Understanding the non-linear mechanical behaviour of oil palm mesocarp fibres (OPMF) is important for bio-composite application. The mechanical characterisation of this fibre is challenging due to the microstructure of the fibres consisting of silica bodies on the surface and cellular structures within the cross section. In this work, we proposed a constitutive material model for OPMF by including a stress-softening function into the large strain viscoelastic model. The model shows agreement with loading–unloading and stress relaxation tensile tests. The model was then used for micro-scale finite element modelling of the fibre–silica body–matrix (resin) interface to simulate sliding of a bio-composite material. A multi-particles model was also developed to check the effect of the constitutive model towards the mechanics of a bio-composite system. Modelling results suggested that under the micro-scale level (~50 μm), silica body plays a major role in improving the mechanical behaviour of the bio-composite system. On the other hand, under the macro-scale level (~0.18 mm), a single fibre model is sufficient to simulate a bio-composite multi-fibres material. 相似文献

Tensorial decompositions and projections are used to study the performance of algebraic non-linear models and predict the anisotropy of the Reynolds stresses. Direct numerical simulation (DNS) data for plane channel flows at friction Reynolds number (Reτ = 180, 395, 590, 1000), and for the boundary layer using both DNS (Reτ = 359, 830, 1271) and experimental data (Reτ = 2680, 3891, 4941, 7164) are used to build and evaluate the models. These data are projected into tensorial basis formed from the symmetric part of mean velocity gradient and non-persistence-of-straining tensor. Six models are proposed and their performances are investigated. The scalar coefficients for these six different levels of approximations of the Reynolds stress tensor are derived, and made dimensionless using the classical turbulent scales, the kinetic turbulent energy (κ) and its dissipation rate (ε). The dimensionless coefficients are then coupled with classical wall functions. One model is selected by comparing the predicted Reynolds stress components with experimental and DNS data, presenting a good prediction for the shear and normal Reynolds stresses. 相似文献

将纳米技术与传统的微电子工艺相结合, 片上制备了横向结构氧化锌(ZnO)纳米线阵列紫外探测器件, 纳米线由水热法直接自组织横向生长于叉指电极之间, 再除去斜向的多余纳米线, 其余工艺步骤与传统工艺相同. 分别尝试了铬(Cr)和金(Au)两种金属电极的器件结构: 由于Cr电极对其上纵向生长的纳米线有抑制作用, 导致横向生长纳米线长度可到达对侧电极, 光电响应方式为受表面氧离子吸附控制的光电导效应, 光电流大但增益低, 响应速度慢, 经二次电极加固, 纳米线根部与电极金属直接形成肖特基接触, 光电响应方式变为光伏效应, 增益和速度得到了极大改善; 由于Au电极对其上纵向生长的纳米线有催化作用, 导致溶质资源的竞争, 相同时间内横向生长的纳米线不能到达对侧, 而是交叉桥接, 但却形成了紫外光诱导的纳米线间势垒结高度调控机理, 得到的器件特性为最优, 在波长为365 nm的20 mW/cm2紫外光照下, 1 V电压时暗电流为10-9 A, 光增益可达8×105, 响应时间和恢复时间分别为1.1 s和1.3 s. 相似文献

为了测试星地光网络的性能,设计了一种基于OPNET的星地光网络性能测试仿真平台。介绍了平台的总体技术架构,探讨了星间链路建立的条件。采用最大接入仰角与最长服务时间加权的方式,完成星地链路的卫星接入服务;按照切换呼叫优先的策略完成业务传输中的卫星切换服务,确保星地链路不间断的通信能力。根据最小链路代价和首次命中原则,实现星地光网络的路由与波长的动态分配。最后,利用平台的OPNET软件测试了三种星座下的星地光网络性能,测试结果表明:在LEO、MEO和GEO星座下,星地光网络的网络阻塞率分别为10%、40%和54%,平均网络时延分别为0.1s、0.07s和0.054s。测试结果对星地光网络的工程应用具有一定的指导意义。 相似文献

换热器性能测试是换热器设计过程中的重要环节,对其结构优化及性能评估具有重要作用。针对传统的换热器性能测试系统存在试验周期长、组合方案少,自动化水平不高、可重用应用性较差等不足,文章基于工业控制计算机和C++ Builder软件平台开发了换热器性能试验测控与仿真系统。该系统实现了试验工况参数的控制与过程仿真、试验数据的采集记录与分析处理等各项操作的自动化。文章在简要介绍换热器性能测试系统硬件设计的基础上,具体结合系统硬件介绍了利用C++ Builder制作的换热器仿真实验测控系统的方法及过程,最后给出换热器性能测试仿真实验用户界面及仿真实验运行结果。试验结果表明,测控系统具有交互界面良好、使用方便,可靠性高等特点,能够较好地满足换热器性能测试的要求。 相似文献

Fit-for-purpose shellfish reference materials for internal and external quality control in the analysis of phycotoxins 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The need for reference materials for quality control of analysis of foodstuffs has been stressed frequently. This has been
particularly true in the phycotoxins field, where there is a great shortage of both pure calibration standards and reference
materials. Worldwide there are very few independent bodies that produce certified reference materials for phycotoxins, the
main producers currently being the National Research Council Canada and the Japanese Food Research Laboratory. Limited availability
of contaminated shellfish and algae, as well as the time and knowledge necessary for the production of adequate reference
materials, continuously lead to limited editions of certified reference materials and even more limited production of in-house
reference materials. The restricted availability of in-house quality control materials promotes the rapid use of the limited
certified reference materials, which in turn hampers the production of the suite of materials required globally for complete
protection of public health. This paper outlines the various options that analysts can pursue in the use of reference materials
for internal and external quality control, with a view to optimising the efforts of both reference materials users and reference
materials producers. For this purpose, the logical sequence is reviewed from the discovery of a new bioactive compound in
shellfish, through initial method development up to regulation for food safety purposes including accepted reference methods.
Subsequently, the requirements for and efforts typically spent in the production and characterisation of laboratory reference
materials, certified reference materials and other test materials used in inter-laboratory studies or proficiency testing,
in the area of marine biotoxins are evaluated. Particular emphasis is put on practical advice for the preparation of in-house
reference materials. The intricate link between reference material characterisation and method performance is outlined to
give guidance on the appropriate in-house method validation in the rapidly developing field of phycotoxins.
