近几年,钙钛矿/硅异质结叠层太阳电池发展迅速,效率已经从13.7%提升到29.1%.由于叠层电池器件的制作工艺复杂,而叠层太阳电池中的光学损失对转换效率的影响很大,所以通过光学模拟进而获得高效电池至关重要.本文首先从商业软件和自建模型两方面概述了光学模拟的方法,接着从反射损失和寄生吸收两方面针对光学模拟研究进展进行了总结和分析,最后指出了叠层电池光学模拟过程中需要注意的问题.钙钛矿/硅异质结叠层太阳电池的转换效率极限最高可达40%,具备很大的提升空间,结合模拟工作的研究,叠层电池的发展将会取得更大的进步.  相似文献

The bulk crystals of LiBa12(BO3)7F4 were obtained from two flux compositions by the top seeded solution growth method. Crystals grown from BaCO3:BaF2:H3BO3:Li2CO3 = 3:3:3:1 charge were found to have a distinct linear dichroism effect at 0.35–0.65 and around 0.73 μm. This suggests application of the material in the production of polarizing filters and attenuators for visible range lasers.  相似文献

Nonlinear optical crystals of fluosilicate Na2SiF6 are synthesized via hydrothermal method and its structure is determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction (XRD). The space group of Na2SiF6 is P321 with cell parameters a = 8.8715(3) Å, c = 5.0484(5) Å, Z = 3, V = 344.09(4) Å3. The properties of the crystal are measured by powder XRD, infrared (IR) spectroscopy, ultraviolet/visible (UV/Vis) near‐infrared (NIR) diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, thermogravimetric (TG), and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis. The bandgap calculated using CASTEP is 7.41 eV, indicating that the cut‐off edge of the Na2SiF6 crystal can be down to deep‐UV energy region. The first‐principles studies were performed to elucidate the structure/property relationship of Na2SiF6.  相似文献

We have performed secondary ion mass spectrometry depth profiling analysis of III–V based hetero‐structures at different target temperatures and found that both the surface segregation and surface roughness caused by ion sputtering can be radically reduced if the sample temperature is lowered to ?150 °C. The depth profiling of ‘frozen’ samples can be a good alternative to sample rotation and oxygen flooding used for ultra‐low‐energy depth profiling of compound semiconductors. Secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS) relies on the fact that surface particles ejected from a solid surface are ionized under ion bombardment. By comparing the signal of molecular secondary ions desorbed from an organic film with that of the corresponding sputtered neutral precursor molecules, we investigate the variation of the molecular ionization probability when depth profiling through the film to the substrate interface. As a result, we find notable variations of the ionization probability both at the original surface and in the interface region, leading to a strong distortion of the measured SIMS depth profile. The experiments show that the effect can act in two ways, leading either to an apparent broadening or to an artificial sharpening of the observed film‐substrate transition. As a consequence, we conclude that care must be taken when assessing interface location, width, or depth resolution from a molecular SIMS depth profile.  相似文献

We demonstrate a thermo-optic switch based on photonic liquid crystal fibres (PLCFs) in which two lines of air hole are selective filled with liquid crystal (LC), with a high extinction ratio of more than 20 dB around 1310 nm and 1550 nm. Only in the range of 2.0°C it can perform a turn off and on operation of transmitted light in the second telecom band around 1550 nm while the first telecom bands around 1310 nm is still on. Due to the splitting of the bandgap, the switching function is achieved in this kind of PLCFs. Before the cleaning point (CP) of LC, a broad bandgap from about 1120 nm to 1320 nm splits into two ones, which are continuing inducing huge bandgap extension to shorter wavelength and longer wavelength after the CP of LC, respectively. Moreover, the temperature responses around the CP of LC is also investigated. Its sensitivity is about ?92.32 nm/°C around the CP of LC. Therefore, such kind of selective-filled PLCFs could find potential applications as thermo-optic switch and temperature sensor in the telecom band.  相似文献

In this article, polymer network liquid crystal (PNLC) grating/Fresnel lens is fabricated by holography. The exposure light pattern for the grating is obtained by interfering two planar wave fronts, while the Fresnel pattern is achieved by interfering a planar wave front and a spherical wave front. Owing to the alignment effect and anchoring power of polymer network, the holographic PNLC grating achieves improved diffraction efficiency, and remarkably reduced operation voltage (reduced by 80%) compared with holographic polymer-dispersed-liquid-crystal and holographic polymer-stabilised blue-phase liquid-crystal gratings, while maintaining submillisecond response. Moreover, it achieves high spatial frequency with a 2-μm grating period, thanks to the holographic fabrication. The holographic PNLC Fresnel lens also exhibits attractive electro-optical properties.  相似文献

The polymer dispersed nematic liquid crystal (LC) with the tilted surface anchoring has been studied. The droplet orientational structures with two point surface defects – boojums and the surface ring defect – are formed within the films. The director tilt angle α = 40° ± 4° at the droplet interface and LC surface anchoring strength Ws ~ 10–6 (J m?2) have been estimated. The bipolar axes within the studied droplets of oblate ellipsoidal form can be randomly oriented are oriented randomly relatively to the ellipsoid axes as opposed to the droplets with homeotropic and tangential anchoring.  相似文献

We propose the use of a varied-line-spacing (VLS) holographic polymer-dispersed liquid crystal (H-PDLC) Bragg grating as a switchable image splitter to generate a compatible three-dimensional (3D) stereogram and to increase the viewing angle of the observer. To fabricate the VLS grating, a cylindrical lens is adopted to form a cylindrical wave, which interferes with a plane wave, generating an H-PDLC grating with a continuously varying period. The proposed holographic optical element (HOE)-based image splitter comprises two VLS H-PDLC gratings. It can be attached on a designed pattern, with two rectangles taking the place of conventional liquid crystal display panel pixels, and can separate them into right and left viewing fields with a wider range. Experimental results show that the movement of the eyes of the observer can reach 37.6 mm. A theoretical simulation indicates that a shorter focal length of the cylindrical lens can yield a larger movement range. Switching between two-dimensional and 3D modes can be performed by applying an external alternating-current voltage at ~80 V. The contrast ratio of the diffracted images induced by crosstalk is greater than 60%, which indicates the feasibility of the proposed HOE for 3D image splitting.  相似文献

An optical whole-field, line-of-sight method is surveyed that allows the measurement of the refractive deflection angles of light transmitted through a flow with density changes. The method uses the principles of speckle photography. In comparison to classical optical methods such as interferometry, a much higher number of data values can be obtained from one record without the need of interpolating between experimental data. This high signal density is particularly advantageous for analyzing turbulent flows with density fluctuations. Such an analysis is, so far, restricted to the existence of axisymmetric turbulence. A number of applications to this type of turbulent flow are reported, and proposals are made for future developments that will allow this speckle technique to be applied to the study of turbulent shear flow.  相似文献
