建立了栅格式透明导电膜透光性能的表征参量和测试方法。利用电荷耦合器件(CCD)光电成像设备的响应特性,将响应信号转换为透光率信息;求解出不同尺度面元上的平均透光率,并建立栅格线的印制宽度、线边缘粗糙度和线上平均透光率等参量;结合三维图示技术,对透光膜进行了像素级微观透光性的三维显示。对三个柔印正方形栅格透明导电膜样品的测试结果表明:由所建立方法得到的透光率与紫外分光光度计测试结果误差小于1%;由测量的栅格线宽、透光率及像素级微观透光特性,能够分析样品的透光及印刷工艺特征。所建立方法能够起到较详尽分析和表征栅格式透明导电膜光学性能的作用。 相似文献

We report on the aerosol synthesis and optical characterization of ZnO/unoxidized graphene (UG) platelets nanocomposite films with high optical transparency (>85% at visible wavelengths). The ZnO/UG composite films, in which UG nanoplatelets are embedded in nano‐grained ZnO, were fabricated from colloidal suspensions of UG platelets with an aqueous zinc precursor. From photoluminescence (PL) spectra of the UG composite films, it was found that PL intensity decreases with the addition of UG platelets. The features of PL intensity in the UG composites are in contrast to that of ZnO/graphene oxide (G‐O) platelets composites, and can be explained by the absence of an oxygen vacancy filling effect, due to the unoxidized nature of UG and an increase in defect sites in its composites. Phthalocyanines are ideal components in a variety of electronic applications due to their extraordinary photophysical characteristics combined with their synthetic versatility and robustness. They have attracted substantial attention in recent decades and are now established building blocks of sophisticated molecular materials. Synthetically, a great deal of this progress is attributed to the use of modern synthetic tools, which gave rise to phthalocyanine‐based systems that could not have been envisaged in the past. In particular, Pd‐catalyzed cross‐coupling reactions, together with other transition‐metal‐catalyzed procedures, “click” chemistry, and ruthenium metathesis have been employed extensively en route to an abundant range of elaborate phthalocyanine mono‐ and multicomponent photoactive architectures. Polyvinyl alcohol is unique among polymers. Apart from its preparation, it is not built up in polymerization reactions from monomers, unlike most vinyl-polymers, and it is biodegradable in the presence of suitably acclimated microorganisms. It is an environmentally friendly material for a wide range of applications, from medical ones, based on its biocompatibility, to integrated optics. This paper reviews, in addition to the preparation and optimization of films of polyvinyl alcohol doped with different metal species, the role of dopants and doping technologies in the involved electronic mechanism. High precision assembly of laser diodes (LDs) on silicon wafer substrates for use in advanced optoelectronic devices is an important issue from a mass production point of view. An acceptable alternative to replace an obsolete pick and place flip chip bonding robotic technology with a simple, low cost and high speed technique is desired for industrial applications. We have investigated a novel assembling technique with micrometer order accuracy for LDs and other microchips. Its feasibility for rapidly assembling a large number of high power edge emitting LDs is practically demonstrated. A 150 $mUm thick nickel metal mask is used to confine as well as guide the unassembled LDs into the recesses by its restricted displacements. This technique is based on guiding the LDs within a suitable fluidic medium and the assembling process is performed in two steps: (i) coarse precision with a confinement mask to bring LDs near the recesses to achieve high assembling efficiency and (ii) fine precision due to the electrode patterns on the base surface of LDs, under fluidic as well as gravitational force. The assembly of 80 red LDs of the same size and of 40 pairs of red and infrared LDs of two different sizes is successfully demonstrated within less than ±2 $mUm precision and 100% efficiency in a few seconds after transferring them into a confinement mask region. 相似文献
