The potential of micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MEKC) with UV-detection for the simultaneous determination of various selected pesticides in water samples was investigated. The developed method using solid-phase extraction showed high efficiency and good resolution with detection limits in the 0.2 to 0.5 ppm range. Comparison of several SPE cartridges demonstrates their suitability for the extraction of pesticides with different hydrophobicity achieving 5000-fold enrichment. The described method involving SPE procedure and MEKC separation enables the successful determination of a wide spectrum of pesticides in water in the range of maximum residue limits (MRLs). 相似文献

A simple and versatile system is described for the on-line coupling of SFE to capillary GC. The interfacing consists of a programmed temperature vaporizer (PTV) injector. With this injector it is possible to combine solute trapping, elimination of a high flow of extraction fluid, and quantitative transfer of solutes to the seperation column. The problems caused by impurities in the extraction fluid in on-line SFE-GC are discussed. Simple methods are described for the purification of commercially available carbon dioxide. The trapping efficiency of the PTV injector is studied. Applications of the SFE-PTV-GC system are given for the analysis of polymer anti-degradants, polar compounds, and samples with environmental relevance. 相似文献

A novel extraction method, namely dynamic ultrasound-assisted extraction, is investigated. This technique is efficient with respect to both time and solvent consumption because it utilizes ultrasonic energy in dynamic mode during extraction. Polyphenols (chlorogenic acid, esculetin, rutin, scopoletin, and quercitrin) are extracted from a tobacco (Nicotina tobaccum L.) sample for 10 min with 6 mL of solvent. Fresh solvent is continuously pumped through the sample, with which the analytes can be rapidly extracted, and the possibility of degradation efficiently avoided. Methanol involving 0.5% w/v ascorbic acid was used as extraction solvent; optimal flow rate and extraction time were investigated. The extract was cleaned up by C18 disposable cartridge. The spiked and nonspiked tobacco samples were used for the evaluation of the proposed method. Recoveries obtained were varied from 96 to 108% and RSDs from 2.0 to 4.6%. 建立了测定人尿中异黄酮组分(大豆苷原、黄豆黄素、雌马酚、染料木黄酮)含量的反相高效液相色谱法。在尿样中加入黄酮作为内标,异黄酮经酶解后在pH=7.0中性条件下用乙酸乙酯(1∶1)提取,然后用0.02%TFA-M eOH-ACN三元梯度洗脱的方法分离异黄酮。在该条件下,大豆苷原、黄豆黄素、雌马酚、染料木黄酮的检出限分别为12.9 nmol/L、13.9 nmol/L、71.6 nmol/L和11.8 nmol/L;回收率均在89%以上。本方法具有测试步骤简单、准确度高、重现性好等优点,适合大批量样品测定。 相似文献

Iron was extracted on-line from solid meat samples by a simple and rapid continuous ultrasound-assisted extraction system (CUES). The CUES is connected to a flow injection manifold, which allows the on-line flame atomic absorption spectrometric determination of iron. A Plakett–Burman design was used for the optimisation of the CUES. The method achieved a total sampling frequency of 11 samples per hour with a relative standard deviation for the complete procedure of 0.4%. The detection limit was 0.6 g g–1 (dry mass) for a sample amount of 30 mg. Accurate results were obtained by measuring the certified reference materials BCR-186 (pig kidney) and BCR-184 (bovine muscle). Separation efficiencies and selectivities in solvent extraction of Co(II) and Ni(H) ammine cations from aqueous solutions into chloroform and toluene and in transport through bulk toluene membranes by proton-ionizable crown ethers have been determined. Six proton-ionizable crown ethers with differing lipophilicities, polyether cavity sizes and ionizable groups (carboxylic and sulfonic acid functions) were examined. Higher selectivity and efficiency for Co(II) ammine cation extraction was observed for the more lipophilic, proton-ionizable crown ethers. 通过固相萃取-气相色谱-负化学离子源质谱技术建立了11种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留的检测方法,并应用于茶叶农残检测。样品经乙酸乙酯提取后,用串联的活性炭和中性氧化铝固相萃取柱选择性地富集茶叶中待测组分,再由气相色谱-负化学离子源质谱分时段选择离子监测技术进行测定。方法简单快速,一次进样就能得到11种菊酯残留结果;准确度和精密度高,在0.016μg/kg、0.032μg/kg和0.064μg/kg3个添加水平下的回收率在70%~110%之间,CV≤7.4%;选择性好,消除了色素和其它杂质干扰;灵敏度高,检出限低,除了氯菊酯为10μg/kg外,其它菊酯检出限都在μg/∥kg级,七氟菊酯则达到了0.02μg/kg。 相似文献
