提出了一种针对医学超声图像的自适应各向异性扩散算法;该算法充分利用图像本身的边缘信息以及图像水平和垂直方向梯度的差异,用GHAD方法在两个方向设置不同的梯度门限,避免了传统的常数及单一梯度门限带来的鲁棒性差等问题;改进的扩散系数改善了传统扩散系数收敛过快及边界平滑的问题;经过多组仿真实验,综合峰值信噪比(PSNR)和边缘保持度(FOM)等指标,表明该算法相比同类算法有更好的降噪和边缘保持效果。  相似文献

Water transport is critical to the successful implementation of polymer electrolyte fuel cells (PEFC), especially in long-term and dynamic operation in automotives. Liquid water appears in the fuel cells not only from the water generated at the cathode catalyst layer but also as a result of condensation of water vapor from the humidified gases. In this study, we report a simple approach to prepare a superhydrophobic gas diffusion layer by chemical vapor deposition of polydimethylsiloxane without significant change in pore size of gas diffusion layer unlike other approach adding hydrophobic agent such as polytetrafluoroethylene. A superhydrophobic coating on the GDL can be obtained, leading to exceptionally enhanced power performance and stability of PEFC especially at a high current where water transport becomes more critical.  相似文献

The inertial range for a statistical turbulent velocity field consists of those scales that are larger than the dissipation scale but smaller than the integral scale. Here the complete scale-invariant explicit inertial range renormalization theory for all the higher-order statistics of a diffusing passive scalar is developed in a model which, despite its simplicity, involves turbulent diffusion by statistical velocity fields with arbitrarily many scales, infrared divergence, long-range spatial correlations, and rapid fluctuations in time-such velocity fields retain several characteristic features of those in fully developed turbulence. The main tool in the development of this explicit renormalization theory for the model is an exact quantum mechanical analogy which relates higher-order statistics of the diffusing scalar to the properties of solutions of a family ofN- body parabolic quantum problems. The canonical inertial range renormalized statistical fixed point is developed explicitly here as a function of the velocity spectral parameter, which measures the strength of the infrared divergence: for<2, mean-field behavior in the inertial range occurs with Gaussian statistical behavior for the scalar and standard diffusive scaling laws; for>2 a phase transition occurs to a fixed point with anomalous inertial range scaling laws and a non-Gaussian renormalized statistical fixed point. Several explicit connections between the renormalization theory in the model and intermediate asymptotics are developed explicitly as well as links between anomalous turbulent decay and explicit spectral properties of Schrödinger operators. The differences between this inertial range renormalization theory and the earlier theories for large-scale eddy diffusivity developed by Avellaneda and the author in such models are also discussed here.  相似文献

利用相对论平均场理论,考虑了σ*,Ф介子及重子八重态{N,P,A,∑^-,∑0,∑+,Ξ^-,Ξ^0},研究了中子星的性质.发现当考虑了σ*,Ф介子的贡献时,超子出现的临界重子数密度降低了,超子数目增加了,超子星的转变密度poH降低了,物态方程变软,最大质量变小而相应的中子星半径增大,中子星的中心重子数密度、中心能量密度和中心压强均降低.  相似文献

为了提高PGNAA系统中D-T中子管的中子慢化效率,获得更高的热中子产额,借助蒙特卡罗模拟,确定了以铅为中子反射层、5个聚乙烯层和铅层相互交替作为中子慢化层、碳化硼含量为3%的含硼聚乙烯作为中子吸收层以及铅作为γ屏蔽层的中子慢化装置模型。针对中子产额为3×107 n/s 的D-T中子管,该慢化装置输出面低于5 eV中子通量可达5.28×106 n/s,占总中子通量的30.8%,有效提高了中子慢化效率。经过验证模拟结果能够满足实验要求。To improve the moderating efficiency of D-T Neutron Generator in PGNAA system, and get higher thermal neutron yield, the Monte Carlo code MCNP was used to optimize the moderation setup. The lead was selected as neutron reflector and gamma absorber, 5 polyethylene layers and 4 lead layers constituted the neutron moderator and 3% boron-doping polyethylene was selected as neutron absorber. For the yield of 3107 n/s D-T Neutron Generator, this moderation setup can provide a yield of lower than 5 eV of 5.28106 n/s, accounting for 30.8% of total neutron yield, dramatically improves the moderating efficiency. It is proved that the simulation results can satisfy the requirement of PGNAA system by preliminary experimental verification.  相似文献

Water molecule mobility in ion-containing and nonionic aqueous solutions of β-cyclodextrin was studied by quasielastic neutron scattering (QENS). The total self-diffusion coefficients and their components corresponding to the contributions from collective (Lagrange type) and single-particle (jump diffusion) parts of molecular motions were determined. From the data obtained, one can conclude that the molecular mobility of free water in nonionic aqueous solutions of β-cyclodextrin with guest molecules (2-aminopyridine) proceeds by a single-particle mechanism. The addition of Pb2+ ions into the solution leads to increase in self-diffusion coefficients and growth of a bound water fraction.  相似文献

Lateral diffusion measurements, most commonly accomplished through Fluorescence Photobleaching Recovery (FPR or FRAP), provide important information on cell membrane molecules' size, environment and participation in intermolecular interactions. However, serious difficulties arise when these techniques are applied to weakly expressed proteins of either of two types: fusions of membrane receptors with visible fluorescent proteins or membrane molecules on autofluorescent cells. To achieve adequate sensitivity in these cases, techniques such as interference fringe FPR are needed. However, in such measurements, cytoplasmic species contribute to the fluorescence recovery signal and thus yield diffusion parameters not properly representing the small number of surface molecules. A new method helps eliminate these difficulties. High Probe Intensity (HPI)-FPR measurements retain the intrinsic confocality of spot measurements to eliminate interference from fluorescent cytoplasmic species. However, HPI-FPR methods lift the previous requirement that FPR procedures be performed at probe beam intensities low enough to not induce bleaching in samples during measurements. The high probe intensities now employed provide much larger fluorescence signals and thus more information on molecular diffusion from each measurement. We report successful measurement of membrane dynamics by this technique.  相似文献

Physical consequences of ionic diffusion processes play a major role on the outcome of electrophysiology experiments due to both their contribution to the ionic transmembrane transport and phenomena taking place at the measuring instruments interface. As most of the time heterogenities in biological media with respect to ionic diffusion constants are disregarded, we intended to look upon the general case of ionic diffusion at the interface of two liquids on which gradients of these diffusion constants no longer can be neglected. We developed a theoretical model for the diffusion potential which emerges at an aqueous interface under gradients of concentration and diffusion constants. The experimental validation of our model was achieved through potential difference measurements of the diffusion potential between two solutions containing sodium chloride (NaCl) and glycerine solutions of various concentrations. Within the studied domain of the electrical charge mobility ratio, we noticed that experimental results are in agreement with the theoretically inferred diffusion potential values. This demonstrates that the resulting relationship for the diffusion potential inferred from our model could be applied for other cases, as well. When the ionic solutions contains an indefinite quantity of glycerine or an unknown substance able to modify diffusion constants of sodium and chloride, it was shown that through measurements of the diffusion potential one can infer the unknown concentration of glycerine and the modified ionic mobility ratio. This, in turn, builds up the foundation for a novel yet simple and efficient analitycal sensing device for quantitative determination in the field.  相似文献

We study global symmetry breaking in the 2D system of scalar nonconserved order parameter following a quench to zero temperature. We show that the instant of time when the symmetry is broken and the final morphology is chosen corresponds to the saturation of the order parameter inside the domains. There are three possible final morphologies: the positive and negative order parameter final morphology, and the state of the coexisting positive and negative order parameter subsystems with a flat interface between them. We find also that each type of the final morphology constitutes about 1/3 of all cases, what agrees with the results obtained recently by Spirin et al. [Phys. Rev. E 65, 016119 (2001)]. Our results are pertinent for the two dimensional systems, but we suspect that there is also a way to apply similar arguments for the three dimensional ones.  相似文献
