Performance improvement of amorphous indium–gallium–zinc oxide ReRAM with SiO2 inserting layer

In this study, the resistive switching performance of amorphous indium–gallium–zinc oxide (a-IGZO) resistive switching random-access memory (ReRAM) was improved by inserting a thin silicon oxide layer between silver (Ag) top electrode and a-IGZO resistive switching layer. Compared with the single a-IGZO layer structure, the SiO₂/a-IGZO bi-layer structure exhibits the higher On/Off resistance ratio larger than 10³, and the lower operation power using a smaller SET compliance current. In addition, good endurance and excellent retention characteristics were achieved. Furthermore, multilevel resistance states are obtained through adjusting SET compliance current and RESET stop voltage, which shows a promise for high-performance nonvolatile multilevel memory application.     

Molten-Salt-Assisted Synthesis of Bismuth Nanosheets for Long-term Continuous Electrocatalytic Conversion of CO2 to Formate

Two-dimensional (2D) monometallic pnictogens (antimony or Sb, and bismuth or Bi) nanosheets demonstrate potential in a variety of fields, including quantum devices, catalysis, biomedicine and energy, because of their unique physical, chemical, electronic and optical properties. However, the development of general and high-efficiency preparative routes toward high-quality pnictogen nanosheets is challenging. A general method involving a molten-salt-assisted aluminothermic reduction process is reported for the synthesis of Sb and Bi nanosheets in high yields (>90 %). Electrocatalytic CO₂ reduction was investigated on the Bi nanosheets, and high catalytic selectively to formate was demonstrated with a considerable current density at a low overpotential and an impressive stability. Bi nanosheets continuously convert CO₂ into formate in a flow cell operating for one month, with a yield rate of 787.5 mmol cm⁻² h⁻¹. Theoretical results suggest that the edge sites of Bi are far more active than the terrace sites.

调查发现,当前对高中有机实验教学普遍重视不够,教师缺乏通过有机实验教学培养学生学科核心素养的意识。提出以下建议：深度解读课程标准,增强实验教学意识;发挥实验教学功能,设计课题式探究实验教学;把握有机教学特点,巧设问题探究性实验;培训教师实验技能,加强实验操作能力。     

Cr(VI) and Cu(II) removal from aqueous solution in fixed bed column using rice bran; experimental,statistical and GA modelling

Rice bran, a green and low-cost adsorbent, is used for Chromium (VI) and Copper (II) remotion from its aqueous solution. The influence of different process parameters in a fixed-bed on the removing efficiency has been investigated. The results show that the removal efficiency is higher at a minimum flow rate, low metal ion concentration, and higher bed height. The adsorption studies show that the rice bran has a better affinity to Chromium (VI) than Copper (II). Different kinetic models are used for the prediction of the column performance. This study shows that rice bran could be a potential and eco-friendly adsorbent for chromium (VI) and copper (II) removal and is suitable for developing countries like India. Multiple linear regression and ANN-based genetic algorithm modelling have been applied successfully to predict both metal ions' percentage removal separately.

电热耦合综合能源系统双阶段多目标规划研究

多能耦合系统是未来分布式能源供给方式的重要发展方向。为了实现电热耦合能源供给系统的合理规划、促进能源供给与消费的经济与环保的协调发展,提出一种面向电热耦合能源系统的综合能源系统双阶段规划优化方法。模型的第一阶段是在投资和环境最优的目标下实现电热耦合综合能源系统的合理规划,第二阶段是在考虑设备运行特性的基础上对规划的结果进行运行优化,以获得能源系统的最优运行方案,并从多个指标验证规划方案的合理性。利用NSGA-II算法求得模型进的帕累托解集,使用多准则妥协优化法从帕累托解集中决策出最优配置方案。仿真结果表明,提出的双阶段多目标综合能源规划方法能够实现能源供给系统的经济与环保双优。     

基于实物期权的双源供应链柔性采购协调策略

在需求不确定下,由风险规避的供应商和占主导地位的零售商组成的二级供应链中,构建了在现货市场影响下基于实物期权的双源柔性采购协调模型,给出了实现供应链协调的最优期权参数的求解算法,探讨了现货市场价格不确定性和供应商风险规避特性对零售商采购策略和双方利润的影响。研究结果表明,在考虑现货市场影响和供应商风险规避的条件下,实物期权契约可以实现供应链协调。

Mapping properties of nonlinear integral operators and pre-Schwarzian derivatives

In this paper, nonlinear integral operators on normalized analytic functions in the unit disk are investigated in connection with the pre-Schwarzian derivative and the Hornich operation. In particular, several nontrivial relations between these operators and the class of strongly starlike functions will be deduced.     

Short Tm3+-doped fiber lasers with watt-level output near 2 μm

High-power operation of diode-pumped fiber lasers at wavelength near 2μm are demonstrated with short length of heavily Tm3 -doped silica glass fibers. With 7-cm long fiber, a laser at near 2 μm is obtained with the threshold of 135 mW, maximum output power of 1.09 W, and slope efficiency of 9.6% with respect to the launched power from a laser diode at 790 nm. The output stability of this fiber laser is within 5%.The dependence of the performance of fiber lasers on the operation temperature and cavity configuration parameters is also investigated.
