Interaction of nanosecond pulsed lasers with material was studied from thermal point of view using experimental techniques and theoretical approach of dimensional analysis. Experimental data of laser heating, melting and plasma formation on metallic samples and silicon, presented mainly in previous publication and partly in this paper, were used for formation of experimental mathematical model in the form of criteria equations of laser-material interaction process. Four different criteria equations were created: for maximum surface temperature increase, melting threshold, melting duration and plasma formation threshold. Two equations account for changes of thermal properties with temperature. The value of latent heat of fusion was found to have almost no influence on melting duration. The presented model showed good agreement with the measured results. The criteria equations can be used for approximate prediction of laser pulse effects on materials without creating an exact mathematical or numerical model and for control of technological processes.  相似文献

On SrTiO3 single crystal substrate, by using the pulsed electron deposition technique, the high-quality electron doped Nd1.85Ce0.15CuO4−δ superconducting film was successfully fabricated. After careful study on the R-T curves of the obtained samples deposited with different substrate temperatures, thicknesses, annealing methods and pulse frequencies, the effects of them on the superconductivity of the films were found, and the reasons were also analyzed. Additionally, by using the same model of the pulsed laser deposition technique, the relation between the target-to-substrate distance and the deposition pressure was drawn out as a quantitative one. The output emission characteristics are presented in the spectral range 150–350 nm for a longitudinal bromine vapor glow discharge in a quartz tube (inner diameter 1.4 cm, interelectrode distance 10 cm). Pressure of the working mixtures: P = 0.2–1.0 kPa. The emission spectrum of the lamp based on an He-Br2 mixture consists of the 163.3 nm and 157.6 nm spectral lines of the bromine atom and a system of molecular bromine bands (170–300 nm). The effects of dopant on the electrochemical properties of spinel-type Li3.97M0.1Ti4.94O12 (M = Mn, Ni, Co) and Li(4-x/3)CrxTi(5-2x/3)O12(x = 0.1, 0.3, 0.6, 0.9, 1.5) were systematically investigated. Charge-discharge cycling were performed at a constant current density of 0.5 mA/cm2 between the cut-off voltages of 3.0 and 1.0 V, the experimental results showed that Cr3+ dopant improved the reversible capacity and cycling stability over the pristine Li4Ti5O12. The substitution of the Mn3+ and Ni3+ slightly decreased the capacity of the Li4Ti5O12. Dopants such as Co3+ to some extent worsened the electrochemical performance of the Li4Ti5O12.  相似文献

A Simple Mirror Ion Source with 75GHz pumping(SMIS 75)has been created.The confinement system is a mirror trap with magnetic field in the plug up to 5T,variable length 15—20cm and mirror ratio 3—5.The plasma of metal ions is injected into the trap by a special vacuum arc minigun.Plasma heating is performed by the microwave radiation of a gyrotron(the frequency of 75GHz,power up to 200kW,pulse duration up to 150μs).The results of the experiment have demonstrated substantial multiple ionization of metal ions.For a metal with high melting temperature(Pt),heating shifts the average ion charge from Pt~(2 ) up to Pt~(7 ).Maximum stripped observed ion is Pt~(10 ).Total current of ion beam is about 300mA.  相似文献

A theoretical and computational model is presented to study the ionization of the argon electron cyclotron resonance(ECR)microwave discharge using a quasi-three-dimensional electromagnetic particle-in- cell plus Monte Carlo collision method.The interaction between the charged particles and microwave fields are described by the electromagnetic mode of particle-in-cell method.The collision processes are treated with Monte Carlo method.The simulation code is the original work.The results of the particle simulation for the ECR discharge of argon gas which include the microscopic features of charged particles and the electromagnetic characteristics of the ECR discharge plasma,and also the transient phenomena have been presented.  相似文献

建立了三种类型的直流电场分别作用于层流扩散火焰,研究了电场类型、电场强度对火焰形态及所产生的碳烟颗粒在电极上的沉积特性的影响.实验表明,针状电极由于离子风的作用会使火焰高度变短;平板状电极由于电场力的作用可使火焰顶部向阴极板倾斜,证明了有一部分碳烟颗粒本身荷正电.同时,由于环形电极同时产生离子风和电场力,影响火焰形态.而荷正电的中心电极对碳烟颗粒的排放起到抑制作用.  相似文献

对清洗放电时ITER辉光放电电极采用水冷和气冷条件下的电极冷却进行了计算。当辉光放电清洗功率为9000W,冷却水的流速为4~6m.s-1,入口温度为室温25°C时,电极的温升不会超100°C。当冷却媒介为氦(He),速度为300m.s-1,入口温度为室温25°C时,最高温度不会超过200°C。计算表明,当仅仅考虑因辉光放电电功率所导致电极发热时,水冷可以满足电极辉光放电时的冷却要求。  相似文献

We have demonstrated successful thin film growth of poly(1,3-bis-(p-carboxyphenoxy, propane)-co-(sebacic anhydride)) (20:80) by matrix-assisted pulsed laser evaporation using a KrF* excimer laser (λ = 248 nm, τ = 25 ns, ν = 10 Hz). The deposited thin films have been investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and atomic force microscopy. We have demonstrated that the main functional groups of poly(1,3-bis-(p-carboxyphenoxy, propane)-co-(sebacic anhydride)) (20:80) are present in the deposited film. The effect of matrix on both thin film structure and surface morphology was also examined. The goal of this work is to explore laser processing of this material to create suitable constructs for drug delivery applications.  相似文献
