Jatropa curcas Linn. (JcL) capsule husk was not recommended as biogas feedstocks. However for biorefinery purpose, several technologies have been conducting to solve this problem. This research reported quantity and quality comparison of Dry Husk Jcl (DH-JcL) in one phase system of batch digester compare with semi continuous digester. HDPE drum of 80 L working volume used as digester with 40 days hydraulic retention time. Feeding of DH-Jcl and solvent water was mixed on concentration of 1: 8. Research conclusion showed that semi continuous digester was better than batch digester. Biogas quality showed that methane content can reach 66.61% to 83.15% and biogas quantity in semi continuous digester can reach 0.016 m3 · kg–1 DH JcL. The result was not in optimize condition yet because ratio number of volatile fatty acids/ alkalinity showed 0.5, it was indicated unstable anaerobic degradation process of DH-JcL.  相似文献

使用二维多群辐射扩散流体力学程序LARED-S,模拟研究靶丸支撑膜在惯性约束聚变氘氘(DD)气体靶内爆过程中的扰动演化过程及其对内爆性能的影响.二维模拟表明:靶丸支撑膜显著降低DD气体靶内爆的中子产额,二维模拟产额为一维结果的55.2%.内爆性能下降的主要物理机制是支撑膜使靶壳生成大幅度的尖钉深入DD气体区,使烧蚀层与DD气体之间物质界面处的电子热传导漏失功率显著增大,导致DD核反应速率显著降低,中子反应速率峰值时刻(bang-time时刻)提前.相比一维理想内爆的模拟结果,支撑膜引入的扰动显著降低bang-time时刻DD气体压强与内爆动能转化为DD气体内能的效率,壳层剩余动能相应大幅增加.  相似文献

A series of porphyrin‐containing polyimide (PI) photocatalysts were synthesized by a one‐step solvothermal method. Characterization results revealed that porphyrin was uniformly coupled into the PI framework through covalent bonding and the visible‐light absorption was greatly improved. The photodegradation activity of porphyrin‐containing PIs for methyl orange (MO) under visible light was enhanced significantly, with the highest pseudo‐first‐order rate constant 35 times higher than that of neat porphyrin and 10 times higher than that of porphyrin‐free PI. The enhancement is mainly attributed to an increased light harvesting accompanied by a varied HOMO level, which was clarified by control experiments, characterizations and theoretical calculations. This work provides an insight into multiple effects of dye molecules in dye‐containing heterogeneous photocatalysts.  相似文献

Sulfonated polyimide (SPI) and ZrO2 are blended to prepare a series of novel SPI/ZrO2 composite membranes for vanadium redox flow battery (VRFB) application. Results of atomic force microscopy and X‐ray diffraction reveal that ZrO2 is successfully composited with SPI. All SPI/ZrO2 membranes possess high proton conductivity (2.96–3.72 × 10?2 S cm?1) and low VO2+ permeability (2.18–4.04 × 10?7 cm2 min?1). SPI/ZrO2‐15% membrane is determined as the optimum one on account of its higher proton selectivity and improved chemical stability. The VRFB with SPI/ZrO2‐15% membrane presents higher coulombic efficiency and energy efficiency than that with Nafion 117 membrane at the current density, which ranged from 20 to 80 mA cm?2. The effect of the addition of SiO2 nanoparticles on the properties of a polyimide cathode was explored by CV, XPS, and galvanostatic cycling methods. The capacity and average cycling potential of the cell increased in the presence of SiO2. By quantum chemical modeling, it was shown that SiO2 nanoparticles served as a framework for polyimide, which retained its fixed structure upon metalation with sodium.  相似文献

A pair of isomer diamines containing both benzimidazole and benzoxazole and derived homopolyimides were synthesized for the first time. Due to rich rigid and linear benzoazole units, as well as the strong intermolecular interactions from the hydrogen bonding and the charge transfer complexation (CTC), the obtained polyimides (PIs) exhibited outstanding thermal properties, including high thermal weight loss temperature (Td5% = 540–561°C), high glass transition temperature (Tg = 392–421°C), and low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE = 1.3–20.9 ppm/°C). In addition, the obtained PIs also showed ideal mechanical properties (TS = 189–240 MPa, TM = 4.1–5.0 GPa and EB = 2.9%–4.7%). These potential novel PI films with high Tg and low CTE were expected to be applied to next generation of flexible display substrate material.  相似文献

Tandem catalytic reaction is a promising strategy to improve the utilization efficiency of energy and resources. The conventional hybrid catalysts cannot readily realize the precisely controlled synthesis of target products due to the unrestricted, open reaction environment. Assembling the hybrid catalyst with multiple active sites into core‐shell structured capsule catalyst is one of the most effective ways to enhance the selectivity of desired products during a tandem catalysis process, because the core‐shell structure offers a space‐confined reaction field and synergistic effect. This review describes our recent progresses on the design and synthesis of core‐shell structured zeolite capsule catalysts developed for C1 chemistry and biomass conversion. The various synthesis methods for constructing the well‐defined zeolite capsule catalysts are described in detail. The applications of the capsule catalysts in catalysis, including the middle isoparaffins synthesis from syngas, one‐step synthesis of dimethyl ether, and liquid‐phase tandem reaction of glycerol conversion, are discussed, respectively. Our perspectives regarding the challenges and opportunities for future research in the field are also provided.  相似文献

Compared with the traditional thin film techniques, the matrix-assisted pulsed laser evaporation (MAPLE) technique has many advantages in the deposition of polymer and organic thin films. It has a wide range of applications in many fields, such as non-linear optics, luminescent devices, electronics, various sensors. We have successfully deposited polyimide thin films by using the MAPLE technique. These films were characterized with XPS. The XPS spectra showed that the single-photon effect is ob-vious at low laser fluence and the chemical bonds will be broken, resulting in decomposition of the films. Contrarily, the single-photon effect will decrease and the multi-photon effect and the photothermal effect will increase at high laser fluence, resulting in the protection of the structure of the polyimide thin films and the obvious decrease in decomposition. High laser fluence is more suitable for the deposition of polymer and organic thin films than low laser fluence.  相似文献

We report pentacene‐based organic field‐effect transistor memory devices utilizing supramolecular electrets, consisting of a polyimide, PI(6FOH‐ODPA), containing hydroxyl groups for hydrogen bonding with amine functionalized aromatic rings (AM) of 1‐aniline (AM1), 2‐naphthylamine (AM2), 2‐aminoanthracene (AM3), and 1‐aminopyrene (AM4). The effect of the phenyl ring size and composition of AM1–AM4 on the hole‐trapping capability of the fabricated devices was investigated systematically. Under an operating voltage under ±40 V, the prepared devices using the electrets of 100 % AM1–AM4/PI ratios exhibited a memory window of 0, 8.59, 25.97, and 29.95 V, respectively, suggesting that the hole‐trapping capability increased with enhancing phenyl ring size. The memory window was enhanced as the amount of AM in PI increased. Furthermore, the devices showed a long charge‐retention time of 104 s with an ON/OFF current ratio of around 103–104 and multiple switching stability over 100 cycles. This study demonstrated that the electrical characteristics of the OFET memory devices could be manipulated through the chemical compositions of the supramolecular electrets.  相似文献
