We report an efficient continuous-wave self-Raman laser at 1176 nm based on a 20-mm-long composite YVO_4/Nd:YVO_4/YVO_4 crystal and pumped by a wavelength-locked 878.9 nm diode laser.A maximum output power of 5.3 W is achieved at a pump power of 26 W,corresponding to an optical conversion efficiency of 20%and a slope efficiency of 21%.The Raman threshold for the diode pump power was only 0.92 W.The results reveal that in-band pumping by a wavelength-locked diode laser significantly enhances output power and efficiency of self-Raman lasers by virtue of improved pump absorption and relieved thermal loading. 相似文献

Optical pumping techniques using laser fields combined with photo-association of ultracold atoms leads to control of the vibrational and/or rotational population of molecules. In this study, we review the basic concepts and main steps that should be followed, including the excitation schemes and detection techniques used to achieve ro-vibrational cooling of Cs2 molecules. We also discuss the extension of this technique to other molecules. In addition, we present a theoretical model used to support the experiment. These simulations can be widely used for the preparation of various experiments because they allow the optimization of several important experimental parameters. 相似文献

在水热合成体系中,以三乙胺(TEA)和四乙基氢氧化铵(TEAOH)为混合模板剂,考察了在初始凝胶形成过程中铝源的加入方式对合成SAPO-34分子筛及甲醇制烯烃(MTO)催化性能的影响;通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、氮气等温吸附脱附(BET)、~(29)Si固体核磁(~(29)Si MAS NMR)、氨气程序升温脱附(NH_3-TPD)等方法对合成产物进行物性表征,并研究了其在甲醇转化制烯烃(MTO)反应中的催化性能。结果表明,随着首先加铝量的增加,粒径有逐渐变小的趋势,且逐渐出现板层状形貌的SAPO-34分子筛;同时,产物分子筛骨架中Si(4Al)配位结构的数量增加,强酸比例在逐渐增大,且酸密度增加;随着强酸比例和酸密度的提高,SAPO-34分子筛在MTO催化反应中的寿命逐渐延长,丙烯选择性逐渐增大而乙烯选择性逐渐减小。 相似文献

We develop a compact and high-energy Nd:YAG slab laser system consisting of an oscillator and an amplifier for space applications. The oscillator is a diode-side-pumped electro-optically Q-switched slab laser with a cross-Porro resonator. The KD*P Pockels cell with a low driving voltage of 950 V is used to polarization output coupling. The amplifier is a Nd:YAG zigzag slab pumped at bounces. The maximum output pulse energy of 341 m3 with 13 ns pulse duration is obtained from the system at the repetition rate of 20 Hz and the beam quality factors are M2=3.1 and M2=3.5. The beam pointing stabilities of the laser system are 3.05μrad in the X-direction and 3.99 grad in the Y-direction, respectively. 相似文献

In a distributed Raman fiber amplifier (DRFA), Raman amplification allows a lower signal launch powers to transverse the span above the noise floor while still increasing the optical signal-to-noise ratio (OSNR). It improves the noise figure and reduces the nonlinear penalty of fiber systems. In this paper, we demonstrate a new trend of OSNR at different pump configurations: forward, backward and bidirectional pumping for DRFAs as a function of fiber length. We also present the variation of OSNR with both input pump power and input signal power. It is found that forward pumping provides the highest OSNR, reaching its maximum value of 37 dB. However, backward pumping provides the smallest OSNR that has its maximum of 22 dB and the bidirectional pumping provides the moderate OSNR between the others having its peak of 26 dB. 相似文献

We report the temperature dependence of the spin pumping effect for Y3Fe5O12 (YIG, 0.9 μm)/NiO (tNiO)/W (6 nm) (tNiO = 0 nm, 1 nm, 2 nm, and 10 nm) heterostructures. All samples exhibit a strong temperature-dependent inverse spin Hall effect (ISHE) signal Ic and sensitivity to the NiO layer thickness. We observe a dramatic decrease of Ic with inserting thin NiO layer between YIG and W layers indicating that the inserting of NiO layer significantly suppresses the spin transport from YIG to W. In contrast to the noticeable enhancement in YIG/NiO (tNiO ≈ 1-2 nm)/Pt, the suppression of spin transport may be closely related to the specific interface-dependent spin scattering, spin memory loss, and spin conductance at the NiO/W interface. Besides, the Ic of YIG/NiO/W exhibits a maximum near the TN of the AF NiO layer because the spins are transported dominantly by incoherent thermal magnons. 相似文献

研究了外腔式PbWO4拉曼激光器在纳秒脉冲抽运下的输出特性。利用主动调Q的Nd:YAG激光器产生的脉冲宽度为31.4ns,最大输出能量为200mJ的1064nm激光作为抽运源。拉曼激光谐振腔采用的是平凹腔设计。测量了输出的拉曼光脉宽与抽运能量的关系,分析了输出的拉曼光脉冲波形图和光谱图,测量了输出的拉曼光脉冲能量与抽运能量的关系,计算了转换效率与抽运能量的关系。当注入抽运光能量达到42mJ时,得到了一阶斯托克斯光脉冲的最大能量和转换效率分别为10mJ和24%,获得外腔式PbWO4拉曼激光器的一阶斯托克斯光脉冲波长为1177.6nm,典型的一阶斯托克斯光脉冲脉宽为20ns。 相似文献
