冠状动脉支架为圆柱形微型网状结构,直径1mm,厚度0.1mm,长度10~16mm。在经皮冠状动脉介入PCI治疗中由球囊充气撑开到直径为2.5~3.5mm的支架,在血管内承受血管壁回弹压力。为了保持血液流通支架必须保持其几何圆形。这是一个结构弹塑性稳定性问题。但是目前国际上对于支架的力学性能质量指标主要以强度性能评定而不涉及支架屈曲性能是不妥的。本文对于支架的强度和屈曲性能进行了全面的理论分析和实验研究,自行研制了智能式电子检测仪成功地对微型网状结构支架的强度和屈曲性能实现了实测实验研究。由于微型支架的离散型网状结构的特点,在实验中出现一些特殊的屈曲现象。本文研究结果对于支架的形状与性能设计的改进和力学性能质量标准规范的制订具有重要意义。  相似文献

We evaluate the financial performance of most of the branch offices of a large European savings bank for a recent accounting period. We employ a complementary pair of nonparametric techniques to evaluate their financial performance, in terms of their ability to conserve on the expenses they incur in building their customer bases and providing customer services. We find variation in the ability of branch offices to perform this task, and agreement on the identity of the laggard branches. We then employ parametric techniques to determine that the list of indicators on which their financial performance is evaluated can be reduced without statistically significant loss of information to bank management. Both findings suggest ways in which the bank can increase the profitability of its branch network. The synthesis of mixed alcohols (C1-C5) from syngas has been studied at 6. 0 MPa over modified Co/CuLaZr catalysts. The molybdenum addition enhanced greatly the activity and the selectivity to alcohols. The improvement of hydrogenation capacity of the system via a reversible spillover effect of hydrogen could explain this effect, together with a great capacity of CO insertion, illustrated by the effect of C2H4 addition as a probe to syngas. Under our experimental conditions, a mixed alcohol production of 147.1g/kg. cat/h containing a proportion of 33. 1% of higher alcohols (C2 OH) was obtained with a selectivity to ROH of 52. 8%.  相似文献

To compare concentration profiles in solids in an objective manner, a multi-dimensional generalization of the comparison of two means by Student'st-test is proposed. The approach is based on piecewise modelling the profiles using rougha priori information, estimating the model parameters and their covariance matrix and comparing the estimated parameters by use of multidimensional test variables. The piecewise modelling is treated in the most important cases in such a way that the partial functions are straight lines or cubic polynoms (splines) with continuity at all knots in each case. It enables us to compare whole profiles as well as the most relevant parts of them. Two ways of estimating the covariance matrix as a generalization of the variance estimation are discussed. The approach is useful for any kind of line profiles if rough information on the profile type is available. As an example SIMS depth-profiles of aluminum obtained from thin-layer systems after different technological heat treatments are considered. These profiles are modeled by three straight lines.  相似文献

In our former investigations, the phenomenon high temperature corrosion (HTC) was described exemplarily on selected materialcoating combinations for blades of stationary gas turbines, mainly in the temperature region of up to 750° C. To answer the question, in which manner higher gas inlet and/or higher material surface temperature would influence the HTC behaviour, a special analytical technique—the integral layer profile analysis—was introduced to ameliorate concentration profile methods. By examining IN 738 LC specimens with CoCrAlY plasma spray coating, stressed by hot gas at 900° C, the limits of this system are shown by explaining the corrosion mechanism; the method is also used for other systems, e.g. U 520 with NiCrAlY coating at 750° C.  相似文献

Summary The present paper reports a rapid HPIC method for the determination of tetramethylammonium chloride in aqueous matrices which are used as food simulants in migration tests. These simulants were: bidistilled water, an aqueous solution of 3% acetic acid, an aqueous solution of 15% ethyl alcohol, a mixed aqueous solution of 3% acetic acid and 15% ethyl alcohol. The method, as developed, has been applied to the determination of unreacted tetramethylammonium chloride residues which are able to migrate from finished epoxy resins which are used as food packaging materials.Research partially supported by National Research Council of Italy, Special Project RAISA, sub-project 4, Paper No 695.  相似文献

Summary Electrography and paper chromatography were combined to analyse rapidly metallic alloys in an almost non destructive technique. Using anodic dissolution the sample is applied on the start point of the chromatographic paper. Known ketones-HCl-water mixtures are usually used as solvents to analyse electrospots of different alloys and metal coatings and a separate electrospottest is recommended for Cr. Results of qualitative analysis of some steels, Cu–Ni, and Pb alloys are presented.  相似文献

Accelerated aging tests are credible and useful to predict paper permanence only if such tests can be shown to correlate with natural aging. In the first part of this study, a kinetic model was developed based on the accelerated aging results. In this report, we have shown that this kinetic model can indeed predict the natural aging results of lignin-free sheets with a statistical confidence. This is the first quantitative comparison of accelerated aging with natural aging.  相似文献

The longitudinal motions and vertical accelerations of a floating torus as well as wave motion inside the torus are studied by model tests in regular deep-water waves. Comparisons are made with linear and partly with second-order potential-flow theory for the smallest examined experimental wave height-to-wave length ratio 1/120. Reasonable agreement is obtained, in particular for the linear problem. The importance of 3D flow, hydroelasticity and strong hydrodynamic frequency dependency is documented. Experimental precision errors and bias errors, for instance, due to tank-wall interference are discussed. Numerical errors due to viscous effects are found to be secondary. Experiments show that the third and fourth harmonic accelerations of the torus matter and cannot be explained by a perturbation method with the wave steepness as a small parameter.  相似文献
