声发射技术可以实现无氧铜切削加工特征的监测与评价。采用声发射技术监测单颗金刚石磨粒旋转切削无氧铜,利用G-P算法重构出声发射时域信号相空间,采用自相关函数法计算出相空间时间延迟参数,通过相空间双对数曲线的计算,得到不同切削工况下的关联维数。研究结果表明,进给速度和切削速度对声发射信号影响较不显著,切深与声发射信号振幅呈正效应关系;声发射信号双对数曲线呈现阶段性增加趋势,并逐渐收敛于饱和状态,关联维数随着嵌入维数的增加先快速下降后趋于平稳;金刚石切削无氧铜的声发射信号具有混沌运动变化特性,在较小嵌入维数时,关联维数与切深和切削速度呈现线性负效应关系,与进给速度呈现线性正效应关系。该研究为无氧铜的切削加工提供理论参考。  相似文献

We report infrared absorption of Y1Ba2Cu3O7−δ as a function of oxygen stoichiometry (0<δ<1) and copper substitution by iron in the spectral range of 450–700 cm−1. The strong bands associated with Cu-O vibrations undergo significant changes in their frequencies and intensities asδ is varied across the orthorhombic to tetragonal phase. These changes coupled with those arising as a result of doping with iron has helped in identifying the nature of the vibrational modes.  相似文献

针对我国氧碘化学激光器输出能量不断提高的情况下,主要限制光束质量的因素之一是出光过程中的光腔失调,提出了一种基于图像处理的光学谐振腔自准直研究方法。该研究方法利用氦氖穿腔光通过凹腔镜中心孔,并在凸腔镜后方放置工业相机,在屏幕上方形成一个干涉同心圆环。通过借助OpenCV库中二值化、霍夫圆检测等图像处理的方法,获得干涉同心圆环的圆心坐标,再通过以圆心为中心将图像分成上下左右四个部分,通过判断这四部分亮点像素的数量差值来预估干涉同心圆环的偏移状态,进而获得空腔条件下光学谐振腔发生变化的理论判据。实验结果表明,该方法可以获得相当精准的光学谐振腔失调判据,其失调判据选取左右亮点像素差值30 000,上下亮点像素差值45 000,为今后失调判据与步进电机自动调腔的结合做好充足的准备。

Using an operator ordering method for some commutative superposition operators, we introduce two new multi-variable special polynomials and their generating functions, and present some new operator identities and integral formulas involving the two special polynomials. Instead of calculating complicated partial differential, we use the special polynomials and their generating functions to concisely address the normalization, photocount distributions and Wigner distributions of several quantum states that can be realized physically, the results of which provide real convenience for further investigating the properties and applications of these states.  相似文献

The Jahn-Teller distortion plays an important role in determining the exchange interaction in rare-earth manganites.In this work we study the influence of the Jahn-Teller distortion on the magnetic structures of TbMn1-xFexO3(x = 0,0.02,0.05,0.10,and 0.20) single crystals in the basal MnO2 plane.The decrease in the quadruple splitting with the increasing Fe doping indicates the reduction of the Jahn-Teller distortion,which makes the nearest neighboring(NN) FM interaction dominant over the next nearest neighbor(NNN) AFM interaction.This alteration is favorable for the development of A-type AFM ordering instead of the spiral magnetic ordering,which collapses when x ≥ 0.05.The analysis of dielectric data indicates that the ferroelectricity is arising from the peculiar spiral magnetic ordering.  相似文献

We have studied the photoluminescence from GaInP2 grown by molecular beam epitaxy as a function of laser power, magnetic field and temperature. We show that the single luminescence peak observed in such samples arises from weakly bound (type-II) excitons in which the electrons are localised and the holes are free, and that it is the same as the additional low-energy peak typically observed in strongly CuPt-ordered GaInP2 grown by chemical vapour deposition techniques. We propose that the electron is confined in In-rich regions of the sample and the hole is delocalised by coupling between heavy- and light-hole bands.  相似文献

在钙基载氧体燃煤化学链燃烧技术过程中由于煤气化产物与载氧体之间的副反应导致反应过程中产生大量的SO2气体。本文选择MAC铁矿石,CaO和石灰石作为脱硫剂,在小型加压固定床上研究不同温度、压力、Ca/S比条件下SO2气体的脱除问题。结果表明,单独采用CaSO4载氧体时,随温度升高SO2气体浓度逐渐增加。添加铁矿石后,SO2排放浓度降低,主要与Fe2O3能够催化抑制CaSO4分解有关。添加CaO和石灰石脱硫剂后,随温度、压力以及Ca/S比增加,两种脱硫剂的脱硫效率均增加,且在相同的实验条件下得到的CaO的脱硫效果更佳。  相似文献

In this paper, the effects of two main types of structural defects, i.e. Stone–Wales and single vacancy, on the mechanical properties of single-layered graphene sheets (SLGSs) are investigated. To this end, molecular dynamics simulations based on the Tersoff–Brenner potential function and Nose–Hoover thermostat technique are implemented. The results obtained have revealed that the presence of defects significantly reduces the failure strain and the intrinsic strength of SLGSs, while it has a slight effect on Young’s modulus. Furthermore, the examination of loading in both armchair and zigzag directions demonstrated that SLGSs are slightly stronger in the armchair direction and defects have lower effect in this direction. Considering the fracture mechanism, the failure process of defective and perfect graphene sheets is also presented.  相似文献

A relationship between the structure and water purifying ability of waste glass prepared from household garbage and Fe2O3 was examined by 57Fe-Mössbauer and induced coupled plasma (ICP) measurements. From the Debye temperature of waste glass, FeII proved to be loosely bound in the glass network as a network modifier. Dissolution amount of FeIII into artificial drain can be controlled from 0.14 to 0.35 mg/l by changing the Fe2O3 content. It proved that chemical oxygen demand (COD) decreases in proportion to the content of FeIII, indicating that iron causes decomposition of organic and phosphorus compounds.  相似文献

Materials Lao.8Sro.2Gao.83Mgo.17_xCox03_6 with x = 0, 0.05, 0.085, 0.10, and 0.15 are synthesized by laser rapid solidification. It is shown that the samples prepared by laser rapid solidification give rise to unique spear-like or leaf-like microstructures which are orderly arranged and densely packed. Their electrical properties each show a general depen dence of the Co content and the total conductivities of Lao.8Sro.2Gao.83Mgo.085Coo.08503_6 prepared by laser rapid solidification are measured to be 0.067, 0.124, and 0.202 S.cm-1 at 600, 700, and 800 ℃, respectively, which are much higher than by conventional solid state reactions. Moreover, the electrical conductivities each as a function of the oxy gen partial pressure are also measured. It is shown that the samples with the Co content values 〈 8.5 mol% each exhibit basically ionic conduction while those for Co content values 〉 10 mol % each show ionic mixed electronic conduction under oxygen partial pressures from 10-16 atm (1 atm = 1.01325 x 105 Pa) to 0.98 atm. The improved ionic conductivity of Lao.sSro.2Gao.83Mgo.085Coo.08503 prepared by laser rapid solidification compared with by solid state reactions is attributed to the unique microstructure of the sample generated during laser rapid solidification.  相似文献
