In this work, characteristics of microcavity top-emitting red organic light-emitting device (TEROLED) having metallic electrodes had been examined. The TEOLED shows the higher efficiency in comparison with that of the bottom OLED. However, color variation with the increasing view angles is also observed. For the purpose of diminishing the blue-shift of resonant wavelength (RW) in the device with increasing view angle, the effect of out-coupling layer on the emission properties of the TEOLED is discussed in detail. Taking flood catastrophe risk in China as the research background, aiming at the characteristics of flood loss ``low frequency and high loss', Bayesian inference method is used to fit the loss distribution, and Bayesian inference is used to obtain the loss frequency distribution and loss quota distribution of flood in China.
On this basis, Monte Carlo simulation method is used to calculate the probability distribution of annual flood loss in China under different trigger conditions, and then CAPM is used to study the pricing of flood catastrophe bonds in China. It is concluded that under different trigger conditions, as the trigger value increases gradually, the corresponding trigger is triggered. Comparing the three types of bonds, it can be found that the price of bonds decreases with the decrease of principal guarantee ratio and the increase of principal loss ratio, that is, the investment risk is directly proportional to the return, which provides reference for

The initial nucleation stages during deposition of SiO2 by remote plasma enhanced chemical vapour deposition (PECVD) have been monitored by XPS inelastic peak shape analysis. Experiments have been carried out on two substrates, a flat ZrO2 thin film and a silicon wafer with a native silicon oxide layer on its surface. For the two substrates it is found that PECVD SiO2 grows in the form of islands. When the SiO2 particles reach heights close to 10 nm they coalesce and cover completely the substrate surface. The particle formation mechanism has been confirmed by TEM observation of the particles grown on silicon substrates. The kinetic Monte Carlo simulation of the nucleation and growth of the SiO2 particles has shown that formation of islands is favoured under PECVD conditions because the plasma species may reach the substrate surface according to off-perpendicular directions. The average energy of these species is the main parameter used to describe their angular distribution function, while the reactivity of the surface is another key parameter used in the simulations. 相似文献

Theoretical investigations of InGaN tandem solar cells with intermediate bands (IBs) have been conducted through calculating the diode equation taking into account the radiative and nonradiative recombination currents. The calculated maximum ef?ciencies of the double‐junction cell with one IB in each subcell are 57.85% and 68.37% under AM1.5G one‐sun and 46000‐sun illuminations, respectively. It has also been observed that the combined device with the top‐cell bandgaps of 2.9–3.4 eV (2.6–3.4 eV for full concentration) may have an opportunity to realize the application of over 50% efficiency. We suggest that the optimized width of the IB layer be designed in the range of 1–6 μm if its absorption coefficient is 104–105 cm–1 in the IB region. 相似文献

The magnetic properties of Mn-doped ZnO semiconductor have been investigated using the Monte Carlo method within the Ising model. The temperature dependences of the spontaneous magnetization, specific heat and magnetic susceptibility have been constructed for different concentrations of magnetic dopant Mn and different carrier concentrations. The exact values of Mn concentration and carrier concentration at which high temperature transition occurs are determined. An alternative for the explanation of some controversies concerning the existence and the nature of magnetism in Mn diluted in ZnO systems is given. Other features are also studied. 相似文献

With the progress of LSI technology, the electronic device size is scaled down to the sub 0.1μ m region. In such an ultrasmall device, it is indispensable to take quantum mechanical effects into account in device modeling. In this paper, we present a newly developed quantum Monte Carlo device simulation applicable to ultrasmall semiconductor devices. In this model, the quantum effects are represented in terms of quantum mechanically corrected potential in the classical Boltzmann equation. It is demonstrated that the quantum transport effects such as tunneling and energy quantization in ultrasmall semiconductor devices are obtained for the first time by using the standard Monte Carlo techniques. 相似文献
