利用电子回旋共振 (ECR)微波增强化学气相沉积法 (PECVD)并使用氮气 (N2 ) ,氩气 (Ar)和AlCl3蒸气作为气源在直径为 6 .35cm的 (10 0 )单晶硅片表面制备了c轴定向氮化铝 (AlN)薄膜 ,并使用X射线衍射仪及其X射线特征能谱和扫描电镜 (SEM)分析了薄膜特征 ,研究了微波功率、基板温度和N2 流量对薄膜c轴定向的影响 ,得到了c轴偏差角小于 5°的高质量大面积AlN薄膜。  相似文献

This review paper deals with an overview of molecule-based magnetism as a rapidly developing interdisciplinary field, topological symmetry rule as the first principle of spin alignment in organic open-shell systems in the ground state, the proposal of organic through-bond 1D and 2D ferro- and superparamagnets and the detection of the first organic high-spin molecule, m-phenylenebis(phenylmethylene) in the quintet ground state (S = 2), followed by extended organic high-spin systems with π-conjugation such as aromatic hydrocarbons having S = 3, 4, 5. The paper also describes a theoretical approach to the understanding of electronic spin structures of organic high-spin molecules by invoking both Heisenberg and Hubbard model Hamiltonians, weakly interacting intramolecular high-spin systems from both experimental and theoretical sides, the spin density distribution of the first organic high-spin molecule in terms of electron- nuclear multiple resonance spectroscopy and the detection and characterization of ionic high-spin hydrocarbons, emphasizing the establishment of high spin chemistry underlying organic molecular magnetism.  相似文献

We have visualized the melting and dissolution processes of xenon (Xe) ice into different solvents using the methods of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, imaging, and time resolved spectroscopic imaging by means of hyperpolarized 129Xe. Starting from the initial condition of a hyperpolarized solid Xe layer frozen on top of an ethanol (ethanol/water) ice block we measured the Xe phase transitions as a function of time and temperature. In the pure ethanol sample, pieces of Xe ice first fall through the viscous ethanol to the bottom of the sample tube and then form a thin layer of liquid Xe/ethanol. The xenon atoms are trapped in this liquid layer up to room temperature and keep their magnetization over a time period of 11 min. In the ethanol/water mixture (80 vol%/20%), most of the polarized Xe liquid first stays on top of the ethanol/water ice block and then starts to penetrate into the pores and cracks of the ethanol/water ice block. In the final stage, nearly all the Xe polarization is in the gas phase above the liquid and trapped inside the pores. NMR spectra of homogeneous samples of pure ethanol containing thermally polarized Xe and the spectroscopic images of the melting process show that very high concentrations of hyperpolarized Xe (about half of the density of liquid Xe) can be stored or delivered in pure ethanol.  相似文献

The reactions of bis(trimethylstannyl)ethyne, Me3Sn–C?C–SnMe3 ( 4 ), with trimethylsilyl‐ or dimethylsilyl‐dialkylboryl‐substituted alkenes 1 – 3 afford organometallic‐substituted allenes 5 , 6 and 8 , 9 in high yield. In the case of (E)‐2‐trimethylsilyl‐3‐diethylboryl‐2‐pentene ( 1) , a butadiene derivative 7 could be detected as an intermediate prior to rearrangement into the allene. All reactions were monitored by 29Si and 119Sn NMR, and the products were characterized by an extensive NMR data set (1H, 11B, 13C, 29Si, 119Sn NMR). Copyright © 2003 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Resonances are defined as the poles of the scattering matrix. The poles are associated with the complex eigenvalues of the Hamiltonian which are embedded in the lower half of the complex plane. The asymptotes of the corresponding eigenfunctions are exponentially diverged. Therefore, the resonance eigenfunctions are not embedded in the Hermitian domain of the Hamiltonian. The time asymmetric problem is discussed for these types of non-Hermitian Hamiltonians and several solutions of this problem are proposed.  相似文献

The free oscillations of a capillary bridge whose equilibrium shape is determined by the surface tension forces and the static gravity field are investigated. The ability of surface passivation to enhance the photoluminescence (PL) emission of Si nanocrystals in SiO2 has been investigated. Silicon precipitation in implanted samples takes place in a time scale of few minutes at 1100°C. For longer annealing at the same temperature, the PL intensity of the Si nanocrystals increases and eventually reaches saturation, while it correlates inversely with the amount of Si dangling bonds at the Si–SiO2 interface (Pb centers), as measured by electron spin resonance. This combined behavior is independent on the silica matrix properties, implantation profiles and annealing atmosphere and duration. The observation that the light emission enhancement is directly related to the annealing of Pb centers is confirmed by treatment in forming gas. This mild hydrogenation at much lower temperature (450°C) leads to a complete passivation of the Pb defects, increasing at the same time the PL yield and the lifetime.  相似文献

Stochastic resonance is a statistical phenomenon that has been observed in periodically modulated, noise-driven, bistable systems. The characteristic signatures of the effect include an increase in the signal-to-noise of the output as noise is added to the system, and exponentially decreasing peaks in the probability density as a function of residence times in one state. Presented are the results of a numerical simulation where these same signatures were observed by adding achaotic driving term instead of a white noise term. Although the probability distributions of the noise and chaos inputs were significantly different, the stochastic and chaotic resonances were equal within the experimental error.  相似文献

A simple modification of the standard cross-polarization method designed for quenching the proton T dependence when studying polarization transfer is presented. It is demonstrated that by using this simple procedure, new and subtle details of cross-polarization dynamics, previously hidden by the T(1H) effect, can be observed in dipolar-coupled spin systems.  相似文献
