In this paper, a new non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) scheme is proposed for the reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) assisted high-capacity visible light communication (VLC) system, which is named hybrid domain multiple access (HDMA). HDMA enjoys the benefit of hybrid-domain signals, including the power domain, code domain, and frequency domain, where the message passing algorithm (MPA) and successive interference cancellation (SIC) detectors are jointly used at the HDMA receiver. Furthermore, to achieve a higher communication capacity for the VLC system, we proposed an optimization model by jointly optimizing the power allocation ratio and RIS reflection units. The simulation results verified the proposed scheme. By comparing the system capacity of different RIS allocation schemes and multiple access methods, the VLC system based on HDMA proposed in this paper can significantly improve its communication capacity. 相似文献

Direct Monitoring of Thickness and Refractive Index of Optical Thin Film Deposited on Fiber End-face
We propose a system for depositing thin films on waveguides which enables low-temperature deposition and precise control of the refractive index and film thickness. It is composed of a conventional ion-beam sputtering (IBS) system and a new system for directly monitoring film characteristics during deposition. We controlled refractive indices over a wide range from 1.52 to 1.97 by moving the sputtering targets (SiO2 and Si3N4) in the IBS system. The refractive index or film thickness was in-situ monitored by observing the optical power reflected from the end-face of a monitoring fiber set in the deposition chamber. Antireflection coating films were successfully deposited on a fiber end-face and a laser diode chip facet with low reflectivity from 0.05 to 0.07%. This deposition system is attractive for constructing highly functional optical devices for future photonic networks. 相似文献

The dynamics of the reduced density matrix of the driven dissipative two-state system is studied for a general diagonal/off-diagonal
initial state. We derive exact formal series expressions for the populations and coherences and show that they can be cast
into the form of coupled nonconvolutive exact master equations and integral relations. We show that neither the asymptotic
distributions, nor the transition temperature between coherent and incoherent motion, nor the dephasing rate and relaxation
rate towards the equilibrium state depend on the particular initial state chosen. However, in the underdamped regime, effects
of the particular initial preparation, e.g. in an off-diagonal state of the density matrix, strongly affect the transient dynamics. We find that an appropriately tuned external ac-field
can slow down decoherence and thus allow preparation effects to persist for longer times than in the absence of driving.

We developed a system to measure disk noise as a function of both radial and angular position. In order to obtain an accurate disk noise measurement, crosstalk and intersymbol interference were avoided by recording regularly repeating pit patterns and the influence of electronic and laser noise was removed by averaging techniques. We found the system’s mapping ability and its high sensitivity to be very useful in investigating disk noise phenomena in the mastering process. We used the system to assess the accuracy and reproducibility of the photopolymerization replication and Al vapor deposition processes. Also, we investigated the choice of photoresist and found that photoresists with the combination of the narrowest molecular weight distribution and the highest photo-active compound content resulted in the lowest disk noise levels. 介绍了一种以聚乙烯醇为粘结剂,丙烯酰胺和亚甲基双丙烯酰胺作为单体,赤藓红和亚甲基蓝作为光引发剂,三乙醇胺作为共引发剂的光致聚合物材料。材料能同时对红光和绿光敏感,用红光和绿光分别对材料曝光,测得的两种衍射效率分别不低于30%,灵敏度不低于25cm^2/J。该材料对红光的最大响应空间频率为2274 lp/mm,相应的衍射效率为27.73%,响应范围为1600∽2800lp/mm;对绿光的最大响应空间频率为2350 lp/mm.相应的衍射效率为25、72%,响应范围为1700∽3000 lp/mm。在材料的同一点上进行红光和绿光的波长复用全息存储,当用红光或绿光再现时单幅图像清晰,信噪比高,两幅图像之间无任何干扰,该材料适合双波长全息存储。 相似文献

微谐振腔模式特性研究是利用微腔研制新型光电器件的基础.为了研制出能采用平面工艺制作的定向输出的微腔激光器,文章采用解析和数值模拟方法深入研究了正三角形及正方形光学微腔的模式特性,并得到与数值模拟结果符合非常好的解析场分布及模式波长.对正方形光学微腔,把模式组合成满足正方形对称性的场分布,发现其类WG模式只存在品质因子比它小一个数量级以上的偶然简并模式,因此正方形微腔有利于实现真正的单模工作. 相似文献

High brightness amine‐terminated silicon nanocrystals (Si NCs) have been utilized in a simple and rapid assay for the highly selective and sensitive detection of Fe3+ via quenching of their strong blue luminescence, without the need for analyte‐specific labeling groups. Sensitive detection of Fe3+ is successfully demonstrated, with a linear relationship observed between luminescence quenching and Fe3+ concentration from 5 × 10?6 to 900 × 10?6m and a limit of detection of 1.3 × 10?6m . The Si NCs show excellent selectivity toward Fe3+ ions, with no quenching of the luminescence signal induced by the presence of Fe2+ ions, allowing for solution phase discrimination between the ionic species in different charge states. 相似文献
