Arsenic Speciation in Urine and Blood Reference Materials   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Acute and chronic exposure to arsenic is a growing problem in the industrialized world. Arsenic is a potent carcinogen and toxin in humans. In the body, arsenic is metabolized to produce several species, including inorganic forms, such as trivalent (AsIII) and pentavalent (AsV), and the methylated metabolites such as monomethylarsonic acid, (MMAV), and dimethylarsinic acid (DMAV), in addition to arsenobetaine (AsB) which is ingested and excreted from the body in the same form. Each of these species has been reported to possess a specific but different degree of toxicity. Thus, not only is the measurement of total As required, but also quantification of the individual metabolites is necessary to evaluate the toxicity and risk assessment of this element. There are a large number of reference materials that are used to validate methodology for the analysis of As in blood and urine, but they are limited to total As concentrations. In this study, the speciation of five arsenic metabolites is reported in blood and urine from commercial available control materials certified for total arsenic levels. The separation was performed with an anion exchange column using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry as a detector. Baseline separation was achieved for AsIII, AsV, MMAV, DMAV, and AsB, allowing us to quantify all five species. Excellent agreement between the total arsenic levels and the sum of the speciated As levels was obtained.  相似文献

本文对用直接电位法测试巯基化合物的可行性进行了研究。发现由硫化银,硫化汞等金属难溶盐制成的膜电极对6-巯基嘌呤,高胱氨酸,1,4-二巯基苏糖经合物可产生响应,其斜率为30-110mV/pC,电极响应时间,则为十几秒至十几分钏,测试结果具有较好的重现性。因此,该方法可望得到应用。文中还对有关响应机理进行了探讨。  相似文献

The composition, overall stability constant and molar absorptivity of the chelate of gallium(III) ion with semimethylthymol blue, SMTB, were determined spectrophotometrically in acetate buffer (pH 4.5–5). A violet Ga(SMTB) chelate was formed with logarithmic overall stability constant of 18.0±0.1 (I=0.1) and molar absorptivity of 4.25×104l mol–1cm–1 (max 580 nm). SMTB is proposed as a new reagent for the spectrophotometric determination of micro-molar amounts of gallium(III). The colour development depends on time, temperature, pH and buffer species. The interference of different cations, anions and organic acids on gallium(III) determination was also investigated. Beer's law was obeyed for 3.5–31.3 gGa(III)/25ml (0.14–1.25 g ml–1). SMTB was used for the spectrophotometric determination of gallium in different grade minerals and ores and the results were of acceptable error and relative standard deviation. Comparison between the two suggested methods and atomic absorption spectrometry for Ga(III) determination was carried out.  相似文献

A simple, rapid and sensitive Spectrophotometric method is proposed for the determination of cephadroxil (I), cephalexin (II) and cephradine (III). The method is based on ion-pair complex formation between these derivatives and Chromotrope 2B (C2B) or Chromotrope 2R (C2R), to give a highly coloured radical anion. The coloured products are quantified spectrophotometrically at 542 and 564 nm for C2B and C2R, respectively. The optimization of the experimental conditions is described. The method has been used for the determination of 0.4–15, 0.4–14 and 0.4–18 g/ml of drugs I, II and III, respectively. The accuracy of the method is indicated by the excellent recovery (100.0±1.7%) and the precision is supported by the low relative standard deviations 1.5%. The sensitivity of the method is discussed and the results are compared with the official method. The interference from common degradation products and excipients was also studied. The proposed method was applied successfully to the determination of the different cephalosporins in dosage forms, with good precision and accuracy. The results were compared with those given by the official B.P. 1993 method.  相似文献

Due to the serious harm of diabetes to human health, development of sensitive assays for glucose level is of high significance for early prevention and treatment of diabetes. Currently, most conventional enzyme-based glucose sensors suffer from high cost and low stability due to the inherent defects of natural enzymes. Herein, we develop a pure nanozyme-based glucose detection method using Ag@Au core/shell triangular nanoplates (TNPs), which combines glucose oxidase (GOD)- and horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-like activities of the Au shell and inherent plasmonic properties of Ag TNPs. The sensing mechanism is based on the fact that the Au shell possessed GOD-like activity, enabling the oxidation of glucose to produce H2O2, which can further etch the silver core, leading to the decrease of absorbance at 800 nm and the color change from blue to colorless. Compared with the previous nanozymes-based glucose sensors, our method avoids the use of enzymes and organic chromogenic agent. Moreover, the stability of the Ag@Au core/shell TNPs is much better than that of Ag TNPs due to the protection by the coating of the Au shell. This method was successfully applied to the detection of urine samples from patients with diabetes, indicating its practical applicability for real sample analysis.  相似文献

本文在两次标准加入法[1]的基础上,提出了三组份同时测定的三次标准加入法,并应用于钼、钨和钛的流动注射同时测定。测定条件:[水杨基荧光酮(SAF)]=1.25 ×10-4mol/L,[溴化+六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAB)」=2.5×10-3mol/L,pH1.35,25℃,采样、进样时间分别为10s和18s,进样频率128次/h。为消除组份间协同作用引起的吸光度加合性的偏离,定义了三组份协同系数。将其引入三组份同时测定方法,补偿了吸光度对线性的偏离。补偿后钼、钨和钛的测定范围分别为0.05~0.35,0.25~1.00,0.025~0.30mg/L。测定了钢样及模拟样品中钼、钨和钛含量,结果较好。  相似文献

In this work, a downsized flow set up designed based on multicommutation concept for photometric determination of iron(II)/iron(III) and nitrite/nitrate is surface water is described. The flow system network comprised a set of three-way solenoid valves, reaction coil and a double-channel flow cell, which were nested in order to obtain a compact and small-size instrument. To accomplish the downsizing requirement light source (LED) and radiation detection (phototransistor) were coupled to the flow cell. In order to demonstrated the effectiveness of the system, the photometer methods based on Griess reaction and 1-10-phenantroline for nitrite and iron(II) determination, respectively, were selected. Under computer control the set up provided facilities to handle four reagent solutions employing a single pumping channel, thus permitting also the determination of nitrate and iron(III) after its reduction to nitrite and to iron(II), respectively. The overall system performance was demonstrated working several days running standard solution, no significant variation of base line, linear response range and slop (less than 1%) were observed. The usefulness of the downsized system was ascertained by analyzing a set of surface water. Aiming to access the accuracy sample were also analyzed employing reference procedures and no significant difference at 95% confidence level were observed for the four analytes. Other profitable features such as analytical throughput of 40 determination per hour; relative standard deviation of 1%; linear response range between 50 and 300 μg l−1 for nitrite and nitrate, 0.5-6.0 mg l−1 iron(II) and iron(III); low reagent consumption 75 μg for nitrate/nitrite and 0.6 mg for iron(II)/iron(III) per determination; and 2.4 ml waste generation per determination were also achieved.  相似文献

研究和建立了同时测定硝基酚钠混合三组份的新方法——一阶导数光谱K系数法。确定了最佳实验条件和测定波长,方法简便、快速、准确。通过对动植物细胞赋活增进剂中邻硝基酚钠、对硝基酚钠、5-硝基愈创木酚钠三组份的直接测定,其相对误差小于2%,相对标准偏差小于3%,回收率为99~103%。  相似文献

本文研究了在非离子表面活性剂存在下,用3,5-diBr-PADAP作锆显色剂的胶束增溶分光光度法。在pH1.0~2.0的HCl介质中,配合物吸光度最大且稳定,最大吸收值在610nm处。Zr(Ⅳ)与试剂形成1:2的配合物,摩尔吸光系数为1.10×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),zr(Ⅳ)量在0~30μg/25mL范围内遵守比尔定律。采用钽试剂一苯苹取分离法,适合于钽铌矿中微量锆的测定。  相似文献
