古镇作为集自然景观与人文景观一体的景区,具有丰富的声音类型。本研究以大研古镇为例,通过实地调研探究不同声音偏好的游客对古镇声景观的主观评价差异。基于游客的声音偏好,将游客分为偏爱自然声和偏爱人工声两大类。通过因子分析提取游客声景观主观评价的5个主因子:大小、音质、效价、偏好和唤醒。进一步分析发现,这5个因子具有一定的层级性,其中从大小到唤醒代表声景观评价从声音的物理属性向声音的联想评价逐级提升。其中在低层级评价(大小、音质)中,偏好自然声的游客和偏好人工声的游客无显著差异,低层级评价具有稳定性;而在高层级评价(效价、偏好、唤醒)中,偏好人工声的游客更关注古镇声景观的淳朴性和遗产性。因此,游客对声景观的主观评价可视为一种指标,判断景区声景所处的评价阶段,从而为景区声景观改善提供更有针对性的建议。 相似文献

应用超声技术辅助预处理,以纳米银为活性基底,在溶液pH 5.0、纳米银与阿斯巴甜(APM)混合比例1∶1、混合温度30℃、加热时间6 min的条件下,利用表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)结合化学计量法对纯品及软饮料中APM进行定量检测。结果表明:APM在0.5~100 mg/L范围内线性关系较好,其中水标准溶液的相关系数为0.993 3,检出限(LOD)为0.41 mg/L,苏打水、雪碧、可乐、芬达等标准溶液的相关系数为0.974 7~0.984 8,加标平均回收率为88.4%~121%,相对标准偏差小于7%。运用SERS检测软饮料中APM具有分析速度快、无损、环境污染小等优点,适用于食品中阿斯巴甜的定量分析,为食品添加剂的进一步表征和检测建立了依据,显示了SERS技术在化学物质检测领域具有巨大潜力。 相似文献

在对已有试题难度量化工具进行改进的基础上,建构了化学加试题难度评估工具。对2015年至2019年国家新高考实验区浙江省的8次化学选考加试题的难度进行了量化评价。结果表明,8次化学加试题整卷难度变化较大,但同一学年、有相同学生可能参与的2次化学选考的整体难度相近;加试题能力特征和难度差异明显,“有机化学基础”加试题(第32题)难度相对稳定,而第30题(化学反应原理)与第31题(实验化学)加试题难度却表现出一定的波动性。在对8次化学加试题的难度及相关因素进行分析的基础之上,也对如何提高加试题的编制质量,提出了可行性建议。 相似文献

The results are presented of an interlaboratory study on methylmercury (MeHg) in sediment carried out by a group of European laboratories within the framework of a project managed by the EC Standards, Measurements and Testing Programme (formerly BCR). The aim of this exercise was to evaluate the performance of current methods used for MeHg determination in sediment in order to improve the state-of-the-art prior to the certification of a candidate reference material. The paper describes the organization of the interlaboratory study, the preparation of the sediment material used, the techniques evaluated and the results obtained by the participating laboratories. The outcome of the collaborative project showed that certification could be contemplated, providing that certain analytical techniques were optimized, especially with regard to extraction methods. 相似文献

Like other organs, brain functions diminish with age. Furthermore, for a variety of neurological disorders—including Alzheimer’s disease—age is one of the higher-risk factors. Since in many Western countries the average age is increasing, determining approaches for decreasing the effects of aging on brain function is taking on a new urgency. Neuroinflammation and oxidative stress are two convoluted key factors in brain aging and chronic neurodegenerative diseases. The diverseness of factors, causing an age-related decrease in brain functions, requires identifying small molecules that have multiple biological activities that can affect all these factors. One great source of these small molecules is related to polyphenolic flavonoids. Recently, 3,3′,4′,7-tetrahydroxyflavone (fisetin) has been reported as a potent senotherapeutic capable of extending lifespan by reducing peroxidation levels and enhancing antioxidant cell responses. The neuroprotective effects of fisetin have been shown in several in vitro and in vivo models of neurological disorders due to its actions on multiple pathways associated with different neurological disorders. The present work aims to collect the most recent achievements related to the antioxidant and neuroprotective effects of fisetin. Moreover, in silico pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and toxicity of fisetin are also comprehensively described along with emerging novel drug delivery strategies for the amelioration of this flavonol bioavailability and chemical stability. 相似文献

Considering the important damage caused by the reactive oxygen (ROS) and nitrogen (RNS) species in the human organism, the need for new therapeutic agents, with superior efficacy to the known natural and synthetic antioxidants, is crucial. Quinazolin-4-ones are known for their wide range of biological activities, and phenolic compounds display an important antioxidant effect. Linking the two active pharmacophores may lead to an increase of the antioxidant activity. Therefore, we synthesized four series of new hybrid molecules bearing the quinazolin-4-one and phenol scaffolds. Their antioxidant potential was evaluated in vitro, considering different possible mechanisms of action: hydrogen atom transfer, ability to donate electrons and metal ions chelation. Theoretical quantum and thermodynamical calculations were also performed. The interaction between[Hg(SCN)4]2- and hemoglobin(Hb) under conditions that simulate a physiological environment was investigated by UV-vis spectroscopy,fluorescence spectroscopy,resonance Rayleigh scattering(RRS) spectroscopy and circular dichroism(CD) spectroscopy.The results obtained from the change of UV-vis and CD spectra,the quenching of Hb fluorescence and the enhancement of RRS intensity proved that a 10:1 type complex was formed between[Hg(SCN)4]2- and Hb.The possible mechanism suggested for the interaction was that ten Hg(SCN)4]2- anions entered the four subunits of a Hb molecule to react with some residues to form an adduct by coordination and electrostatic forces.The coordination of[Hg(SCN)4]2- with Trp was the major cause of the fluorescence quenching of Hb. 相似文献
