SiO2 film coated as a passivation layer for YBa2Cu3O7−x (YBCO)-based microwave devices is investigated by measuring the microwave characteristics of microstrip line resonators. The SiO2 film is deposited with its 0.3 to 0.4 μm thickness by a sputtering method using Ar + 30%O2 plasma. These deposition conditions do not degrade the microwave characteristics and the critical temperature (Tc). Next, the SiO2 film coated resonators are compared with the uncoated ones for two kinds of degradation conditions: a 200°C annealing in air, and an exposure to air at 85°C and 85% RH (relative humidity). We find that the SiO2 passivation film prevents the YBCO thin film from the surface degradation and reacting with water.  相似文献

Colins公式将几何光学和波动光学联系在一起,能以简单的形式描述相干光在复杂光学系统中的传输,但忽略了光学系统中一些光学元件的衍射损耗。当Colins公式用于激光谐振腔的本征模式计算时,其适用程度与被忽略腔镜的有效菲涅尔数有关。本文用数值方法求解了两组谐振腔本征积分方程,一组应用Colins公司推导,另一组用菲涅尔-惠更斯衍射积分推导,结果表明:对稳定腔Colins公式基本适用;对非稳腔,当被忽略腔镜的有效菲涅尔数>1时,原则上可以用,当被忽略腔镜的有效菲涅尔数<1时不适用;对有源非稳腔基本适用。  相似文献

On the basis of pulse-energy measurement of Nd–YAG laser emission, the reflection coefficient of complex mirror is determined as a function of pumping energy and resonator parameters. It is shown that the reflection coefficient of complex mirror has the tendency to stabilize with increasing pumping energy above the threshold energy. The practical interest of this work is to determine the reflection coefficient of resonant mirror without using calibrated mirrors.  相似文献

We study the effects of electrodes of nonuniform thickness on thickness-shear vibration frequencies and mode shapes of quartz resonators. This paper extends a previous paper from electrodes of stepped thickness to continuously varying thickness. Numerical results for electrodes of linearly varying thickness are presented. The results show that strong energy trapping can be achieved and adjusted using electrodes with variable thickness.  相似文献

ZnO-based film bulk acoustic resonator (FBAR) was fabricated with many ZnO/Pt layers by magnetron sputtering. All the layers are good crystallized and highly textured. By crystallographic test, the orientation fluctuation of Pt layer increases with increasing film thickness or stack layers, whereas that of ZnO layer decreases slightly. It is consistent with ZnO grain c-axis tilting observed using transmission electron microscopy. Due to these good quality layers, the device has a high resonate frequency of 3.94 GHz.  相似文献

For the first time rigorous theory is developed for eigen traveling TM modes in the resonator of the coaxial cavity gyrotron with a corrugated insert. This mathematical model can be applied for any corrugation parameters and wavelengths. Gyrotron simulation software is developed and allows to calculate mode eigenvalues, electromagnetic field components and Ohmic losses for eigen TE and TM modes. Results of the numerical investigations are presented for the ITER relevant 170 GHz coaxial cavity gyrotron developed in Forschungszentrum Karlsruhe, Germany.  相似文献

The paper reviews the state-of-art for micro optical fluidic systems (MOFS), or optofluidics, which employs optics and fluidics in a microsystem environment to perform novel functionalities and in-depth analysis in the biophysical area. Various topics, which include the introduction of MOFS in biomedical engineering, the implementation of near-field optics and also the applications of MOFS to biophysical studies, are discussed. Different optical detection techniques, such as evanescent wave, surface plasmon resonance, surface enhanced Raman scattering, resonators and transistors, have been studied extensively and integrated into MOFS. In addition, MOFS also provides a platform for various studies of cell biophysics, such as cell mass determination and cell Young’s modulus measurement. In this paper, the rate equation models, which have been used for describing the high repetitive Q-switched intracavity doubling of Nd:YAG laser, are represented. According to these models and onthe basis of resonator length as the most important parameter for designation of the laser system, a computational procedure (block diagram), which is applied for determination of the doubling intracavity resonator specifications of the Nd:YAG laser, has been provided. According to the resonator length the beam quality inside the resonator for second harmonic generation of Nd:YAG laser in different output powers has been calculated. The results for several green output powers of the laser are compared with the experimental data, and good agreement is obtained.  相似文献
