Foaming is a common operational problem in activated sludge processes that often adversely affects the quality of the treated effluent. Overgrowth of the filamentous Nocardia spp. in the microbial ecosystem was previously identified as the cause of foaming. In the present study, the specific growth rate of Nocardia amarae was found to be much higher than that of nonfilamentous bacteria under food:microorganism (F:M) ratios lower than 0.5 mg of biological oxygen demand (BOD)/(mg of mixed liquor suspended solids [MLor]·d). This indicated that filamentous overgrowth may occur in normal activated sludge processes that are continually operated under the usual F:M range of 0.2–0.6 mg of BOD/(mg of MLSS·d). A novel two-component feast-fast operation (FFO) that capitalized on the sensitivity of filamentous bacteria to F:M ratio was designed to prevent and control foaming problems. The F:M ratio in the “feasting” aeration unit was 0.8 mg of BOD/(mg of MLSS·d) whereas that in the “fasting” aeration unit was 0.2 mg of BOD/(mg of MLSS·d). The FFO resulted in an overall process F:M ratio that still remained within the normal range, while avoiding prolonged exposure of the activated sludge ecosystem to an F:M ratio below 0.5 mg of BOD/(mg of MLSS·d). The FFO suppressed the over growth of filamentous bacteria without adversely affecting the organic treatment efficiency of the modified process.  相似文献

The performance of a novel low-maintenance tube reactor for ultrasonic treatment of sludge has been evaluated. The effects of sonication on the release of soluble chemical oxygen demand (sCOD) and anaerobic digestibility of raw and digested sewage sludge as well as agricultural sludge were studied. Results suggest that solubilization and digestibility is dependent on both type of sludge and the energy input. Digested and raw sludge showed high degree of solubilization, however, methane production was only increased for digested sludge. Agricultural sludge was not significantly affected by ultrasonic treatment neither concerning sCOD release nor methane production. The configuration of the ultrasonic system (serial vs. parallel operation) did not show a significant difference in both sCOD release and methane production. However, parallel operation tends to perform better for digested sludge, while serial operation tends to perform better for raw sludge. The strongest effect was observed for the treatment of digested sludge by increasing the methane production by more than 60%, although with a very intensive energy input of more than 5,000 kJ per kg total solids. Hence, tube reactors seem to be an attractive alternative to sonotrode-based systems achieving similar performance at low maintenance with great potential especially for digested sludge.  相似文献

In this paper, Adomian decomposition method(ADM) with high accuracy and fast convergence is introduced to solve the fractional-order piecewise-linear(PWL) hyperchaotic system. Based on the obtained hyperchaotic sequences,a novel color image encryption algorithm is proposed by employing a hybrid model of bidirectional circular permutation and DNA masking. In this scheme, the pixel positions of image are scrambled by circular permutation, and the pixel values are substituted by DNA sequence operations. In the DNA sequence operations, addition and substraction operations are performed according to traditional addition and subtraction in the binary, and two rounds of addition rules are used to encrypt the pixel values. The simulation results and security analysis show that the hyperchaotic map is suitable for image encryption, and the proposed encryption algorithm has good encryption effect and strong key sensitivity. It can resist brute-force attack, statistical attack, differential attack, known-plaintext, and chosen-plaintext attacks.  相似文献

随着国网信息化工程建设的推进,越来越多信息系统需要上线转运行,在国网信息化水平踏上新台阶的同时,对于信息运维水平、标准化程度、规范性提出了更高的要求。因此,基于业务与运行保障为中心,研究采用跨平台的J2EE技术结合B/S模式开发环境下的自动化运维平台,设计“管家式-集约化”运维平台整体的技术架构和功能模块,集成了优秀的开源运维工具,给出了部分典型流程并分析其应用成效,最后顺利通过机理评估,该平台实现既有成功整合目前现有分散的专业运维管理子系统的“管家”功能,又改变过去以设备为对象的监控,打破过去各设备系统独立管理的模式,起到“集约”监控作用,形成统一的运维智能监控一体化平台,力图为电企信息运维服务提供高效支撑平台。  相似文献

泊位和岸桥是集装箱港口资源中最紧缺的资源,合理的泊位分配和岸桥调度可以提高集装箱港口的资源利用率和港口的运作效率和效益。针对泊位偏离和岸桥工作损失两个因素,文章建立了集装箱港口泊位和岸桥的混合整数线性规划模型;运用采集自宁波某典型集装箱港口的数据,用Gurobi优化软件和两阶段启发式算法对模型进行了求解;对计算结果进行了经济性分析。计算结果表明:该港口的岸线资源利用率为46%时,1000m~1600m基本没被利用;18台岸桥要比16台岸桥的目标值更优,求解时间更短,而且18台岸桥的平均利用率为80%,为此,建议该港口再增加两台岸桥。同时发现:随着船舶规模的增加,Gurobi优化求解的时间增长较快,而两阶段启发式算法仍能在很短时间内求得准优解。  相似文献

We investigate photon statistical properties of the multiple-photon-added two-mode squeezed coherent states(PATMSCS).We find that the photon statistical properties are sensitive to the compound phase involved in the TMSCS.Our numerical analyses show that the photon addition can enhance the cross-correlation and anti-bunching effects of the PATMSCS.Compared with that of the TMSCS,the photon number distribution of the PA-TMSCS is modulated by a factor that is a monotonically increasing function of the numbers of adding photons to each mode;further,that the photon addition essentially shifts the photon number distribution.  相似文献

We demonstrate a passively Q-switched tunable erbium-doped fiber laser(EDFL)based on graphene as a saturable absorber(SA).A three-port optical circulator(OC)and a strain-induced tunable fiber Bragg grating(TFBG)are used as the two end mirrors in an all-fiber linear cavity.The Q-switched EDFL has a low pump threshold of 23.8 mW.The pulse repetition rate of the fiber laser can be widely changed from 9.3 kHz to 69.7 kHz by increasing the pump power from23.8 mW to 219.9 mW.The minimum pulse duration is 1.7μs and the highest pulse energy is 25.4 nJ.The emission wavelength of the laser can be tuned from 1560.43 nm to 1566.27 nm by changing the central wavelength of the straininduced TFBG.  相似文献
