The distribution of nickel and cobalt species has been computed, based on the pH-dependent model of Zirino and Yamamoto. The
media used in the pH range of 7 to 9 are natural waters like fresh water, sea water and a mixture of them at different compositions,
at 25°C temperature and 1 atm pressure. In fresh water, both nickel and cobalt dominate as free cations at lower pH, and as
carbonato complexes at higher pH. In sea water, chloro complexes are significant. In mixtures of the two kinds of water, as
might be found in a totally mixed estuary, chloro complexes are important, varying slowly with pH. Sea water plays an important
role in complexation. The present results are in excellent agreement with experimental data obtained by the resin exchange

With the simultaneous development of blank aluminum clad flexible fused silica glass capillary tubing capable of withstanding temperatures up to 500°C, coincident with a series of special high temperature methyl polysiloxane polymers, it was possible to produce for the first time, long lived fused silica capillary columns containing thin films of thermostable stationary phases which could be maintained isothermally at 400425°C and temperature programmed to 425–440°C. The “bleed rate” here for a well conditioned column was 5 picoamperes or less. Under these circumstances, alkanes with carbon numbers in the C-90 to C-100 area were rapidly and efficiently eluted from these columns. By extrapolation here, one can easily detect certain compounds with boiling points in the 750°C range. Since this type of capillary column was found to possess certain favorable properties, it was thought that it will soon replace the packed column and will probably be more popular than the borosilicate capillary column for many high temperature applications. Moreover, evidence has now accumulated which leads us to further believe that the majority of analyses of “high molecular weight” compounds performed by Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC), utilizing very narrow bore fused silica capillary columns at several hundred atmospheres, can be much more simply, much more rapidly, much more economically, and much more efficiently accomplished by gas chromatography utilizing this new generation of high temperature capillary columns. 相似文献

利用固相萃取搅拌棒(SBSE)萃取海水中的多环芳烃,然后用热解吸脱附-气相色谱分析。研究了萃取时间、添加NaCl浓度对萃取效率的影响。实验结果表明,SBSE方法对16种多环芳烃的萃取回收率分别在33.5%~122.4%之间;对标准样品的检出限为2.74-13.5ng/L;方法RSD为3.8%~13.1%。用此方法测定了大连海岸海水中的多环芳烃含量。 相似文献

建立了一种可同时对醛、酮糖进行精确定性和定量分析的方法。以肌醇作为内标,用80%乙醇超声提取,利用醋酸酐和HMDS+TMCS(1:3)进行差异衍生,在EI源下用SIM模式进行GC/MS分析。结果表明:11种标准单糖在1—4mg/L范围内线性良好;仪器检出限:醛糖在8.15—22.4μg/L之间;酮糖为2.32μg/L和3.47μg/L;高、中、低3个量的平均回收率在73.0%-95.7%,相对标准偏差在3.1%-10.0%。对枸杞游离单糖进行测定,各单糖含量分别在0.26—368.6mg/g。该方法弥补了以前单糖分析中的缺陷,对既含有醛糖又含有酮糖的样品可同时进行精确的定性定量分析。 相似文献

筛选出适合分离大豆甾醇的最佳反相色谱柱W aters symm etry C18(4.6mm×250mm)和流动相(乙腈-异丙醇,95∶5,V/V),考察了流动相配比和柱温对大豆甾醇分离的影响。从大豆甾醇产品中基线分离出豆甾醇、β-谷甾醇和菜油甾醇及菜籽甾醇这4种主要甾醇,还通过对分离出的其它多个未知峰馏分收集制备后作GC/MS分析,鉴定为γ-谷甾醇、24-β-菜油甾醇、表菜籽甾醇和豆甾醇异构体。在优化的色谱条件下,利用HPLC测定了大豆油和脱臭馏出物及大豆甾醇产品的部分样品中各甾醇组分的含量,豆甾醇和β-谷甾醇的检出限为14.4 ng和10.6 ng,HPLC测定大豆油样品中这2种甾醇的平均回收率为97.3%和96.9%。 相似文献

A lime-pozzolan cement was used to make pastes containing different quantities of MSW fly ash. After setting, the pastes were cured in water at room temperature from 1 h to 260 days. The hydration characteristics and the nature of the hydration products of the various pastes were studied by simultaneous TG/DSC thermal analysis and X-ray diffractometry. The MSW fly ash was found to induce a slowing of the hydration process in lime-pozzolan pastes, and after some days an evident acceleration of hydration reactions occurred. 建立了利用离线超临界CO2萃取气相色谱(SFE-GC)测定鱼肌肉中毒死蜱残留量的分析方法。超临界CO2萃取鱼肌肉中毒死蜱的适宜条件为:温度100℃,压力41.370MPa,CO2流量为1mL/min,动态萃取30min,静态萃取时间15min,调节剂甲醇(添加量0.5mL),收集液丙酮。最小检出量为0.01ng;添加回收率为77.3%~105.1%;相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.4%~15.4%,符合残留分析要求。全程分析时间小于2h。 相似文献
