医用聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶理化性能测试

测试了医用聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶产品的pH值、折射率、重金属含量、红外光谱、化学热稳定性和丙烯酰胺单体残留量等主要理化性能，重点研究了样品中残留单体丙烯酰胺的高效液相色谱分析法。     

Equilibrium theory of two-dimensional simple liquids

Using the Wigner-Kirkwood expansion and bare Lennard-Jones (LJ) (12-6) potential, an effectiveLJ potential is derived, which includes the quantum effects through the expressions of the effective diameter∂(T, λ) and well-depth (T, λ). We use theWCA perturbation theory to calculate the free energy and pressure for theLJ and effectiveLJ potentials. Simple analytic expressions are given for the reference system and the first order correction calculated. The results are quite good at high density. The quantum effects on the free energy and pressure are also discussed.     

Inner shell structure of heavy atoms

The inner-shell structure of some heavy atoms is examined using a self-consistent relativistic local density method. Ar(K), Kr(K) and Xe (K,L ₁,L ₂ andL ₃) binding energies and {ie863-1} (hyper-satellite) energies of Tl, Hg and Tm are calculated. The results are compared with available experimental data. A part of this work was presented byMPD at the Trieste International Symposium on “Core level excitations in atoms, molecules and solids,” 22–26 June 1981, Extended Abstracts (ed.) α-松油烯-马来酸酐加成物的气相色谱分析

气相色谱法直接测定α－松油佛－马来酸酐加成物，不但免去了容量滴定法测定时必先分离共存马来酸酐的繁琐手续，而且方法简便、快速，能满足合成过程中跟踪分析的需要。     

结晶聚合物中间层理论与实验佐证

概述了Ｆｌｏｒｙ和Ｙｏｏｎ由晶格模型出发，从理论上证明了结晶聚合物中间层的存在以及近年来许多学者采用多种实验技术确认中间层存在的事实。     

负载型贵金属催化剂的硫中毒机理——载体的酸碱性与催化剂抗硫性能的关系

以H_2S为毒物,H_2-O_2反应为催化模型反应,制备并考察了一系列不同酸碱性的负载型钯催化剂。以NH_3和吡啶为探针分子,用程序升温脱附(TPD)或红外光谱法测定了催化剂的酸碱性。用交替脉冲微反色谱技术评价了催化剂的活性和耐硫中毒性,并对催化剂的耐硫性能和载体酸碱性进行关联和解释。在以上研究基础上,指出了提高催化剂抗硫性能的途径。     

Optimization and validation of an enzyme immunoassay for the insect growth regulator fenoxycarb

A competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was developed for the quantitative detection of the insect growth regulator fenoxycarb. Polyclonal rabbit antisera, raised against protein conjugates of four haptenic derivatives of fenoxycarb, were utilized in immobilized antigen-based, competitive immunoassays. With ELISA systems that were both hapten- and carrier-heterologous, most antiserum titers fell in the range of 1:1000-1:30,000. Assay conditions, including concentrations of antisera and coating antigens, were optimized. The effect of pH, organic solvents, and various blocking agents was also investigated. A hapten-homologous and two hapten-heterologous indirect ELISAs allowed fenoxycarb determination in the range of 0.1-85 ng ml⁻¹ with apparent IC₅₀ values of 1.2-2.8 ng ml⁻¹. Cross-reactivities with a number of compounds (e.g. pesticides of related structure, hapten synthesis intermediates, fenoxycarb metabolite, photodegradation products) were determined, and the assay proved highly selective for fenoxycarb. In particular, no significant interference was found with selected pyrethroid and juvenile hormone analog insecticides, phenoxyacetic acid herbicides, and photodegradation products of fenoxycarb. Using spiked water samples, assay performance was validated by SPME/GC-MS.     

Ozonolytic transformations of olefinic derivatives of L-menthol and ricinolic acid

Estimation of diuretic drugs in biological fluids by HPLC

Summary This critical review of different methods proposed for the determination and screening of diuretics is directed mainly, because of its potential application, towards highperformance liquid chromatography.     

交联聚苯乙烯强－弱碱树脂的合成及脱色性能研究

交联聚苯乙烯氯甲基化后，分别与甲胺（或二甲胺）、三甲胺（或α－甲基吡啶、二甲基乙醇胺）混合胺化试剂进行亲核取代反应，合成了一系列同时带有强－弱碱功能基的交联聚苯乙烯树脂，并表征了这些树脂的结构，测定了树脂对甜菊甙的脱色性能，结果表明，这些树脂功能基碱性适中，脱色容量较高，甜菊甙损失较少，再生效率高。
