torr).  相似文献

This investigation deals with the peristaltic motion of a Carreau fluid in a planar channel by employing long wavelength approximation. Five wave forms are chosen. Explicit solutions of longitudinal velocity and pressure gradient are derived. The pumping and trapping phenomena are properly examined.
